This rental is the BEST!! It was super clean and the floor plan was perfect for our extended family of 12. The high ceilings make it feel so much bigger than it already is. Every bedroom has a bathroom. &#xD83D;&#xDE0A; The two inside living areas were perfect for visiting and playing games. The Ledges staff were very helpful. The community pool and hot tub and pickleball courts were fun activities. We have no regrets with this rental. We were just sad when it was time to go home. I cannot recommend this unit highly enough!

We enjoyed our time at the Ledges, found it nice to be a little distance from downtown, yet not too far distance wise.<br/>House was clean, supplied well, and plenty of room for all.<br/>Only downfall was so many steps.

We came down to St. George to support my son in law who was running in the Marathon. We had stayed at Ledges before and love the property. I did not know the Marathon route before booking the rental. it turned out to be the perfect spot as mile 17 was a few hundred feet out the front door of the rental property. We were able to cheer him on there then go and meet him at the finish line. the property itself had everything we needed to accomodate us. We will definitely go again.

What a beautiful place to stay. The condo was immaculate and so family friendly. My only complaint is the area, there is no place to shop or eat without having to drive back into St George. But other than that it was great.

Our stay was mostly positive. The view from the deck and upper deck were good. The highway noise is definitely there. The fire it was really nice for the cooler evenings, and deck furniture was nice! The furniture is nice throughout. There's plenty of room for a larger family. However, when we arrived for check-in the cleaning crew was still there (even though we arrived 40 minutes after check-in time) They asked us to put the towels in the dryer for them because they knew we were waiting. House keeping didn't clean the deck at all. Or the rugs or floors. All in all, we really did enjoy our stay and would recommend it to others, just hoping that the cleaning was done better for them.

We enjoyed our stay at "Under Par on 18" during our Saint George baseball tournament weekend. We had a great time relaxing at the condo between games & was able to enjoy the swimming pool, hot tub and pickle ball courts with our grandchildren. The condo is beautiful, spacious & exceptionally clean. It was fun to sit out on the patio in the morning and watch the birds and bunnies. I highly recommend this condo & plan on staying there again soon. :)

This home is a gem. Everything about it is pristine and well cared for. You can truly feel at home here. The pool is a short walk and is a great amenity. The home is well stocked with everything you need and more. We definitely love this place. :)
