This place was absolutely beautiful & very well organized! It is fairly close to food, trails, and of course it has a HEATED pool & hot tub in the subdivision. It is kept very clean & sleeps quite a bit of people. (We didn’t use all the beds) but it was perfect! Had a super nice fridge & everything you needed in the kitchen. There were a couple of cups missing (they label them) & I was going to let them know, but I didn’t want to bother anyone. There was 10 instead of 15 & the bottom of the pitcher was missing. Other than those very minor things- everything was perfect! SUPER CLEAN!

We enjoyed our stay at When Sparks Fly. The townhouse was well equipped and the close to many area attractions. We would definitely recommend stay at The Ledges to our friends.

Golf get away and the rental was great and 2 minutes from the course

Overall the experience was amazing and we will be booking at the ledges again. The only thing that would have made it better was a fireplace out on the balcony

We were a bit nervous that this rental would feel far away from the hustle and bustle of st. George but we couldn’t have been more wrong. We LOVED the location! Being so close to Snow Canyon was so fun and the views from the rental were incredible! The rental is clean, well organized and beautiful! We loved our stay!

Very clean, like new. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, plus one for the loft. Very comfortable. It was nice to be a bit outside of St George, 5 min from Snow Canyon north entrance.

Very clean and spacious, with great amenities. The views from the back deck are incredible, but can be a bit noisy because it backs onto a road. However the front deck is a wonderful option for sitting outside. Note; if you are going for golf, you may want to book tee times ahead of your stay, as we found times somewhat limited. The location is about 15 min drive from St. George but travel is easy, and being out of town gives tremendous views. Would very much recommend this for accommodation!

Very nice, very clean, plenty of room. It was nice that this place was outside of St George but not too far away... only about a 5 minute drive to the north end of Bluff Street. Very convenient to anywhere you need to get to

We spent a week in St George with family during spring break. While the temperatures were cool, it was still much warmer/less snow covered than Montana. The accommodations were excellent and very comfortable.

I took all of my daughters and daughter-in-law to St. George for a girl's trip. There were seven of us. This condo was a great home base for us. There were lots of beds, and plenty of room. The home was nice and clean, and had everything we needed. I would recommend this as a great location for a family reunion or other type of getaway. We had a great time!

Highly recommend the Ledges. Look forward to returning. Great facility, beautiful scenery and awesome golf!!

The house was clean and had plenty of linens etc. Some of the dishes were dirty and had to be washed, which was a little concerning. The house thermostat couldn't be set below 72°. Normally that would seem fine but the house got a little warm the first night we were there. Luckily the temp outside dropped and the following evenings we could just open windows for cooler air. It was a 15 minute drive to get into most places in St George... slightly inconvenient. But overall we would stay again in the home.

We loved our stay at When Sparks Fly at the Ledges inSt George. Situated close to the North entrance to Snow Canyon, away from the busy downtown was a perfect location. The condo was beautiful, new, clean with comfy furnishings. My family loved swimming in the evening after a day of adventures. We will come again soon!

The home was in a great location. Had a pool the kids loved and all the amenities we needed and wanted for a family on vacation. Home was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

This home is beautiful! It's stocked with everything you will need. Great location, more than plenty of room and comfortable beds. If I had to give the owners feedback for the upcoming guests - I would say to definitely invest in a better coffee pot, I was tempted to go buy one and a gas fire pit on the top balcony would be the icing on the cake! All in all, the only issue with this home... is that it isn't mine. :)
