You can’t beat the view here. It had everything we need. Wonderful view of the sunset every night. Close to downtown Kona! My only complaint is the saltwater pool located next door attracted a lot of pot smokers and noise. Everything else was awesome! Watch your invoice though. We rented through VRBO and was given one price and the rental company gave us a different invoice price. It was still worth it! :)

This was our second time in this building (different unit this time) and we would definitely come back based on the Knutson & Associates top notch customer service. The location was perfect; close to downtown, beaches, and wonderful sunset views. The amenities were great; fully stocked kitchen ( except no dishwasher which we overlooked in the listing) but everything else one can need to make meals. Plenty of linen provided. Plenty of beach gear for snorkeling, beach chairs, umbrellas, and ice chests. Communication with Blake Knutson and his team was a great! They were really responsive to our questions and requests. Thank you Blake and your team for making our vacation a wonderful and amazing memory!

We had a fabulous time! The condo was immaculately clean and was well equipped for cooking and beach activities. We found the bed a trifle firm for our liking but we got used to it. The view and sunsets were spectacular, I’ll never tire of the turquoise blue of the ocean with swaying palm trees... The condo was well situated for trips to Kona town, Magic sands beach, Kahalu’u snorkeling, Shaka tacos and Bianello’s pizza. We would not hesitate to recommend the condo to friends!

The location was good and the view was breathtaking. It does need a bit of updating.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kona Isle. The suite was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was conveniently located near restaurants and beaches (and not too far from downtown Kona) and the ocean view from the lanai was amazing! We even saw a pod of dolphins swimming past on our first day. Everyone we met at the complex was very friendly, and it was great having access to the pool, BBQs, kitchen for cooking our own meals, plus in-suite laundry. We would definitely come back to stay here again (and recommend to friends)!

We really enjoyed our week-long stay at this property. It was very well appointed in decor, cooking amenities and beach equipment. The resort was well cared for and the condo itself was spotless and inviting upon our arrival. We found the staff very attentive in helping us navigate the intricacies of the television, even coming to the property to help us out. We would definitely return and recommend it without hesitation.

Great property on Kona. Clean, efficient with a gorgeous view. Parking was easy, beach chairs were always available and the unit was well-equipped. I'd say this is best suited for a couple versus a family as the living/kitchen are cozy and it'd be tight if you used the pullout couch also. In a pinch it would work but it'd better served for 2 people. Fans in each room provide more than adequate ventilation to keep the place cool without the use of A/C, even during a stay in July. The property manager provided great customer service and I would absolutely stay here again and consider this a great find.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the condo. Very well furnished and well maintained. It was very clean and well stocked. The view from the lanai was fantastic. Knutson and Associates was very professional and helpful.

We had a wonderful time in this vacation rental. The sunsets were amazing from the balcony. We saw pods of dolphins playing in the water. We looked forward to being on the balcony each night to watch the sunsets. A good walk to town of Kona. Great stay and will be back again!

The unit was clean and just as shown in the pictures! It's a very quiet community and felt very secure and safe! It's close to downtown Kona and not far from anywhere you'd want to go on the island!

The pictured couch is where I slept each night as the mattress on the bed was too firm for me. Many people prefer a firm mattress, I need a softer one. Other than that, the condo was great. We watched the high surf from the condo, saw whales in the distance, walked to dinner in Kona, traded books in the on-site library.

Ronald is an owner of C 23. A full time resident. The rental was for my family and they were very happy with everything. I would not recommend C24 to my friends because the owner could change her mind and not honor the dates.

my wife Dana and i we're married on the island this stay,truely a majical place on earth.this place infects your soul,so much we,re trying to put plans to move!Your property is perfectly located especially if you take the time to find the shortcuts off alli'i dr. Please take shoes off and shake towels and beach equip.off as there were quite a few sand fleas?termites?help keep clean so they can keep it affordable!

We loved the location. The bathroom was adequate. The exterior grounds were beautifully cared for. The kitchen was poorly equipped. There was no dishwasher. There were rusty marks running down the side of the washer/dryer. The washer was very loud. Some of the dishes were not really clean.

would like to see it up graded as the property had not been remodeled since the 80's great location

Love the location. However , when we arrived the water was shut off , we managed to get the water running but the next morning before I got up my wife had a cold shower as the hot water tank had been shut off on the electrical panel . <br/>There was barely enough toilet paper supplied .<br/>Overall the unit was clean , but I dont like seeing pubic hair in the corner of the washroom on arrival .<br/>Then there was the problem with the garbage disposal which plugged both sinks the first time , Nick had it fixed that day .

