needed a place near west world for a horse show.just a couple long blocks away. right next to an amazing grocery and restaurants very well stocked and clean. next time maybe even make it to pool

We were very happy with our stay of 35 days! The apt was exactly as described and well equipped. Location was convenient to highway and a very nice shopping plaza within walking distance. Wes, the property manager was very friendly and available to answer our questions. Would stay here again and would recommend!

Very clean and easy access to shopping, close to our son so very convenient. The only negative for us was the fact it does face a busy street so having the doors open to the lanai was extremely noisy.

Great dog friendly condo in north Scottsdale, neighborhood has so many walkable restaurants, stores and wonderful grocery (AJ's) and Starbucks. Condo has well stocked kitchen, beds were comfy, nicely decorated and generally comfortable surroundings. Unfortunately the condo is facing out to a very busy street(Thompson Peak Parkway) which made the patio less than enjoyable at busy traffic times. Due to Covid the fitness facility, sauna and steam room were still closed and there were decreased number of chairs at pool area which made for limited seating but the pool was clean and comfortable for swimming. The Hash Kitchen, Flo's Chinese and Starbucks were great walkable eating options and OHSO brewery is a wonderful dog friendly place to take your pup for outdoor dining and drinks. Wes, the property rep was very helpful, professional and informative. He even gave us tips for getting our Covid vaccines completed during our time in the area.

Stayed for 5 days and had a great experience. Instructions to get into the unit were easy, the place was clean and well prepared. The location was perfect for what we wanted. Quick access to grocery store and restaurants. The pool was really close, warm and nice. We stayed in January and the kids were able to use the pool and hottub every day because it was heated. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was clean and well appointed, it was a great location in Scottsdale. It was within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. We would recommend.

My husband and I had an amazing time at this Condo!!! It was updated and close to the pool. The people were very friendly. The location was ideal for we did not rent a car. We were in walking distance to grocery, restaurants etc. We ubered for anything else and was great!!! Would definitely stay here again. Our contact person Wes was Great as well as Myles who was my contact with Latitude 8!!! You are also walking distance to golf and many trails as well as the airport. My only negative was condo was facing a busy street. But still was not a major issue!!! Can't wait to come back next year!!!

The condo was in perfect condition. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was great. And the pool and accommodations were excellent. The location was great as well. We were close to the 101 and Safeway. Walking distance to Starbucks and Walgreens. Only bad thing is the busy street, but it didn't bother us at all.

Condo is clean and comfortable. Less than five minutes from West World, AJ's, Safeway, restaurants and Starbucks. Property management is is very responsive. Bedrooms are separated by main living area which makes them very private. We've stayed here two years in a row.

We had a wonderful trip to Scottsdale AZ, the apartment was the perfect size with everything you need and very clean. The location is great, walking distance to restaurants, groceries stores, Starbucks and the free trolley. Overall we had a great vacation and looking forward to return.

Great condo. It's on a busy street so you hear a little traffic noise. This condo is very clean, has ample supplies for kitchen and bath. Latitude 8 was very responsive to our requests and would highly reccomend them. Overall, a great experience.

It was very easy to work with, even calling they were very pleasant and answered questions. Then following up on us a week before and then again when we arrived, being there as they said.

The two bedroom condo worked great for 3 of us on our 6-night stay in North Scottsdale. The pool is fantastic and clean. There are several stores, food and bars within walking distance or a short drive. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. My only two complaints is the hide a bed mattress is very thin and uncomfortable and some outside road noise. We will likely stay here again on our next trip.

Lovely, contemporary 2nd story condo.<br/>2 Bedrooms each with their own en-suite full bath, plenty of closet space, newer kitchen with washer/dryer accessibility, flat screen TV's in all rooms.<br/>Steps from the community pool and small fitness center.<br/>Perhaps best of all is the location: close to the 101 and many major roads. Walking distance to a perfect little shopping area with shops, AJ's, and Starbucks.<br/><br/><br/><br/>

The rental company was extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. The location was nice and within walking distance to local shopping and eating. The unit was clean and well kept. The amenities were awesome. The kids enjoyed the pool also. Nice and quiet vacation for us.

The condo was in immaculate condition. Working with Latitude 8 was very smooth and efficient. The only negative was that the condo was located on a busy street.

The condo unit was very nice. Our contact met us as scheduled and provided an overview of the unit and the complex. We realized the coffee maker was broken the next morning and a new one was dropped off that day. The link cation is great! It is within walking distance of several stores and restaurants and has convenient access to the loop expressway. We would recommend this place to others.

This Condo was wonderful! Safe and close to groceries, Starbucks and restaurants. Updated, well maintained and beautiful furniture. The one and only suggestion is to either get mattresse toppers or new ones all together.. both beds were like sleeping and a board they were so hard!
