Beautiful spacious condo with great views!

Perfect for our family of 7. This unit was clean and spacious and right across the street from the pool which was also large and clean and safe. We loved that we could rent ebikes and ride through Snow Canyon right on the premises and the restaurants and shops were a short driving distance. Check-in and check-out was so easy. Rules were simple and easy. Met other guests of the property and they were very nice, well-mannered people. It was just as nice as other fancy resorts we have stayed at in St George but way more affordable!!!! Thanks, we will stay again.

The condo was spacious and beautiful, the golf was excellent, the dinner at the clubhouse restaurant was very good. Hiking at Zion was breath taking and golf at both The Ledges and Wolf Creek were amazing. It is a trip we will remember for a long time.

Our family had an amazing time spending time hiking the St. George area, and absolutely LOVED this property! The amenities were perfect (with the exception of the community “hot” tub, that was only hot on one occasion. The villa itself was incredible, and we hope to return to this same spot year after year!

Everything was wonderful and as expected. House was very comfortable and had all of the conveniences.

Everything was ready and we just walked in. Instructions were clear. Loved the view of the course from the top! The most difficult part was the lack of parking.

This is our second time staying in this condo/house. Very nice place to relax....comfortable and convenient. The ledges is very quiet. One thing.....if your stay includes a Tuesday....they start doing landscaping at exactly 7:30...lol. No sleeping in on Tuesdays.

Exactly as advertised: nice view, spacious, fully stocked kitchen, and very clean. Would stay here again.

We throughly enjoyed staying at this condo. It was nicely decorated, well supplied, clean and comfortable...plus it is located close to the swimming pool!

Great location and amenities.

The home was easy to get in to, very clean, with a great kitchen and nice bedrooms. It is immediately across the street from the pool and hot tub, which was really nice. Pickle ball courts were also right there. We had some bunny visitors out on the back porch which were fun to watch during dinner. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Our stay there was wonderful! The unit was clean and ready to go for us to come in and immediately start enjoying ourselves. It's a great location being across the street from the pickle ball courts and pool; as well as having the golf course behind. Would absolutely stay again!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this unit, the 3rd time we have stayed at the ledges. This unit is beautiful! It overlooks the pool and is backed by the golf course. The home is clean, decorated beautifully, and has everything you need to cook and enjoy your vacation. We loved using the gas grill out back. Thank you for having us! We will be back to The Ledges soon.

Great golf course, bike riding and accommodations.

Everything was smooth throughout the rental experience. The only issue we had.....and it was more of an annoyance than anything, was there seems to be more screening to who is allowed access to rent in this area. Quite a few undesirables....gross people that have no class. The home itself was very quiet and we could easily block out all the lowlife. Do lock up your valuables at night.....joggers were present in the area

Perfect spot for our family! Clean and had everything we needed. The pools were fantastic. Nice Weber grill for grilling. Roof top patios had beautiful sunsets!

Great rental with convenient location! Loved being out of downtown St. George, but still close enough to run to quickly. Amazing to be so close to Snow Canyon State Park. Issues with neighbors parking on the street and too many people over the COVID guidelines at the pool on Saturday, but not at fault to the renters. Wish someone enforced those rules.

The property is located near the Ledges Golf Course and Snow Canyon State Park - great location. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked; beds are comfortable. Suggestions - put an office or a desk and remove the large pieces of furniture that are not useful. Also, the outdoor patio furniture could use some love; we were not able to use them because they were either dirty or were torn. Otherwise a great place; however, I would pick another place within ledges that has an office and 2 master bedrooms. They swapped the upstairs master bedroom and put 4 bunk beds. The 3rd bedroom had a queen size bed and it was tight. If you are two couples wanting to play golf; I would look elsewhere where the furniture is better. Otherwise; the place was nice during the 20 day stay. Also, the pool was surprisingly open during Covid 19 and 2 of the 3 staff did not wear a mask when they came into the property.

We loved staying here for the weekend! Quick drive to Snow Canyon and Zion National Park. The condo is clean, modern, comfortable and fully stocked kitchen. Nice view of the pool and golf course. Pickle ball courts across the street. We loved this place.

Outstanding, The unit far exceeded what we envisioned. This is a GREAT PLACE.

This was the perfect little place for our vacation. It is right across the street from the pool and pickle ball courts. The back door goes out to the golf course and a beautiful view. Inside is very clean, well stocked and has that comfy, homey feeling. Plan to stay in this bungalow when in town.

My husband and I stayed at this property with two other couples. It was spacious, light, comfortable and clean. We had a wonderful time together and would love to come back.

This is a lovely house, but could be so much nicer with some mood lighting, in the form of lamps or dimmers. Toooo bright in living room/dining room/ kitchen. Also the master bedroom interior window was broken and although there was a sign saying it was on order to replace, there were shards of glass in the window frame and jagged pieces of glass sticking out. Poor show. Only two wine glasses in the kitchen...really? A few more in a house that size would be an improvement. Kimber was prompt in responding to any questions. Thank you.

Nicely furnished 3 bedroom condo, close to the pool and hot tub. Clean, well-appointed, very spacious and highly functional (great kitchen with all you need for a week of vacation cooking). loved the bbq and private back patio.

House was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing we noted that needs updating is the WiFi. Very slow and constantly dropping.

We had a great time staying at the Ledges Property. We had tickets to Tuacahn Friday & Saturday nights. We enjoyed swimming and playing pickle-ball Saturday afternoon. It was great that the properties were built around the pool so all homes were close. It was clean and new. My 6 granddaughters loved the bunk room! Dan Decker, manager, was awesome to communicate with. Yes I would recommend this to a friend. We had a wonderful time and would love to return here again. Thank you!

The house was great. Clean, comfortable, spacious. The golf course was in horrendous shape and I would not recommend it. Looks like they are having some finical problems and have not been able to water or some kind of disease with the grass. It was also spring break week which resulted in the pool being filled to maximum capacity with lots of excited children. <br/>Im sure at other times of the year you could enjoy all the amenities

Loved our stay, the only thing they truly need to work on is the condition of the chairs at the pool, they are falling apart and very dirty. It would also be nice if they had staff attending to the pool because it was full of people who were climbing over the fence and letting all their friends in, thus taking up any chairs that were for home owners and guests.

We were there for a wedding and several family members had rented other units as well. Very nice property and excellent location. The only thing that could have been improved is the coffee pot. The coffee maker is a 2 cup deal for a whole family. Invent in a larger coffee maker and you have the perfect place.

This is as a great place to stay. Very clean with plenty of space for ten of us that stayed here. The pool and pickleball court was fun for the kids and the adults. The manager was great at providing us with everything we needed before our arrival.

We rented the condo for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The condo is beautiful, spacious, has all the amenities you need and very clean. Location is minutes from town and easy to get to. Kudos as well to the staff at the Club for accommodating us late at night by making us pizza outside of business hours. That's the kind of service that will bring us back to The Ledges! Great stay and will definitely rent again! Thank you to all at The Ledges for your hospitality.

We loved our stay and enjoyed the pool and pickle-ball courts! The views were spectacular as well! The condo is so spacious and with 3 1/2 bathrooms it's great - there is a shower for everyone!<br/>

The property management team was great! Kimber took care of our every need. The only issue we had was trying to order food from the Fish Rock Grille on Saturday night. We called the grille and they told us the kitchen was closed due to a wedding. We texted Kimber and she got the grille to call us and deliver some food. THANKS again Kimber!!
