Hello David, thank you for your feedback! We must clarify that the home is provided a starter kit of basic items such as one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, towels, crockery, etc. However, the unit is self supplied for items such as coffee filters as you quired.

In regard to the internet, our technician was dispatched within less than 24-hours and confirmed all the televisions were checked and reported as functional. Whilst checking the internet, this was functional however the signal was noted as weak. This is something outside of the scope of our control as it is upheld by the service provider, Hotwire. We provided you photos taken during the work order confirming all items as functional.

While we extend our sincerest sympathies for your experience, the home was thoroughly cleaned within our standards and no additional items of concern were reported during the stay. Given that the home was supplied with our standard starter kit and that the internet was found to be operating, we were not made aware of any additional items that could warrant early vacation of the reservation.