Excellent place to stay, might need a fan in the summer months but breezes are wonderful. Kitchen has all the implements just have to purchase food stuffs and seasonings. Washer and dryer easy to use and clothes were clean. Everything as just as close as we wanted or just far enough away to not be annoying. It was easy to find and very quiet...all but the waves crashing on the shore which was soothing at the worst.

This condo unit is beautiful!It was clean, well supplied with a cooler, an umbrella, fins and snorkels, towels, sheets, etc. The property is very well maintained. There is a library with a wide variety of books to borrow. This ocean-front unit has an excellent view and great air flow. The decor is lovely as well. We had a delightful vacation!

We had an amazing stay at your property! From beginning to end, the rental experience was easy, the app is a great idea and the Condo itself was lovely! Absolutely wonderful location! The only downfall is no air conditioning, perhaps provide a plug in fan for each room including the bathroom. We will definitely stay in the exact condo again and will be telling all our friends! One more point -<br/>Please remember to have water turned on as well as the breakers for hot water, that was the only negative point of our entire stay

Wonderful spot to relax with piece and quite. The view was the best and the ocean front a must with the breeze due to the lack of air conditioning. We were looking for a condo because we did not want to deal with all the drama and noise you often get from serorts. No one trying to get us to do a presentation and no hassle looking for a lounge chair. I would use the service again. Easy to check in and the instructional application on the phone was useful.<br/>

We enjoyed our stay very much. The ocean front view was fabulous ,best place for sunset cocktails. It was great to have a nice grill area ,it was very clean and well light for cooking after dark.The coolers and beach stuff was nice to have available. This building is set way back from Alii Drive so you never heard road noise. The condo was well supplied for our comfort. I would recommend this to friends.

Very good once we got the water turned on and we cleaned the Microwave and stove.The rental Co should do a spot review of the cleaning. The unit was dated with some minor updating, however, this can be over looked. Satisfied yes. The view and location very good. The property on site manager excellent (Brian).Would stay here again...Knutson & Assoc. needs a weekend contact 24/7

Working vacation with my family able to enjoy the ocean-front setting and pool. Wonderful mornings and sunsets.

We had a great time in this beautiful unit, and enjoyed the exquisite views from the deck daily from dawn to sunset. The unit is very well equipped and it was meticulousy cleaned. The living room is tastefully furnished with Hawaiian native art, the shower worked great and the king size bed was comfy. What else do you need? The screen doors needed to be propped up a bit so that they closed properly for the night. Zero bugs in this unit, a huge plus!<br/><br/>It was great to deal with Knutson & Associates, the rental company, and Brian, the Kona Isle custodian. The complex is quiet and private and grounds are beautifully maintained. Giving it 5 stars!

Thank goodness for the view and ambiance of the lanai. Furnishings in unit were very uncomfortable. Had a difficult time sleeping on the old pillows and mattress. Bathroom was nicely decorated and kitchen was well equipped. Pool and bar-b-que area was very well cared for. If furnishings were replaced, I would stay here again.

we had been at the same location two years ago. different unit. love the location. this unit was better in that it was ocean front. the unit was clean maintained ok. sheets and rugs should be replaced were well worn. everthing else was good. we did enjoy the stay.

We had an incredible 10 days in the unit and have never seen a unit that was so well stocked with things. We were able to cook most of our meals there.. The slow cooker was a real asset too! The property was amazing and the unit a really nice size. We hope to be able to come back soon.

We loved this unit being on the oceanfront and having the sound of the waves right there. The unit was clean and comfortable. Beautiful views that take your breath away.

I stayed here for 19 days and enjoyed every one of them! The condo is as described with a direct ocean view, the sunsets are the best. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal or enjoy a day at the beach. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, snorkel gear, cooler, coffee grinder, and even a rice cooker (thank you Blake). The on site manager, Brian, keeps the grounds beautiful and is friendly to everyone. I hope to come back sometime.

This unit is dated but clean, in a very nice location in a superbly maintained property. It is small but well laid out so it feels quite spacious. The screen doors work well--a constant aggravation if they do not which is often the case. You can hear people upstairs if they are heavy footed, but in general the property is very quiet. Since all the units are one bedroom, they do not attract families much. People smoking in the units below can be very annoying--this is not allowed, but some owners on the first floor do it anyway. Almost everyone else goes out to the street to smoke. The owners of this unit care very well for it and I would return to it in a heartbeat. It is good value and perfect for me.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was outfitted with far more than we expected. Any pot or tool we needed for cooking was there. We were delighted to find the snorkel gear, beach chairs and other beach essentials.

We had a wonderful time on this trip. This was our 3rd time renting st Kona Isle. We love the location and how quiet and peaceful it is yet close to shops and restaurants. We will be back.
