Welcome to our cozy retreat nestled in the heart of nature with lovely mountain views. With so many activities close and convenient, we offer the perfect home base for your mountain getaway.
Cedar City has a large network of trails for hiking, walking, and biking Whether you’re an avid adventurer seeking either challenging or more laid-back hiking, or a traveler simply looking for peaceful walks in the foothills of the “C” Mtn.
Our home is a stone’s throw from great hiking and walking trails. If you are a cycling enthusiast eager to explore scenic routes, we are a 5-minute drive to a network of challenging cycling trails. The possibilities are many, so lace up your boots and head out for adventures that begin right on our doorstep.
Also within about a 5-minute drive of our home is the campus of the renowned Utah Shakespeare Festival which runs from June into October. In addition to the seven plays that are performed each week during the festival season, there are entertaining “Green Shows” in the evenings and actor seminars each morning. Whether you come for a few days or stay the week, it’s a wonderful, fun-filled experience that will keep you on the go.
We are conveniently located within close proximity to local attractions, dining options, shopping, and activities, as well as easy driving distance to Utah’s five National Parks.
ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY: To access the property, Redawning will give you a code for the key pad lock on the front door. If for some reason that does not work for you, there is a lock box behind the shed in the back yard with a key to the front door. Redawning should also give you the combination to that lock box if you should find it necessary.

Reviews
A few minor issues, the master bed was very firm, to the point of being uncomfortable. Also, the ceiling fan in the master only works when the lights are on, and the hallway bathroom toilet runs, not too loud to disturb sleep, but it was always running. The host provided well with the coffee and tea, also provided many little extras that were quite convenient. The rooms were comfortable (minus the master bed) and the location was perfect! Quiet neighborhood very close to a lovely walking trail, but also pretty close to the Main Street. I would stay here again, maybe as soon as this fall.
Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you appreciated the location and amenities. We'll address the master bed's firmness and the ceiling fan and toilet issues to enhance guest comfort. We look forward to welcoming you back soon!
