This vacation was a lot of fun and mainly because of the Painted horse. We had a few friends with us, and we all were able stay in the same place it was roomy. We could all sit in the living room and visit for hours it was away from the busy city and placed in the red rock it was a beautiful area and it was the first time I enjoyed going to St, George

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. The property managers were so good to work with and helpful. Kimber was fantastic to work with. The place is beautifully decorated!! We loved it. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful condo. The only recommendation I would make is the sliding screen door going to the back patio needs some repair work, as we couldn’t use it. I would absolutely stay here again and again. The surrounding areas are beautiful and the fact that snow canyon is at your fingertips to go riding or walking on the trails is just amazing.

We got to stay in this beautiful Home Rental. We had such a great time, and it was in such a great location, tucked away from the busy but yet so close to everything. We were happy staying there and look forward to our next stay!

This is a great location and home !

The things I would change is the beds were uncomfortable, the upstairs room has no blinds so by sunrise you better wake up or be woken up by the sun beating down on you. I would recommended going any other time of year as their AC doesnt cool the house off more than 75 degrees no matter what you turn the thermostat to! Nice views nice patio pool was always overcrowded. For $250 a night you should leave more than a couple trash bags and dishwasher detergent very cheap service all the soap dispensers in every bathroom were broken! Lots of little stuff! Great kitchen and nice garage with the foosball table.

We enjoyed staying at the Painted Horse property. Very clean, very well provisioned, and wonderful amenities. We would stay here again. We had 7 adults and 1 child. Love the golf course.

There were 8 of us staying at The Painted Horse. The house was almost perfect and wonderfully clean. Beautifully decorated! Beds were comfortable, there were ample towels, beach towels, dishes, glassware, for all 8 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. The Weber grill worked fine but had to be burnt off to use. There was a second full gas tank in the garage. The sliding screen on the living room was not working, hence we had some flies in the house (no flyswatter), and the tree was overgrown so we had to duck and weave to get to the front door were the only maintenance issues we saw. Kind of way out of town but quiet and secluded. We ate at the Fish Rock Grille at the golf clubhouse twice and the food was very good. The staff was helpful and gave it their all. Pool was terrific but the chaise lounges were very uncomfortable. Everyone complained about that bar across the back. We will be going back and renting again. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

Golf tourney in St George & Mesquite. We decided to give a stay at The Ledges a try, and were not disappointed! Beautiful home, well appointed, with plenty of beds to accommodate all. The upstairs patio was a super bonus at night as well! We had contact with the property management on a minor issue with a smoke alarm. They were on it and had us sorted away very quickly. We'll be back for sure - thanks!

Excellent property with easy access to our destinations. We were in town for a family event and had 4 families that stayed in the home. Much more comfortable than a motel.

We were here visiting our Son in medical school . We love the location and the ease of staying !

Our family enjoyed our stay at The Painted Horse very much! We played pickleball, ping-pong, foosball, and board games, rode bikes, swam and took advantage of the hot tub, all supplied with the rental. Everything was clean and comfortable. We loved the well-stocked kitchen. We didn't have to waste time deciding where to eat. We also enjoyed a couple of hikes in the area. We will definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend The Painted Horse at The Ledges! My entire family, 13 of us, stayed in this spacious home in late July. Swimming, hiking and Pickle Ball were daily events, as was cooking and eating. The balcony facing north was a very nice element of this home. We spent each night in the cool evenings chatting before turning in. We golfed the back 9 at The Ledges - awesome, awesome course. Must play here!! The pool and Pickle Ball courts are a very short 42-second walk from the front door. There were plenty of towels, paper products, and kitchen supplies available for the 4-day stay. The community is more than safe, and its location, we found, was ideal in that it was just far enough away from town (St. George) to feel secluded but near enough (less than 10 minutes) for a quick run for ice cream or dinner out. We did not have a single issue, no complaints, perfect for us. We'll probably book here again this fall.

The Painted Horse is a great place to vacation with its beautiful views, quality decor, and all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. Great location as well!

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. We couldn't have asked for a better location or property experience.

This was the perfect vacation rental! With 3 children and 4 adults we all had our own space to spread out. One of our favorite group spaces was the large upstairs patio!! The sunset views were gorgeous! The amenities were amazing and the beds were very comfortable. This location was also very close walking distance to the pool area. I will definitely be back!

Everything was great except for the weather. Cable went out for a day so we missed part of the NCAA tournammet

This is the third year we have stayed at the Ledges for a golf vacation. Great facility and Dan Dekkker has been great to work with each time. Check in and check out was exactly as requested. Highly recommended

A very large 4 bedroom condo near the common pool and pickle ball courts, clean very well kept and nicely appointed. Perfect for groups or families all in a great location in the condo development. Great overall experience from reservation to check in. Thanks again for a great trip.

We absolutely loved this home. We had our kids and grandbabies here and it was perfect. The home is spacious, and well cared for. The pool is wonderful and location is perfect. The only thing to note is to bring towels for the pool the ones provided were very small not really swim towels. It was perfect and we will be back !

The property was great and super close to the pool, which was amazing that we could just walk there. A group of us girls came down to stay and go to Tuacahn. We wish we would've stayed longer and utilized the property and amenities more. It was great weekend getaway, the property was excellent. Will definitely come back here again!

This was the perfect place for us. There are plenty of beds and bathrooms and the kitchen is fully stocked. It is within walking distance to the pool (which was packed). Very comfortable and relaxing. It is a little bit of a drive to get to but well worth it.

At first, I was a little hesitant about the location....but, soon realized it was a short drive for a well appointed and clean condo. The units are large and perfectly situated. As I'm in the area for a month for business, I thought I'd book several different locations to provide myself with a bit of exposure to the real estate availability. This was, by far, my favorite. Upon my return, I'll only stay here. Clean, crisp, new and perfect for my needs with family visiting during my stay.

Excellent facility with great pool and pickle ball courts. We felt very safe and liked being not right in towns. We will definitely be staying there again.

I can't say enough good things about this place! It's beautifully furnished and immaculate! The bedrooms were spacious and there were more than enough beds to fit two families. The loft was a fun area for the kids. It had a huge tv and a foosball table. It has two outdoor spaces. The outdoor deck upstairs was furnished and had fun lighting overhead. We used the back patio for a bbq one night. It came fully stocked and even had pickleball paddles for the courts in the community area. The community pool was really great too! Such a nice community and property. The only drawback is that it's about 10 minutes out of the way with no gas stations or grocery stores close. It didn't really bother us though. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Excellent. Quiet, plenty of room and nice. The only downside was having to drive a ways to get to restaurants and food.

We had a great time staying at The Painted Horse at The Ledges. We had the whole family there over the Thanksgiving holiday. Plenty of room for everyone. <br/><br/>The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. The Kitchen had almost everything we needed to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner. <br/><br/>Dan made sure we had everything we needed. Before we even arrived he left us a message telling us our condo was all set up and ready for our stay. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the golf course, one of the finest I've ever played. <br/><br/>Would definitely consider staying there again.<br/><br/>

My family loved this home. It was spacious, clean, and had everything that we needed. The pool wasn’t crowded during the weekend and was a fun place to hang out. The location is outside town, but we liked it that way. You may want to bring your own pillows because the pillows there are very flat.
