The Villa De Los Pinos complex is located on the Red Line shuttle and walking distance to the Vons shopping center, restaurants, movie theatre, Mammoth Creek park and playground, walking trails, Starbucks and the new bowling alley complete with golf simulator and the new Ice Rink are all steps away. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Affordable. Clean. Simple. I would rent this condo again. It is in a quiet area and the grocery store is only a block away. During May- November there is a free trolley that goes through town and there is a stop right in front of the complex. Couple things I would note for future renters: the main living, dining and kitchen area is on the second floor, just in case anyone in your party has an issue with stairs, it may be a problem... that and lugging up food and the ice chest is not very fun. The other thing I would note is that if you have babies/toddlers or young children, its not child proof at all. Please make sure you bring any safety items you may need. They did have a baby gate but it was broken. Thankfully we brought baby gates and moved things around so that it was safe. The balcony railing over the staircase has a gap that isnt safe for young kids, so we had to block it off. I know its not realistic to expect all the cabinets to have a child latch, but at minimum I would recommend that the cabinet under the kitchen sink should have safety latch since it has some cleaning supplies under it. Overall, it was a good stay.

We were 2 families with young kids and the place was great. Access to the snowcreek athletic club was very useful during a quick rain. Green space behind the house, bed for everyone. The place was as described. The place is a bit outdated but, that did not stop us from having a good time! Great location, lots accessible by foot or a quick drive.
Great spot in a quiet little complex. Lovely pool, grass complex and tennis courts. The cabin was clean. well stocked and great for our family of four.

Overall it was a good rental. Check in/out was easy. Wish it was a code door to eliminate the extra steps of picking up/dropping off keys but is what it is. Good location and easy to find.
This Condo was perfect for our family that had to evacuate from Tahoe because of the Caldor Fire. Everything was there that we needed. The laundry room was great. We enjoyed the pool & jacuzzii & personal deck. It was so comfortable and just like home. THANK YOU for all your help and kindness. We will definitely recommend this Condo to everyone we know.
Property was well maintained, very comfortable, easy to find, great service from the management company. Decor is a little older but if you have kids or pets, this is perfect. Nice pool, spa and green areas to walk pets. Would stay again.
Great location! Near shopping and walking trails. Shuttle stop is very close. Perfect place for dogs.
Townhome was in a very convenient locations, walking distance to Vons, Distant Brewing, among other major locations. Also a shuttle stop right outside the property. We had a group of 8, and there is easily enough space for 10 if you sleep 2 per full bed or larger. One of the small bedrooms has it's own sink and the Master is very large. It is also pet friendly and our dog had the time of his life. There was everything we needed. There were some spots we could tell there were previous dogs, but it wasn't anything that turned us off. The only thing we found was that the light fixture in the master did not work, but we notified the office. The property management should check all appliances/lights before check-in.
Place was super clean and had a very large living space. Covid still has the spa closed, but the bathrooms are very nice.

Our fmaily goes to Mammoth every year to vacation with the family. We usually use the Mammoth Sierra Reservations. This year was different for obvious reasons. Some of our expectations were not met but it is hard to accommodate during this pandemic. So we all had to understand. We appreciated being able to cook or prepare every meal to help keep us safe.
Our 3rd or 4th stay in this unit. Comfortable and well equipped. Love the development which is quite and spacious.

I absolutely love this condo. I have been coming up for years and staying here. It is so delightful. Excellent space, accommodations and amenities. The location is perfect. I'll be back as always.
I normally don't answer these when asked to do these but I'll make an exception here. Let me sum it up for you;Awesome stay - Great location (easy in and out) - Very Clean and in order. Had all that we needed and I will check for this rental when I return. You won't be disappointed.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the owner really needs to clean out the closets. There is way too much stuff crammed into them to be renting the house out. In addition, some of the dresser drawers are broken. On the positive side, the kitchen, while small, is well equipped with pots, pans and utensils. The coffee maker was broke, but the property manager brought us a replacement. On the positive side, there is a park within walking distance that provides a good play area for your dog. In summary, I would probably not rent the property again unless the owner cleans out some of the clutter and performs some maintenance on the interior.
Fantastic unit! Great location : tennis court, pool/Jacuzzi, horseshoe pits, volleyball court all just outside the deck. Walking distance to grocery store, home cooking restaurant, sporting goods store. Super clean with ALL the amenities that this family of 4 + 1 dog needed. My 17 yr old said it was "sick!" <--that means GOOD! And our 6 yr old said, "I wish WE lived here!" We will be requesting this particular unit every time we come to the great Mammoth Lakes : )
This place has everything you could ever ask for. Space amenities for anything you can think of. We will stay again soon.
everything was good except the grill was extremely dirty, bread cutting board was still lots of bread kroms on it. But everything else was good, especially the kitchen was very handy.
Very comfortable and great for group getaways.

Very comfortable, close to Eagle Lift and restaurants on Old Mammoth Rd. Will stay again next year.
Nice place. Allows dogs. In town location. good parking spots. Very comfortable and cozy living room. Nice wood burning fireplace. Nice large deck. Quiet spot until kids used the hot tub. Downstairs bedrooms didnt have the most comfortable mattresses, but not a deal breaker. Id stay here again with no complaint.
Great time had by all...
We had rented this condo for three nights. The layout was great and it was comfortably equipped. The complex is very dog friendly and in a great location. Unfortunately the unit was not as clean as I hoped. My son would crawl on the carpet, and his pants would be covered in dog hair. Our dog doesn't shed, and it was different color fur. I think the amount of pet fur in the condo is so much that it caused my mother in law to have pretty severe allergies while in the unit. It is need of a heavy, heavy cleaning.
nice three bed rooms condo, strong layout... however cozy..<br/>clean, but upstair bathroom sink plugged 3 out of 7 days ...<br/>love the courtyard, tennis , swimming pool.. and best of all is a PET friendly condo...<br/>overall, enjoyed our stay....
