A four-mile Nevada east-shore stretch on Lake Tahoe at 6,225 feet — the Skyland and Glenbrook lakefront communities, the granite tunnel through Cave Rock State Park, the Zephyr Cove Resort & Marina with the MS Dixie II paddlewheel, Round Hill Pines and Nevada Beach on either side, and the Heavenly Mountain Gondola six miles south at Stateline.
Zephyr Cove sits on the Nevada east shore of Lake Tahoe at 6,225 feet, twelve miles south of Cave Rock and four miles north of Stateline on US-50. The Zephyr Cove Resort & Marina anchors the village — a 1930s lodge complex with a sand beach, the MS Dixie II paddlewheel and the Tahoe Queen sunset cruise both leaving the same dock, the Action Watersports rental booth, and the Highway 50 turnout where the East Shore Express trolley to Sand Harbor loads in summer. The Skyland and Glenbrook gated lakefront communities flank the village; Cave Rock State Park's granite tunnel sits two miles north; the Daggett Pass / Kingsbury Grade climb up Highway 207 to Heavenly's Stagecoach base starts six miles south.
Our Zephyr Cove rentals concentrate in three pockets — the Skyland community's lakefront and lakeview homes (Lilac Lodge, Silver Rock Lodge), the Zephyr Heights ridge above the lake (Alma Ridge Hideaway, Foothill Folly, Sadie's Hustle, Smokey Joes), and the cabin-and-chalet pocket along the Tramway-and-Sierra grid behind the marina (Zephyr Cabin, The Heights, Cheyenne Chalet). Most homes are single-family; pet-friendly stock is meaningful; and a steep-driveway/4WD-in-winter advisory applies to the Zephyr Heights properties.
