It was very peaceful and wonderful

The house was very clean and nicely put together. Location was great, 10/20 minutes from anywhere in St George. I really only have one complaint and it’s really not major at all. The grill was not properly cleaned (I’m assuming from the last guest) and when we used it the first night, we were overtaken by all of the smoke. Other than that, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend it!! Thanks!

Wonderful experience and great accommodations.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was spacious, everything was in working order. There was everything you would need for cooking. The rooms were spacious. There were 14 of us and everyone had a comfy bed. Plenty of hot water. The pools were great and so was the pickle ball court. Lots of things in the area to do. Great time even though it rained daily. Had an issue trying to pay with multiple credit cards - the only issue we had.

Our Ledges rental property was was everything we expected and more. The home was in a beautiful community with lush desert landscaping. The email sent to us from the manager was easy to understand on how to get there, and how to get in. The home was very clean, and laid out just as the pictures and description described. We found much to do for the kids. Nearby in St. George was a children's museum where our grandchildren played for hours. A carousel was within walking distance which delighted them. We ate lunch at George's Corner and our kids played golf on the Ledges. We found much shopping and went back to the home to relax and let the grandkids watch TV. We'd recommend this property to friends and family.

This was a wonderful unit and place to stay. Our only 2 complaints were the pillows are terrible! (bring your own) and both garbages for the unit were OVER FULL and spilling out from the group that was there before us and garbage day wasn't till after our stay. We either had to just keep garbage bags stacked in the garage or haul them to the dumpster a few miles away.

The townhouse was spacious, clean, well appointed and we loved it. The only issue we had was that the bath towels had been put away wet so we stuck them in the dryer as soon as we noticed it and were fine.

The residence was beautiful. We loved that it was away from St. George and all the population there. The only few issues we had are minor and did not affect our stay. It is to bad they cannot custom set the bedrooms for the number of couples as one of our couples had to sleep in the room with all the bunk beds (not to comfortable).

House was very neat, nicely furnished and well stocked. Only complaint is that being group of elderly guests we could not figure out how to work a couple of the TVs, a short how to would have been nice. But then we didn't go there to watch TV.

We had a great stay here at the sledges Everything was clean and well taken care of. We did have a problem with the AC but they were very prompt in getting it taken care of We would definitely stay here again

We planned on using this home as a base camp as we explored the parks around. Weather had other plans and we spent a majority of our time in the home. We maxed out the occupancy with 4 families and never once felt crowded. There were plenty of towels & utensils for all of us. Plent of spaces where we could be doing separate activities or space for us to all play a game together. The comfy living room made an excellent spot for a movie night & the basketball finals we couldn't skip. The bunk room & upstairs patio made the tweens in the group feel special for having their own space. The two master baths are huge & the provide products smelled wonderful. The garage & driveway accommodated our utility trailer & 2 vehicles & we never had a problem finding parking for the other 2 cars. It is a bit of a drive into St. George but not so much that it felt like a chore if we needed to run to the store. The pool was spacious & even when busy didn't feel overcrowded. Highly recommend this property.

Red Rock Vista was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for our cooking needs. It was roomy for our family of twelve. The strip of grass nearby was perfect for playing cornhole. Pickleball and swimming was fun and we drove to Pine Valley for walking and the beauty of the outdoors. Veyo pies is a great stop on the route to Pine Valley and fishing at New Castle or Enterprise.

Very nice, clean and newer rental. We travel a fair amount and this is one of the nicer places we have stayed. Reasonable price. We had 15 on our group and we all were comfortable the entire time. Close to Snow Canyon for hiking and onsite pools hot tubs and pickle ball fro relaxing and having fun. Will definitely stay here again.

The Red Rock Vista home we stayed in at the Ledges was fantastic. It was plenty of room for our group to stay in comfort while we were golfing and so much better to come home to rather than a hotel. Thanks Dan and Kimber!

This home has great space for a family group. It was clean and well laid out. It was perfect for a quick get away.

We had a great experience with renting Red Rock Vista. Super easy check in and we opened the door to a sparkling clean and very well appointed place to stay. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook for a larger group. The beds were comfortable and the bedding nice quality. We really loved the location of this property as well. It is literally minutes away from gorgeous biking and hiking in one direction and close to grocery stores and amenities in the other. The nice outdoor pool just a few doors down was the icing on the cake. Thanks for a great stay. We would love to come back!

This was the perfect location to enjoy a week of golf outings with friends. Dan was great to help set up all of our tee times. The townhouse had spacious rooms and very comfortable. We will come back.

Great time at the Ledges - We rented two large condos are for memorial day weekend and had a great time - love being so close to the pool and the pickle ball courts. The facilities were great and we love the area - we will definitely come again.

Excellent place to stay. Directions missing one street turn. Didn't like a dishwasher repairman showing up but overall experience was awesome. Would recommend this place!!!!!

