Luxurious top of the line Hawaii vacation condo! Welcome to our 2 bedroom 2 bath villa located in Waikoloa Beach Villas in the Waikoloa Beach Resort.
Away from it all, yet central to everything at the Waikoloa Beach Resort – located on the sunny Kohala Coast of the Big Island. This secluded unit is just 20 minutes north of the Kona International Airport and overlooks the third green of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course.
In this beautiful 2-bed/2-bath condo, we have tried to provide you with every amenity including central air-conditioning, washer & dryer, luxury linens, your own garage, beach chairs & towels, and even a beach umbrella & cooler. The large master bedroom has a King bed, an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet and a desk. The second bedroom has two Twin beds and the living room includes a trundle bed sofa. Even a fold-out adult cot and a portable baby’s crib are provided. WI-FI and cable are free and the unit has three HD flat screen TV’s and a DVD player for your entertainment.
This “Waikoloa Beach Villas” condo is just a 10-minute walk to the tranquil Anaeho’omalu Bay (A-Bay) Beach and an even shorter walk to the Kings Shops and the Queens Marketplace – both featuring upscale shopping and restaurants. Here you will find a gourmet market offering basic food and beverage items as well as pre-made meals and a great wine selection for those A-Bay Hawaiian sunsets.
More of a morning person? Walk over to Starbucks and take your coffee to the beach as a perfect start to your day!
When you’re ready to simply relax at your vacation home, you will enjoy a fully outfitted kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. A dishwasher, microwave, blender, rice cooker, toaster and a pancake gridle are all standing by for your use. Want to flame-grill? There is a private outdoor kitchen right on your lanai with a table & chairs, a sink and a Viking gas grill. Watch the golfers while you enjoy a little dining alfresco. The Waikoloa Beach Villas property is attractively covered in manicured lawns, tropical gardens and palm trees. There are two gated, heated pools – each with chaise lounge chairs, sun umbrellas and a hot tub. One pool is directly across a private road to this unit. The other pool area includes a fitness room.
When you’re ready to expand your adventure beyond the Waikoloa Beach Resort, a 10-minute drive north brings you to the neighboring Mauna Lani Resort where you can golf, visit their picturesque tidal fish ponds or soak up the sun at 49 Black Sand Beach – also a great place to snorkel. A little further north is the Hapuna Beach State Park, which has a mile long white sand beach. A 15-minute drive south of the Waikoloa Resort can take you to the beautiful Kua Bay Beach where there are plentiful waves for boogie boarding. Here you can also hike up a nearby cinder cone for panoramic island/ocean views.
The Big Island offers numerous half and full day guided tours ranging from snorkeling, fishing and sunset cruises, to sightseeing at the Volcanoes National Park. Information for these outings can be found online and at the nearby shopping centers.

The condo definitely exceded our expectations! It was clean and stalked with a lot of the basics! The only suggestion is to tell the people in the unit above to not jump and be conscientious of the people below. We were woken up at 6am every day by all the jumping and noise!
stayed at this complex before- excellent general facilities. Unit G2 was satisfactory only. it is generally become a bit worn. updates to the pots and pans and such are required. this also applies to the linens. Generally tidy but we arrived to a bag of garbage hanging in the kitchen. we would classify the stay as satisfactory only.
We appreciate all the thoughtful amenities. The beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards enhanced our beach experience. We would definitely stay at this place during our next visit to the Big Island.
Waikoloa Beach Villas Unit G2 couldn't have been more accommodating. They provided all the essentials to ensure that our stay was perfect. Not only was the condo beautiful and spacious, but the proximity to shopping (Kings and Queens shops), restaurants, beautiful golf courses (Waikoloa Beach and Kings Course), and the beach made it the perfect place to stay. The property was extremely clean and well maintained, and I would highly recommend anyone who loves golfing and the beach to stay here. The owners' are extremely accommodating and very helpful! Next time you visit the Big Island, this is the place that you want to stay! I am already looking forward to my next trip here.
