The condo was very clean and well equipped. Ice maker was frozen when we arrived so my husband fixed that, seems to be a common problem in rental units. The garage door opener did not work left a message with the property manager but never heard back so we bought a new battery and that fixed the problem. Except for those minor problems the unit was very comfortable and well maintained.

2nd time staying at WBV E32. We enjoyed our stay. Great location! Condo was very clean and has nice amenities. Kohala Coast staff was friendly and accommodating as always.
Condo is located in excellent location near the entrance ro Waikola and numerous shops and restaurants. Walking distance to many places. Third floor location is nice as no one is above you. Elevator is convenient. The pictures on the website were very accurate. The unit is very well equipped and in excellent condition. The lani is nice, but it would be better if it was larger to accommodate more lounge chairs. The faculty has 2 pools and a nice fitness center. The barbeque grill on the lani was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.
Hawaii was great, rental not so much. After a long day on the beach, we did not look forward to climbing steps to the 3rd floor. The elevator was small, hot and very slow. The Microware not working. The TV had 3 remotes with no instructions on how to use it. At the end of the day, I like to relax with a little TV, at least to see the local news. We all just used our cell phones. <br/>The view was just a shopping mall with some construction going on. Our neighbors kept us up till 5am arguing, we thought the police was going to show up.<br/>On the positive side, the condo was clean and nicely decorated. The washer and dryer worked good. Supplies were sufficient. The grounds were kept nice and clean. <br/>At the end of the day we would not rent this condo again. The maintenance never came with a replacement microwave, after they said they would. Not a fan of climbing 3 floors and no TV. The elevator was a longer walk,small, hot and really slow.<br/>
Even though we were in the crosshairs of hurricane Lane, we dodged that bullet on Kona
We enjoyed our stay. Have stayed at many condos and this one was top on our list of places to stay. The only negative thing I could say is the web site shows the view is the pool. Not so. May want to change that. Other than that Awsome!!
FANTÁSTICA, MUY BUENA EN GENERAL
E32 is very nicely appointed. The kitchen has everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The garage has chairs and beach equipment you can use. The pool area is relaxing. Very convenient to shopping and walking trails. You do need to drive to the beach.<br/>
We had a marvelous time. Kitchen was really nice and had everything we needed. Home was nicely decorated and felt very comfortable.
