The ocean view was pleasant across the grass courtyard with water fountain at the end where we watched the birds daily. Walking past the pool and sitting every evening at sunset on the garden chairs we were able to see the Green Flash 2 times. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and leaving the bedroom patio door open at night felt safe with the fenced in atrium. Loved having a washer and dryer and laundry soap provided so didn't need to pack dirty clothes upon returning home. Thank you for providing the water pitcher with filter, tasted good. We used the French Press everyday with the coffee we brought with us. The TV controls were a bit tricky to learn about but finally figured it out. Your "ASK GOOGLE" devise was wonderful to talk to daily requesting it to play ukulele and Hawaiian music. Our condo was clean and in good condition. Check in was easy and instructions were very clear. We had everything we needed and more, and the price was reasonable. Very highly recommended!

This is the second time I stayed in this unit. The first time was last year with my husband and most recently by myself.<br/><br/>This unit was filled with all the bells and whistles as stated in the description. Everything was provided that was needed for shopping, going to the beach and even beach towels. Lots blankets and pillows.<br/><br/>But most of all I felt safe in unit being that the second stay I was by myself.

A very nice condo on the ground floor which makes bringing in your bags and groceries easy. This condo is one of best we have stayed at for having everything needed to head out to the beach: umbrella, chairs, beach bag, coolers and more.<br/>The property management company was easy to contact and was very responsive.<br/>The condo ocean front area is a wonderful place to watch sunsets and meet people. The ocean front area has the BBQs, picnic tables and many chairs. It was a great stay at the Kona Isle.

Arrived late at night but checkin was easy peasy. Condo has all the essentials. Washer and dryer on site, lots of beach gear, too. Beach gear included sand castle stuff, beach chairs, beach towels, toys for kids, and snorkelling stuff and umbrellas! Also has AC. Stayed here for one week with my toddler and we had a great time. Excellent green area and area near the shore to watch the waves break. Public Saltwater pool is literally next door, and a perk tho crowded by locals in the evening when the water&#x2019;s finally warmed but the sun has cooled off. 10/10 would stay here again.

The apartment is even more spacious than it seems, it was great for us two and definitely the most comfortable of our island hopping trip, felt really more like home than a regular rental.<br/> It was clean, had all we needed to cook or make our morning coffee (filters, coffee maker). It was great having a washing and drying machine inside. Loved the Lanai overlooking the lawn the leads to the sea.<br/>Ver good A/C and comfy bed. Quiet. Had very good nights sleep.<br/>Chairs, cooler and umbrella of very good quality as well.<br/>Management was attentive and responsive. <br/>Lastly (but important!), something really practical: no stairs! Very close to the parking lot.<br/><br/>

This was our second stay at Kona Isle. Its a lovely quiet resort right on the ocean, with lots of lounge chairs on a sandy area by the rocky shoreline. Its a great place to relax, read and, if your lucky, watch whales and dolphins!There's a nice BBQ area as well which we used often and the sunsets were amazing!We also loved the heated pool. We stayed in unit A4 for 23 nights March 3-26. It is well equipped with beach gear,lots of seating, smaller TV and a comfy pull out sofa. We liked the island decor! The A/C unit in the bedroom was an added bonus! Although A4 is not completely renovated, the owners have done many upgrades including nice vinyl plank flooring in LR and bdrm, newer appliances and comfy queen size newer bed.The kitchen is well equipped (no oven). The cabinetry is functional but all original as is the bathroom tub/shower with glass sliding doors. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean looking across the lawn from the left side of the lanai. We were concerned there may be road noise as the A bldg is adjacent to the parking lot but it was usually not an issue. Knutson was great to work with and quick to respond and take care of a couple of issues we encountered. Overall I would recommend Kona Isle and A4. we look forward to staying here again!

We've done several vacation rentals, but A4 was the first to have everything we could have asked for... well appointed kitchen, all beach gear, washer/dryer and more. Definitely a place we'd love to come back to. Knutson & Associates were also great to work with.