We had a great time and loved all the amenities of the condo we rented.
this was our 9th visit to WKBV but or first in Unit G2. G2 is well located in the complex and we found it clean and attractive, BUT not without some problems - master bed unconfortable, so we tried the twin beds in 2nd bedroom, same problem. TV in LR was small, dated and difficult to figure out (no guide). Not that we got to Big Island to watch TV, just an inconvenience. Also ice maker in fridge was dysfunctional for 3 of our 5 weeks there (not that there's anything wrong with warm gin & tonic).Also problem with Master bath sink which was only fixed in time for us to leave. Front door lock needs repair but was unattended to during our stay. Other than that we had a great time! Notwitstanding above noted problems our service from Michelle Coupe at Kohala Coast Properties was commendable. Overall rating C+. Ron and Louise, Vancouver Canada
There were 4 of us in our group to do the Hawaii 70.3 triathlon. The condo was in a great location to the beaches for swimming, great running and biking. I would highly recommend this place.

Waikoloa Beach Villas G2 was a beautiful condo in a perfect location. The condo was wonderfully maintained and extremely clean. Plenty of beach equipment to take and enjoy at any of the many near-by beaches. Within walking distance of Starbucks, a grocery store, and some fun shops. And, the pool was just across the parking lot. Perfect for our family of 4!
This apartment (#G2) would rank as one of the best accommodations we've stayed at, and we have travelled quite a bit. It's only disadvantage (which may be viewed by some as a benefit) is it's distance from Kona (25 miles/40km). That said, easy driving to beautiful Hapuna Beach and north of island. Kona has greater choice of "reasonably priced" eating places. Condo is extremely clean, beautifully furnished and well equipped for in-home cooking. We chose to shop at Costco and Walmart (20 mins drive) and cook at home. Gourmet Supermarket at Queens Shopping Centre (200m away from Condo) is expensive. Booking was easy. Property Manager easy to contact and responsive. Property is on the market for sale (Jan 2018) so may not be available in the future.
We had an amazing time here. It was clean, and had everything we needed. The kids woke up to sit under the palm trees, and checked out the golf course at sunrise. They caught geckos and swam for hours in the pool. We walked across the street for meals at the food court, and used the kitchen for breakfast. We played Hawaiian music over our speaker using the WIFI/bluetooth. We used the beach gear and ice chest for daily trips to different beaches. It was amazing. Memories we won't forget. Thank you so much!!
A perfect home-base to explore the big island. Only 30 mins from airport. Condo is well-maintained & quiet; kitchen is fully equipped to cook; walking distance to two markets (but prices are higher). Stopped at Safeway before heading to condo (short distance from airport). Eat/drinking out can be expensive. Recommend: Fish & Hogs in Waimea (enjoyed most); Roy's (never disappointed); Lava Lava Beach for sunrise/sunset while enjoying your favorite drink (walk/drive distance); Hawaiian Style Café for loco moco (tasty beef); Country Market in Honoka's (tiny market, but sold local grown beef); The Fish Market (tiny shack north of Waikoloa) for seafood you can cook; Kona Potatoe Chips in Captain Cook (better than Hawaiian Chips plus other tasty products); lunch/tour of Vanilla Farm (vanilla blended with everything you ate).<br/>
I have stayed at KCP for the last 3 years for 2 weeks around the Kona Marathon Events. Close to everything, easy to get around the whole Resort area. Great restaurants and lots to do.
Condo G-2 was a wonderful place to call home for our 2 week vacation. We really enjoyed the deck and BBQ and the cleanliness of the condo. Besides a few issues with plugs not working and the tiny television in the living room that hopefully the owner will take the time to go up to Costco and at least get a 50” Tv for my next stay we had a great time.Having the golf membership was also fantastic! Michelle the property Manager was outstanding if you needed anything.Also the shower door in the master bath needs some attention because you have to physically lift the heavy glass door to open and close it and I can see someone seriously injuring themselves or shattering the glass.
