The spacious owner’s suite is designed for pure relaxation, featuring a plush king-sized bed, Cable TV, large double closet, and a private ensuite bath. Two sliding glass doors open onto a peaceful patio where you can sip your morning coffee beneath the palms or unwind after a day spent chasing waves and sunshine. The guest bedroom is equally inviting, with a queen bed, twin bed, TV, generous closet space, and easy access to a separate full bathroom — creating a comfortable retreat for family and friends alike. For larger groups, two full-size sleeper sofas in the living area provide plenty of additional sleeping space without sacrificing comfort.

The spacious kitchen shines with granite countertops, solid wood cabinetry, and all-new appliances, making it easy to prepare everything from quick beach snacks to leisurely island dinners. Fully stocked with cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, and thoughtful conveniences, this kitchen is ready for all your vacation favorites. A front-loading washer and dryer are also included to keep sandy swimsuits and beach towels fresh throughout your stay. Gather together in the spacious dining area, where seating for eight makes shared meals and late-night conversations easy and memorable. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available to keep everyone connected — if you can pull yourself away from paradise long enough to check your phone!

Outside your door, the beauty of Palmetto Dunes awaits. Queen's Grant offers access to sparkling on-site pools open from April through September, while the beach is just a scenic 10-minute stroll away. Along the way, you’ll find island favorites including the General Store, Big Jim’s, the beloved Dunes House, and the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. Golf lovers will appreciate being nestled between the renowned Arthur Hills and George Fazio golf courses, with lush fairways and lagoon views surrounding the community.

Set within the stunning 2,000-acre oceanfront Palmetto Dunes Resort, guests enjoy access to three miles of pristine white sand beaches, 11 miles of scenic lagoons, three championship golf courses, 25 tennis courts, and the beautifully renovated Shelter Cove Marina. During the warmer months from Memorial Day through Labor Day, guests can also enjoy complimentary transportation aboard the seasonal Palmetto Dunes Buggy, making island adventures even easier.

Please note: Queen's Grant allows up to two vehicle passes per villa. Gate passes are $35 per car, per week, and the number of passes needed should be provided at the time of reservation. This is a strictly NON-SMOKING / NON-VAPING / NO PETS villa.
