The northern Smoky Mountains gateway between I-40 and Pigeon Forge — Dolly Parton's birthplace at the Sevier County Courthouse, the Wears Valley back-entrance into Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the Tanger Outlets and Bass Pro Shops complex on Highway 66, and Soaky Mountain Waterpark on Dolly Parton Parkway anchoring the off-park summer days.
Sevierville sits at the I-40/I-81 exit corridor onto Winfield Dunn Parkway — the northernmost of the three Smokies gateway towns and the I-40-side anchor of the Sevier County trio with Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The Sevier County Courthouse square holds the Dolly Parton bronze statue and the 1896 brick courthouse; Smoky Mountain Knife Works occupies the original Mountain Mile mall building on Winfield Dunn; the Tanger Outlets at Five Oaks runs ninety stores across the Highway 66 strip; and the Wears Valley back-entrance into Great Smoky Mountains National Park climbs over Cove Mountain twelve miles south of downtown.
Our rental inventory leans heavy on cabin product — two- to five-bedroom log cabins in the Cedar Falls Resort, Bluff Mountain, Cobbly Nob, and Thunder Mountain ridge developments, most built in the 1990s–2010s with hot tubs, theater rooms, pool tables, gas-fireplace decks, and ridge-view porches. Sleeps four to twelve is the typical range; the larger 4–5-bedroom luxury cabins on Thunder Mountain and Cobbly Nob are the multi-family-and-reunion picks at $250–$700 a night.
