Miami BeachSouth Florida's barrier-island playground — Ocean Drive's Art Deco strip, Lincoln Road, the Mid-Beach Faena and Alexander corridor on Collins, and a high-rise condo-hotel rental market unlike anywhere else in the state

A 7.7-mile barrier-island city across Biscayne Bay from downtown Miami — South Beach's Art Deco Historic District anchors the south end with Ocean Drive's pastel hotel strip, the Lincoln Road pedestrian mall, and South Pointe Park; Mid-Beach runs the Faena District, the Carillon Miami Wellness Resort, and the Alexander All Suite oceanfront tower; Bal Harbour's luxury-shopping district sits at the north end across the Haulover Inlet. Reached from MIA via the Julia Tuttle and MacArthur Causeways.

Welcome to Miami BeachOcean Drive's Art Deco strip, Lincoln Road's open-air pedestrian mall, the Faena District, the Alexander oceanfront tower, and a 39-property condo-hotel rental market spanning South Beach, Mid-Beach, and Bal Harbour.

Miami Beach splits into three neighborhoods that feel like three different cities. South Beach (1st through 23rd Streets) is the Art Deco Historic District — Ocean Drive's pastel hotels (the Carlyle, the Colony, the Avalon), the Lincoln Road eight-block pedestrian mall (Books & Books, the Lincoln Theatre, the Saturday farmers market), South Pointe Park's grassy point and Government Cut cruise-ship channel views, and the late-night club strip on Washington Avenue (LIV, Story, E11even just over the bridge). Mid-Beach (24th through 63rd) is the high-rise condo-hotel corridor — the Faena District's six-block luxury enclave, the Fontainebleau and Eden Roc midcentury landmarks, the Carillon Miami Wellness Resort, and the Alexander All Suite Oceanfront Tower at 5225 Collins. North Beach, Surfside, and Bal Harbour run from 63rd Street north to the Haulover Inlet, anchored by the Bal Harbour Shops luxury-mall corridor.

Our Miami Beach inventory clusters in two condo-hotel buildings: the Alexander All Suite Oceanfront in Mid-Beach (over 25 of our 39 properties — studios through 6-bedroom suites with private balconies, two oceanfront pools, hot tubs, and a beach service), and the Sorrento Residences plus Penthouse de Soleil and Penthouse Bahia Mar on Ocean Drive in South Beach. The Carillon Miami Wellness Resort adds a few luxury 2-bedroom suites with full spa-and-fitness access. Miami International (MIA) sits 25 minutes west across the MacArthur Causeway; Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood (FLL) is 35 minutes north and often the cheaper alternative.