The condo was very nice, well equipped and had a nice little lanai with a view of the ocean. The community was quiet and friendly. We especially enjoyed sitting in the evening by the shore and watching the waves crash in.

Nice place, had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and beach area and it was great to have the complex be on the water and to have a ground floor unit so that we could walk from the lanai straight to the pool.

We loved everything about our stay here. Scott, the temporary manager, was such a nice guy and made sure everyone was happy. We will be back!

The condo was perfect and the location also. Just near the sea, we can hear the waves, the view is georgous and the place to eat near the sea is great. The pool was great too. There was plenty of things in the condo to take to the beach (chairs, tubas, body board) and also a lot of kitchen accessories (air fryer etc).<br/>We really loved our holiday and can&#x2019;t wait to come back &#xD83D;&#xDE09; the only little thing is the air conditioning that is noisy...

My 2 friends and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was so nice having beach items in the closest to use at the beach. Price reasonable for a week stay. Nice view of the ocean to look outside from the living room. We did alot of cooking to help save us money. Everything is there for cooking.

This property was perfect! It is only a 20 minute walk from the main strip of restaurants, shops, and bars; a 30 minute walk from the stunning Magic Sands Beach; and you can see the ocean from the living room! The pool is perfect, and we loved using the barbeques right on the water too. It has everything you need: beach chairs, snorkels, plenty of beach towels, and tons of dishes. And it was one of the most affordable places we could find in Kona! I would highly recommend booking a stay here, I will definitely stay here again if / when I visit Kona again.

Excellent location to town and within complex. Only single story bldg on property, one step to door, easy parking. Peek of the ocean from lanai. Little bit dated unit in some areas, but price reflects and unit as described and we were perfectly happy. Kitchen well-equipped with exception of no oven, but air fryer makes up for that. Nice pool and ocean front bbq area. Split air within living and bedroom is nice.

It was fabulous. I can't say enough about the staff at Knutson and their hospitality and generosity. They keep you informed and continue to touch basis throughout the trip to ensure you are satisfied and comfortable. The most generous grant from them was when we asked for a few hours extension until our flight left and they gave us "10" uncharged hours to relax. I WILL book with them again. lean, quiet, spacious and well planned by the staff!!!!!

We had a lovely stay at Kona isles A4! The condo is clean and nice sized stocked with pretty much all you need while there. Great location near everything. Grounds are very well kept and nice amenities on the grounds as well!

I was traveling alone and this condo worked great. The location was close to many things I enjoy, loved the property and area next to the ocean, felt safe and wasn't noisy. The condo worked perfectly, nice amenities and well stocked kitchen.

This condo was absolutely spotless & the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed... we felt very at home here... The property was extremely well maintained & we thoroughly enjoyed listening to the ocean waves in the evening! The onsite manager was very friendly & helpful! If you are looking for a home away from home Kona Isle A4 is the place to stay. It was very clean and very well equipped with everything to make our vacation complete. The view was awesome as was the service from Brian (property manager) who assisted us in booking our flight back home and to the management company who let us extend our stay due to our flight being at midnight. We will be back. Thank you to all involved.

The ceiling fan in the bathroom was filthy. Condo was great otherwise!

The location and layout of the property are spectacular. Only 1 problem: the dishwasher didn't clean the dishes. This has been reported and will be taken care of right away. In general it worked very well for the kids to get some outdoor exercise. And the sunsets were gorgeous!

The unit was very nicely decorated and comfortable furnishings. Lanai wasn't very private since it was on a walkway and right by the mailboxes. Even though; we would book another stay at this unit.

I would love to stay here again!

