We rent cabins from Edencrest every year, and this was the first cabin outside the Bears Creek Crossing subdivision we've rented. Loved the location, and the view from this cabin was EXCEPTIONAL! Cabin was clean and fully functional. My only complaints are that the security alarm code given in our welcome email was incorrect. We had to call the maintenance people to disable the security alarm. We also did not have enough serving bowls or pots to cook enough food for 6 people. Had to spread over smaller dishes & pots which was quite inconvenient. We would have preferred having access to the pool, but the listing did not promise access to the pool, so this was expected. We will definitely rent in this subdivision again, but will find a cabin with access to the pool and hope for a better-stocked kitchen. Thank you for letting us stay here.

We stayed at this cabin the last week of June, 2017. The place is nice. It needs some improvements. The kitchen could use some more utensils and pats. We had to buy a frying pan. Just to mention the closest store is 9 miles away :) Bedroom on the main floor needs new mattress so does the sofa bed downstairs.There was not enough towels so we had to do laundry every day. The place need major deep cleaning. Carpets have to be cleaned and all the tile floors need major scrubbing so you can see the true color of the tiles. The house is beautifully decorated but I have never seen so much dust. There is no access to any cleaning supplies with the exception of the mechanical broom, which was in the kitchen and it needed to be emptied before we could use it. And no we did not call for additional cleaning - we did some cleaning ourselves. We were not going to loose several hours of our vacation to watch the cleaning service. We had to call for some repairs which were done in a timely manner. Overall we had a great time because we decided to have a great time. BTY- Wi-Fi is very poor but I guess this may be related to the location. The view from this cabin is awesome and I with some good cleaning this can be a great place to rent again.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this cabin. The views were amazing, it was spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. It needs a bigger coffee pot, and I suggest that we are given check out procedures the day before. I got the text from them as we were walking out the door to head home. Also, v the rocking chairs need to be re-nailed. My brothers shirt and shorts got a hole in them from a nail sticking out. But that is all I can find to complain about. I will definitely rent from this company again! Thanks for a wonderful place to stay.

The cabin was the perfect size for our family of 6! The only thing was, the air unit upstairs wasn't working, and it was very warm at night for sleeping.

Cabin was nice, kids couldn't find the cue ball. Last day cleaning up it was found up stairs under coffee table! There was spider webs in many different places but thankful no spiders! Overall great cabin, kids enjoyed it. Thank you.

The view was absolutely amazing. Great mountain vistas from two porches. The downside is that this cabin is a 25 minute drive to Tanger Mall and Dollywood. Also, it takes 6 minutes from the entrance of the resort to the cabin. And the road is rather steep and winding. <br/>Our cabin was clean, everything seemed to work. I would stay here again in the off season of Dollywood.

It was a very clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas! Nice and cozy! Had a few issues with hot tub cleaness and wasn't very hot!! But other than that GREAT stay &the view was amazing !

Our cabin was beautiful and a home away from home. Breath taking views. The cabin was very nicely decorated and clean; however, the carpet downstairs could use a good shampooing it's very dirty and stained. Other than that we loved it and hope to rent Up, up, and away again next year.

Up, Up, and Away was such an amazing cabin. The location is great and the roads are not intimidating at all. The cabin was very clean and cozy. We had a light bulb out that was fixed right away. The only problem was that the hot tub was not working. The cabin was absolutely stunning and I would recommend this cabin to all my friends and family. Eden crest did a great job keeping me up to date on check ins and location

Just heaven

Overall it was a good and fun stay. The only problem was that the downstairs furniture/bed was completely out of wack, old, broken, and unsleepable. We end up sleeping on the floor in middle of the night from back pain.

Absolute favorite cabin in the Smokies. We could look at the view from the decks forever!

Really enjoyed the stay but the Jacuzzi was broke, they sent someone out to fix it but still didn't work :-(

1. magnificent view<br/>2. kitchen sink "aerator spray" was not connected.<br/>3. magnificent view.<br/>4. towels VERY tough and "scratchy." suggest fabric softener or new towels & washcloths.<br/>5. would be good customer service on day of check-in if Eden Crest staff would stop by and activate fridge's icemaker by 10:00am.<br/>6. magnificent view...very peaceful and calming.<br/>7. have stayed with Eden Crest annually for past several years, including at least one previous stay in this cabin. may request same cabin next year.<br/>8. Eden Crest staff always prompt in responding to guest questions and needs.<br/>9. MAGNIFICENT view...or did I already say that?<br/>10. P.S. Found used soap (from previous guests?) on top ledge of shower in upstairs bathroom. Easy to have been overlooked...was not a problem for us.<br/>

Had a great week! The only problem we had the Hot Tub wouldn't heat and the carpets needed to be vacuum other than that a great time. We also stay with Eden Crest and we are always treated well.

This was a very nice cabin with a great view.The Cabin was only 10 minutes from the main Parkway.

The cabin, Up Up and Away, atop Legacy Mountain Resort was more than a perfect spot to spend a week long get-away. Views, absolutely stunning views, were in every direction we looked. Whether we were sipping our coffee on the porch or relaxing in the hot tub, we were UP UP AND AWAY from everything!

Our vacation was absolutely amazing. I&#x2019;ve been to the pigeon forge area a lot and it never lets me down. Our booking process was so easy and the employees at eden crest were so nice and always so helpful. I will be using them again.

Cabin was in a great location and had wonderful view of the mountains. It was more than enough space for a family of 4. We would return to this cabin in the future for sure. My only comment is the carpet needs updating, otherwise the cabin was very comfortable.

This cabin was perfect! Beautiful view, clean, nice layout, fun game area downstairs (Video, pool table and air hockey). We highly recommend this cabin!

This property has great view in legacy mountains resort area especially sunset view, cabin is at good height compare to other cabins in same resort, it was well managed, check-in information was given conveniently, little expensive but can accommodate 6 to 8 people comfortably.
