Another wonderful stay at Turtle Rock, our third. We are already looking forward to next year. You cannot beat the view or location. We are missing the sound of those crashing waves and our nightly swims. Actually, we are missing everything about this house!

Cannot hope for a location better than this property. Enjoyed watching whole sea view all the time. Snorkeled in the sea nearby, which was like swimming in aquarium with colorful fish and sea turtles. Hope to stay again.

This property to ocean front. Every evening you have unobstructed views of sunset. Every day unobstructed views of whales, turtles, dolphins and surfers. The property is right on a surf break so there is a lot of activity in and out of the water. It is located right on Ali'i Drive so the traffic noise is loud. Parking is almost impossible as neighbors and surfers alike park at the property. Fairly unresponsive rental agent when you call with problems.

We've enjoyed Turtle Rock for many years as its a great location and we love the private pool and ocean view? The addition of hi-speed wifi was great. However, it's showing its age. The livingroom and lanai furniture are very uncomfortable. The whole house needs a good cleaning including washing the walls, baseboards, beside and behind the appliances. The biggest disappointment was the lack of cleanliness of the interior, dishes and barbeque on our recent visit. With some new furniture and better upkeep this again could be a 5 star vacation spot.

This is our second visit to Turtle Rock and we cannot wait until our third next year. We were so happy to see the addition of high speed internet. The gardiner and pool person were friendly and unobtrusive. Nick is a great addition to the Knutson staff. To say the least, we love staying at this house.

My wife and I stayed at Turtle Rock for a week in April off the back of a business trip at the Fairmont. We loved the house, being able to wake up in the morning and have a coffee sat on the lanai watching the dawn surfers was wonderful. Property was well clean and well equipped, and nicely positioned near to Kona but not so near it felt crowded. The nearby shopping center at Keahou (closer than Kona) had everything we needed from Longs or KTA and consequently all of our plans to try different restaurants every evening fell apart as frankly, watching the sun set with a cold cocktail, with the ipod playing your favourite tunes whilst you prepare some fresh fish to cook on the bar-b-que was as good as it gets. What more could you ask for? We were very sad to leave

Our rental had a private pool, was well equipped and clean, and was a great place close enough to town, but far enough away from the crowds.<br/><br/>No complaints whatsoever about the unit or the management company. They were great in every way.<br/><br/>We rented the unit about a year ago, just before the tsunami hit the area. When I emailed to ask about any damage, they quickly replied and assured is that they had checked out all of their properties and none had received any damage.<br/>This rental was RIGHT on the water, so that was a big relief. <br/>

We have visited Kailua-Kona many times over the past thirty-four years, and we have stayed at several oceanfront condos on Ali'i Drive. Turtle Rock was our first home and by far the best experience we have enjoyed. Having a private pool steps away was awesome! The snorkeling just off the back of the house is some of the best on the island. Paddle boarding and surfing are just steps away. The property is well furnished and well equipped. Outside of fresh Ono, mahi mahi, and Mai Tais, we needed nothing. Staying three weeks gave us the feel of almost being a local. It was the most relaxing trip we have ever taken. The owners of Turtle Rock have done a wonderful job of creating an oasis within paradise. Mahalo for a great stay!

Beautiful setting! We loved the location and watching all the surfers.<br/>The house had all that we needed and the pool was an added bonus.<br/>We enjoyed the big Island and all it offered. If you go swimming with the manta rays is a must! Turtle Rock is a very special place!<br/>We would love to return but the price seems to continue to rise.

Wonderful Location. Great waves due to swells and got to watch good surfers.<br/>Made good use of pool and beach toys. Intend to rent it again if available.

Again, another amazing dream stay. The view is so amazing, we never wanted to leave the house. When we did, we always hurried back !!!! This house is truly incredible !!!

Beautiful house with sparkling pool and king bed. What could be better. Several areas to nap and lounge during the day. TV and iPod dock and working ice maker!

We have just returned from our fourth year at Turtle Rock. This is our favorite vacation spot in the world. The new paint throughout really freshened the place up. As always, we had a incredible time. I can't say enough good things about the view and location. I am already counting the days until our return next year.

As a long time client we had a little confusion but things got cleared up quickly thanks to Charity. And of course Sharon. They made things right in a hurry. <br/>I highly recommend this property for a couple or two couples as it has an o Hana. It's priced right and if you love sunsets and hanging on the lanai this is the place for you. <br/>It is a unique property that I plan on renting annually unless they price me out of the market.

What a lovely place. This is our second time renting this lovely house. It is so great it's really hard to want to leave it to explore be island. The most relaxing place I've ever stayed.

We've been staying here over the Christmas holidays for the last six or seven years however were being priced out. The cost for a month rental has reached a point where this upcoming Christmas will be our last stay. For another thousand dollars a month we can buy a house in Kona for what it cost to rent Turtlerock. Very sad because we love this location
