This unit delivered as promised. Ocean front living. A true beach front experience without leaving the room. The unit comes fully furnished,plus snorkel gear, beach chairs and umbrellas.This unit has a full kitchen with all the pots, pans and dishes to make thanksgiving dinner.The laundry room is located in the kitchen. A little awkward but easier than going to a laundromat. We were keep well informed by management during the hurricane watch. The grounds are lush and tropical. Plenty of convenient parking. Definitely going to stay here again.

Even though Volcanoes National Park was closed & Kilauea was having a fit, we had a great time in Kona and our stay at Kona Isle E23 was comfortable as well as being so therapeutic & relaxing with that ocean view. A great place to stay.

This condo was excellent all the way around from the moment you walk in and especially open the patio door and hear the ocean. Gorgeous presentation!!We had difficulty finding the property as our flight got in at 9:00 and it was dark when we got to Kona. Asked a cab driver who knew where it was and we followed our senses towards the ocean and found it!!quiet and peaceful setting to watch the world go by!! Most definitely would come back here. Mahalo!!

Everything was great, and the only thing missing was Air Conditioning.<br/>I would give it all 5's on the rating scale.

We loved looking out on the ocean from our second floor condo. The property grounds were immaculately maintained, had a large barbecue facility with picnic tables which were used by the tenants. The manager<br/>was very helpful. I also liked the spacious library room with an entire<br/>wall of books. Being an enthusiastic recycler, the facilities available on<br/>the edge of the parking lot were most helpful. The only thing lacking<br/>was an elevator. Also happy to have a washer and dryer for my use.

Although the property is quite dated and cluttered, it has been well maintained for its age. The sunset view from the balcony is priceless. Note ! There is no AC in the unit.

The condo is a beautiful unit in a fantastic location. You can't beat sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and whales while you relax with a coffee. <br/>We stayed with two adults and two young children. The unit is small but was more than adequate for us. <br/>The unit is beautifully decorated (we did have to hide some of the decorations from our young children). It is very well stocked (new linens, new towels, new kitchen utensils, bath soap, laundry soap, dish soap and lots of toilet paper) but was not at all cluttered with past guests remnants. There was two coolers, beach chairs, snorkels and umbrellas.<br/>The king bed is a heavenly firm mattress. The pull out couch is small and sagging - the only down side to the entire unit. <br/>We had an issue with the toilet and it was promptly fixed a couple hours after sending an email.<br/>Loved this unit and complex. Would stay again next time we are in Hawaii!
