A Summit County three-mountain microsite

Welcome to KeystoneThree connected ski mountains, the longest green run in the Rockies, the world's largest snow fort at the top of the gondola, and night skiing under the lights until 8 p.m.

Keystone sits in Summit County's Snake River valley at 9,280 feet — three connected mountains (Dercum, North Peak, Outback) covering 3,149 acres on the Epic Pass, with the River Run gondola climbing from River Run Village to the Summit House at 11,640 feet. The 3.5-mile Schoolmarm trail is the longest top-to-bottom beginner run in Colorado, and Dercum's Adventure Point at the gondola summit hosts both Kidtopia's snow fort and the resort's mountaintop tubing hill.

Our Keystone rentals run from true ski-in/ski-out at Lone Eagle and the Timbers on Dercum's eastern slope, to walk-to-gondola condos at Black Bear Lodge and Hidden River Lodge in River Run Village, to Settlers Creek townhomes on the free Keystone shuttle route, with private hot tubs and Snake River frontage on the larger homes.