Kona Isle is a gem on the beach. Our unit a4 had a decent view even with it being the building furthest from the beach. There is a large bush though impeding half the view from the patio.<br/>The condo was very well furnished. The kitchen well supplied with every imaginable utensil. The overall cleanliness was fair. For what we were charged as a cleaning fee I would have expected the floors to have experienced a true mopping not just a quick swiffer job leaving built up dirt along the baseboards. Other than that the fact I pulled out not one but 2 pillow cases out of the closet one had clear evidence of old washed blood and the other was either blood or mold spots. That was pretty tacky. The door lock did not work. In fact we were locked out once because of it. Once the property manager got it open for us, his recommendation was not to use the bottom door lock any longer. Overall we really enjoyed our stay all the minor issues aside I will rent again. I will likely get a unit closer to the beach next time. <br/><br/>

Dishwasher was not working correctly. Cleaning staff had not checked as it was clear there was food residue and a black sludge in the bottom when we arrived. It took over two days to get a plumber in after the issue raised to Knutson. I am not sure they recorded the need when I first called Thursday a.m. After a second call Knutson were more attentive but it took until 2pm Saturday for the plumber to arrive. The letting agent should have noticed that the dishwasher was not working correctly when cleaning the condo. Given that we paid $130 or so for cleaning (as did earlier renters) I would have expected better attention to detail. The owners were very concerned when we contacted them and agreed to replace the unit.<br/>

The grounds were absolutely beautiful. The condo was comfortable and had all of the necessities.There was a Farmers Market down the street for fresh fruit and souvenirs and a little convenience store next door that sold a few groceries with a little deli.

This condo is appropriate for couples or singles looking for a place in a good/safe location with quick access to everything.. shopping areas, the kailua pier etc..<br/><br/>The condo was clean and furniture was in good condition. <br/><br/>The only "nice to have" would be a stove, but we managed without it. Not a big deal.<br/><br/>The man-made picnic/ grill area was always clean and very nice to watch sunsets or hang out. <br/><br/>From A4 there is an obstructed ocean view, but walking to the above area only takes 1 minute. <br/><br/>The condo complex environment was clean and well maintained. The complex manager was always cleaning the pool and grill area to make sure it was nice.<br/><br/>There is virtually no noise disturbances which is great after a long day on the island.<br/><br/>The air conditioner in the bed room is a somewhat noisy, but you get use to it. It did not keep us up at night. <br/><br/>We feel that the price to value ratio was acceptable and somewhat in our favor.

What a great location for a vacation! On the beach, great, super-clean pool, lovely well-maintained grounds, and on-site manager was alway available for any questions. This was a very nice condo with updated furniture, full furnished kitchen and comfy king bed. We'd definitely stay there again and brought home brochures to put up on our retirement community's bulletin board.

Nice little condo, not a luxury one but at a good location. 2-4 people can easily sleep there. The air conditioning is kind an old school and very loud! The coffee maker was broken. Bathroom and the sleeping sofa wasn't 100 percent clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. It's a downstairs condo, no need to climb upstairs. If you can get a good deal, it is worth to go with it!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Kona Isle #A4. Fully equipped and per location. I definitely will stay again.

Happy to stay there

Everything was perfect in this property, the only complaint i have is that the keys weren't in the lockbox when we arrived, but luckily the manager of the place had the keys and happened to be there and he opened for us, but we dis have to sit by the sidewalk for quite a few minutes waiting for someone that was supposed to show up to bring the keys but never did.

My son and I enjoyed staying at the Kona Isle A4 rental very much. The year round folks were friendly, welcoming & helpful; as were the guests.I hope to return next year if possible.<br/>

The unit was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was a plus. The weather on the west side of the island was comfortable and the sunsets from the complex were spectacular. <br/>We ended up driving all the way around the island seeing the sights. Hawa was a nice town with beautiful hiking trails. <br/>Favorite restaurant for breakfast was the Frenchman's cafe

The condo was represented well in photos and the listing- we were comfortable in the place and had all the items we needed plus more for the beach that was included and not mentioned much to our surprise. Pool and ocean side were a wonderful addition as well

My wife and I stayed at the Kona Isle during our honeymoon. We found the room clean when we arrived. The complex is right on the ocean front but you can't swim there. There is a pool to make up for it. Our condo came with all the cookware, plates, cups and cutlery we needed. It also had a washer, dryer, stove and microwave. Unfortunately it didn't have an oven. It was a nice place to stay, the only negative was it was a little too far to walk to towm.
