We enjoyed our stay at this property. We did have periodic internet issues, some for as long as a full day, which made working from the property a challenge. And I also think The Ledges could do a better job for guests staying longer than just a few days. Tissue boxes were nearly empty, there was limited laundry detergent, etc. That might be okay for someone staying for 3 nights but not for 9 nights. <br/> <br/>We definitely enjoyed our stay but I believe for guests staying longer that the management company should be checking in to make sure supplies are adequate

It was a perfect place to stay for my bachelorette trip! All the girls loved it! Very clean, amazing views, close to restaurants! We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time in St.George. We chose this location as it was on a golf course and close to Zion National Park. We hiked at the park on several days and always had a nice oasis to come home to. My son and husband played a round of golf on one of the afternoons. The rental was clean and very nicely laid out. The kitchen was very well stocked. We cooked most of our meals and had every spice we needed to prepare our meals. Would highly recommend this location.

We were extremely pleased with Villa on the 18th. The home was beautifully furnished, spacious, and could easily have served as our full time residence. For a family of cooks, the kitchen was a dream. It was as well equipped as our home's, with all the needed pots, pans, appliances and tools. The binder with information was very helpful. Viewing the sun rise each morning over the fairway from the the large patio was special. We would plan to book this villa on our next trip.

Villa on the 18th is a beautiful condo on the 18the fairway of the ledges golf course. We enjoyed the golf, as well as hiking and cycling. The condo is in excellent condition. The common hot tubs needed some maintenance. They were sometimes cold and sometimes the water was green. We will be back!

The renting of the property was easy and professional. The villa was above expectations. Well located, clean, quiet and comfortable.

I give this property an A+. Every aspect from the check-in process to the cleanliness, amenities, space and best of all the views in the &#x201C;back yard&#x201D; would make me come back here without question. The pictures online show exactly what you get at this amazing home. I came for a golf trip and this was an ideal location to get us around the St. George/Hurricane areas easily. I also highly recommend playing the Ledges golf course if you&#x2019;re staying at this property.

Excellent vacation rental. The property is clean, modern and very comfortable. The Ledges is in an excellent location with great access to golf, hiking and cycling. The rental managers are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

House was visually neat and tidy. However the kitchen floor was not washed prior to our arrival. The rest of the house was in great order and had all the required amenities. We would recommend a coffee machine with individual pods to be able to make a single cup of whatever flavour you may like.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. It was relaxing to sit on the back patio in the cool shade and watch the golfers. The proximity to snow canyon is a big plus for hiking and cycling.

Really happy with our choice to stay here. It was a little bit outside of town which was perfect for the Great views and scenery we went to Utah for. The house had everything we needed and was beyond clean when we got there. Great layout and was nicely furnished. Tvs and cable worked out great to watch the games at night and the kids room had a gaming system. The place Was literally perfect . I'm hesitant to post this cause I want it available next time we go, lol

Love the area. Right on the 18th fairway. Quiet. Beautiful luxurious interior with high end finishes from window treatments, furniture, mattresses, bedding, and all the kitchen gadgets you could want. The only thing to note is that all of the furniture and mattresses were very low to the ground. People with bad knees would have issues getting in and out of bed and off the sofa. Otherwise very cool looks. Dish TV was great. A lot of rentals now days have subscription service tv which is terrible for sports. Great Wi Fi too if you need to work a bit. We have older children and found it gave us plenty of space. The pool is a couple hundred yards away. Pickle ball courts are nice and the equipment was included in the stay. Communication with the rental company was outstanding and accurate. St. George was not too far away. Easy drive to all restaurants. Close to Snow Canyon State park for great hiking. Also take a day out of your schedule to go to Zion. Amazing. Golf was great. We stayed at the ledges to practice or play every day we were there. Nice range and practice area. Overall a 5x star review from a picky traveler. Nice work.

Everything about this unit was great but the best was waking up in the morning and watching Pine Mountain come to life while laying in bed.

This was a beautiful condo with a beautiful view. It was much more spacious than the pictures make it look. It was clean, comfortable and beautiful and the staff was responsive to our every need. Can't wait to come back!

The rental process is very easy and the house is beautifully decorated (it seems one of the only ones with such modern furnishings).Everything was spotless and, apart from the construction next door, it was very quiet.

This was one of the best vacations we have had since our kids have grown up and moved out. We were amazed at the courses that were selected for us to play. We really enjoyed our stay and play package. Looking forward to going back next year. The Ledges staff was fantastic to work with.

My husband and I booked this spacious condo for his birthday golf weekend. We didn't realize how much space it actually has! It's immaculate, gorgeous layout, gorgeous views of the golf course, and a fabulous patio for viewing stars all night long, dining, etc. There's access to a pool, club house and trails, and is situation right outside St. George. We ran into an issue with the burners not working. It was handled quickly and professionally and we learned it was just a trip. My only suggestion is that someone leave a bit of coffee for us late night arrivals who come into town after stores close. Coffee addicts need their caffeine! ;) Seriously, fabulous place, and I would HIGHLY recommend.

We had a fantastic weekend celebrating an 80th bday! The condo was the perfect setting to celebrate with our family - beautiful view, lots of amenities, and a comfy living space for watching football!

We loved this property! It was so clean and spacious and fit all 6 of us perfectly. The decor was beautiful and comfortable. Our favorite was the patio; we spent most of our time outside enjoying the gorgeous view! Can't wait to go back!