The rental was very nice, lots of room. There were 16 of us and we had plenty of room. The pool was great and we used it lots. No crowding for the most part. There were nice furnishings. Our only drawback was, little things like three garbage bags...16 people, three days, we bought extra garbage bags and toilet paper. We must be more messie that most!. There were not bath rugs in the upstairs bathrooms. It was a beautiful home and there was a wonderful balcony, the sunsets were beautiful. When we arrived we were all surprised it was in the desert but learned to love the quiet and it was close to town just not too close. We would do it again, we had such fun.

We had a great time at this rental! We stayed here two weekends in a row, and both times were wonderful. The amenities are great (a large smart tv in every room, pool, pickle ball, etc.). My group really enjoyed themselves! The only notice I would give future renters is about the location. Ledges Resort is 15-20 mins away from downtown St. George, so you do have to plan ahead. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Nice house with a lot of sleeping situations. Had everything you needed. Only downfall is in the middle of nowhere but still a 10 minute to drive to town. Would be ideal for just a rwalaxing vacation but when you need to make several trips into town a little more in the inconvienient side. Would definitely stay again!

Our visit to The Ledges was so nice! It's great because it was a beautiful property in a lovely location but it was still not more then 10 minutes away from restaurants & grocery stores. It worked out perfect for us.

I highly recommend this rental for a golf getaway. Very premium accomodations very a fair price. Clean, modern and completely furnished. The property and the developments is so new that google and apple maps cannot find the unit, so I would recommend the management company to provide a pdf map to help renters find their units. Otherwise, perfect scores.

This place had everything you needed to cook with in the kitchen, just bring your own food and spices. It also had everything you needed in the bathrooms...just bring your own hairbrush, toothpaste and toothbrush. The beds were comfy. And there was plenty of space in each bedroom, the living room area and kitchen. The decks were a fun place to sit and visit outside also. It had plenty of TV's and games. Also, the owners were quick to answer any of our concerns. The only downside is you're a few minutes from downtown St George. But I would recommend this place to anyone!! It was better then expected!!! One recommendation is to make sure there are sheets for the sofa bed.

This beautiful home is new and very tastefully decorated. It has lots of nice features like a large deck. It is very well stocked with top of the line furnishings and appliances as well as dishes. Because the pool was not completed yet and their isn't much of a yard for the kids, I would have preferred to be closer to town-its about 20 minutes out.

We were pleasantly surprised with the home and amenities. Should we aim for St. George again, we will definitely rent again.

We loved this property! We came for a fun family weekend with my parents, siblings & their families. This place fit us all nicely, we loved having our own rooms with KING beds & TV's. The place was new, immaculate and very nicely furnished. Kitchen was awesome & well furnished, TV's, couch, bedrooms, bathrooms were all big & very nice. We had plenty of room to sleep everyone, even the kids. There was tons of closet and storage space so we could store all our luggage! Loved the deck on the upstairs level - lots of chairs with cushions. This rental had nice extras! We thought the location was great. Just a short drive to Tuacahn, & Snow Canyon State Park. We enjoyed being out a little from the busy of the city and it wasn't far to get to anywhere we wanted to go (Pioneer Park, shopping, movies, Tonaquint Park, etc). We plan on coming back and staying here! It's a great find - thank you Ledges!!

By far the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. I have travelled the world and stayed at so many and never has a location been better equipped then Red Rock Vista. Top of the line everything was available in unit. We all raved about its amenities and cleanliness.

Red rock vista provided an excellent base for our plus 50 softball team during the Huntsman games. 10 mins from the park and a great place to relax between games. We made good use of the pool and hot tube just a short walk from our door. Our accommodation was 1st class spacious and comfortable with all the essentials and plenty of surprises like the huge TV in the sitting area to watch the World Series. The upstairs deck provided plenty of space for afternoon sun and cold beers. We will be looking to book again next year.

This rental was beautifully furnished with all that is required for a pleasant and wonderful stay. It was beautiful. The Management company was very helpful. Our granddaughter accidentally locked herself in the bathroom. They came over quickly to find a key to help get her out.

Nicely located just outside of town in the foothills. Well furnished with all the amenities you could need. Very neat and clean, the pool and hot tub were great! Not too far away from Zion national park, we will definitely stay here if we come out to Utah again.

The house is beautiful and well maintained, our group had a great time here and Dan was very helpful with anything we needed, we will be back

I've been using vacation rentals for 20years for family reunions and this was the best one by far!!! Plenty of dishes, good cookware, beautiful furniture. The layout of the house was exquisite- views everywhere with many patios and decks to enjoy them - in large and small groupings. Tall ceilings, (10’?) made the house feel very spacious and of course large bedrooms and bathrooms. <br/><br/>Just a short drive into St.George and felt so removed from the hustle and bustle. Everyone kept saying how great this place was!<br/><br/>Dan, in management, was so kind and professional.

Amazing place to stay that accommodated our large group for my nephew's wedding. The pool area is huge with plenty of seating. The surrounding red rocks are a beautiful background to a casual dinner on the balcony patio. Evening stars were the best! Close to St. George, quiet, and gorgeous inside, too!
