We had two families totaling four adults and six kids stay at the Ledges VRBO. The place was INCREDIBLE and set up perfectly for us. The highlights were the upper patio which we enjoyed nightly watching the stars, the kitchen set up and the bedrooms. The beds were super comfortable! The living area was cozy and accommodating for all ten of us. <br/><br/>The bonus was the amazing pool, with the combo pool and hot tub set up. We couldn't get enough of it...fantastic!<br/><br/>Finally, property management was incredibly friendly and quick to accommodate our every need. I would HIGHLY recommend this rental unit!

We arrived and the place was very clean and welcoming. We really enjoyed the large kitchen, which was fully stocked. The furniture was beautiful and very clean. Our kids loved the pool and spent a lot of time there. I had wondered about the fifth bedroom because it is not pictured. There were two bunk beds, twin over full and it was perfect for the kids and a few cousins.!! Thanks for a great stay!

This particular condo had FOUR king size beds. Perfect for a family with older couples and a fun room that comfortably slept six children. Although there is so much to do in the area, it is hard to squeeze in pool time, the pool is fabulous. Everything was very clean, which is very important to us.

This was my first experience with any kind of VRBO and it was better than I could have expected! The home was gorgeous, clean, big enough for my whole family to stay together, and fully stocked with anything we might need. The staff was more than helpful and very accommodating. It was a perfect location for a family reunion we were attending in Pine Valley. We are already planning our next stay just for the fun of it!

After a long, long drive from southern California, it was a very nice surprise to walk into this 100% new construction with full creature comforts throughout the home. Comfy couches, soft blankets, plush pillows, and all new appliances. Large, over-sized rooms, with more than enough bedroom pillows, sheets, towels, and plenty of TVs and cable boxes to satisfy any and all guests from everywhere. Large frig with filtered water, plenty of kitchen utensils, two large ovens, washer/dryer, and all with plenty of room for 8 adults to roam.<br/><br/>The AC system was great (a must-have at St. George), and the ceiling fans in almost every room definitely help us all feel right at home within the hour. <br/><br/>The only downside (which I'm sure it's been fixed by now) is the directions given to the unit could have been better. But Dan Dekker was great ... always available to provided needed help when we called.<br/><br/>Overall, a truly wonderful experience and home environment with our high recommendations. Made our Father & Son trip very memorable. <br/><br/>Thank you!

Really nice furnishings with high ceilings. Might not sound like a big deal but every bed was nice, comfortable couches, TVs in every room, and overall, very comfortable and classy.

This property was perfect for our family getaway! It spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all of the dishes/utensils we needed. The location was nice and within a 10 min drive to stores and restaurants. We had a great time!

The rental was perfect! Beautiful house and the walk to the pool was just down the street. Dan was very helpful and great to work with, he answered all my questions and texts very fast. We will definitely be returning again.

There were 10 of us, 5 couples. We had a great time at the Ledges. The property location was just right with a lot of room and we enjoyed the short walk to the hot tub and swimming pool. We also played a little golf while we there and the course and the views were gorgeous. All in all we can't wait to go back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Red Rock Vista at the Ledges. We had a big group, and there was room for all of us. Everyone liked their rooms. The place was furnished very nice and it was clean. The kitchen had all of the supplies we needed. We enjoyed the swimming pool and pickle ball courts. They could use more pickle ball courts they were always being used. When we arrived they were still doing laundry. We finished up drying towels. Both the swim towels and beach towels had 2 missing from the amount they had recorded, But they still had plenty of towels. The upstairs shower has a slow drain. But those things were minor. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to go again! I would recommend staying there.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Ledges. We had a wonderful time. THe home was beautiful and well kept. They made sure we had everything we needed.

A very well maintained property (clean and well furnished). The management was polite and knowledgeable (very helpful). I highly recommend this property for special events and vacations. The activities engaged in were golf, swimming, pickle-ball, hiking, biking, site-seeing and relaxing. We only ate out one meal at Paul's Tex/Mex restaurant. All other meals were prepared in the well equipped kitchen of the facility.<br/>

We had a wonderful time here last year and decided we wanted to come back for this years family vacation. We love the condo and the pool is so nice. It is exactly what we wanted.

It was Awesome! Nice big house for my big family. It was stocked with everything. The deck was so nice to relax on each night after the grandchildren went to bed. The pool was so fun! This is a definite place I will return to for big family fun, and just the 2 of us vacations! Highly recommended!

Our experience with this rental was outstanding. Booking and communicating was very easy and very prompt. We were given extra instructions on the location to ensure we could find it easily. The house was very clean and stocked with everything you could need. There were so many towels in every bathroom and a whole closet of extra pool towels. The kitchen has everything we could need. The family room was furnished to accommodate our large group of adults and children. The bedrooms were all very clean with nice linens and very comfortable beds. We had so much fun lounging on the upstairs patio and using the community facilities that were within a short walking distance. It was very nice to have the large garage to store our outdoor gear. We truly felt like we were at a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again! The house and management were perfect and exceeded our wants and needs.
