Great time and stay at Timberline #44. Great layout w bedrooms down stairs. Bed in master was very comfortable, however two twins in the second room were old and too springy. These need replacing. Bathroom downstairs and one upstairs were nice and clean. Wood burning stove worked almost too well! Comfy couches and other seating. Kitchen was generally well stocked. Loved the views outside the condo since it’s a corner unit. I could do without the taxidermy in the living area, not a fan. Otherwise than that and downstairs beds it was super. The management company was very helpful and accommodating. We were struggling to come up due to the heavy storms and they were willing to work with us if we had to change dates, thankfully did not have to but they called back to checkin which was nice.

Really wanted to like this place. Kitchen was very well stocked. Aesthetic of the living room area was great. A few items we were not happy with. 1. While the 90s look is great for the living room the beds were also from the 90s and awful. The four of us all struggled with sleeping well. The beds are metal bed springs, no topper or anything. 2. The cable TV provided was very limited, please provide a Roku or something similar so people can stream. They are very inexpensive. 3. Very stingy with towels, pretty much one towel a person for four nights.<br/><br/>I can’t recommend this place based purely on the quality of the beds. Please replace them! We are also vacation rental owners.

I would rent again and recommend to a friend only if the beds are replaced. The beds were so uncomfortable. We woke up every morning feeling like we did not have a good sleep. Everything else (kitchen, bathrooms, wi-fi, multiple power strips, sliding windows and doors, etc.) was great. Also bring your own fan since the afternoon sun warms up the upstairs.
This is a GREAT unit and would love to rent it again except per the property manager you can not have a small boat trailer on the property even if you disconnect it and it fits into a parking space. Rental agency said nothing and there is nothing on their paperwork other than over size vehicles of which ours was smaller than the SUV.
We truly enjoyed our stay at Timberline 44. The condo was cozy and very clean with everything you would need for a Mammoth getaway.
Great, easy spot centrally located. Worked nicely for our first stay at Mammoth mountain.
