We thoroughly enjoyed this condo and loved the location which made it easy to get to anywhere we wanted, with the 101 just a couple of blocks away. Raintree Casitas is close to a Greenbelt entrance in a very walkable neighborhood. Grocery stores and pharmacies as well as some restaurants are also within walking distance. The condo itself looks out over the pool and has very comfortable patio furniture which made for a quiet, relaxing place to sit and enjoy the sunshine and warmth. We had everything we needed. The only thing we can think of that needs an update is some sharp knives in the kitchen as the ones there are quite dull. Wes at Latitude 8 met us on arrival and then helped us very quickly sort out a few concerns that popped up and Myles was easy to work with and responsive about the rental process itself. We would love to return to this condo in the future but it is already taken for next year. While we go with another Latitude 8 rental we will be keeping our eye on this one for futures vacations.

Very clean and had everything needed for a great stay. Kitchen well supplied. The little touches like paper towel, spices and dish soap meant we could settle in without a scramble.

This place was ideal. A nice clean two bed room with enough room to enjoy for any individual or small family. Appliances and location are top notch. I can't wait to return

We enjoyed the huge space with a great view. We took advantage of the great pool area and lovely neighbors while we were there. The rooms were a great size and the living room was very comfortable. We can't wait to come back one day!

The unit was quiet and had a well equipped kitchen except for quality of cookware.The bathroom rugs could be replaced with ones that don't have backing that peels off. The furniture was comfortable. The view of the pool, the grounds, and the mountains was beautiful. Wes was our go to person and was VERY helpful. We felt bad for the owner downstairs as close to everything we did could be heard because of the soundproofing or lack of it between the floors. Overall, we would use Latitude 8 Vacation Rentals again without hesitation.

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Scottsdale, AZ. The pool, people, and location made this a very enjoyable vacation!
