Beautiful home situated right on the golf coarse. The home decor and layout of the furnishings were so fun and accommodating which made it comfortable as there was room for everyone! Very clean. Each room/area was stocked with supplies. The bedding was so cozy and comfy. The private hot tub was an added benefit that we used everyday. We enjoyed this place and would love to stay again. Check in and instructions for stay were very easy and professional ! It was pretty pricy though over the holiday weekend.

This is Far and above the best rental I have stayed in. It has everything you need plus a golf course out your back door. Away from busy St George but close enough to get there in 10 minutes. We'll be back

We had a great stay at the Nest. Plenty of space for all of our guests. House was extremely tidy upon arrival. The hosts were very accommodating and made our stay extremely easy - loaded the fridge, very responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend staying!

The Nest Rental is a very pleasant & warm home to Vacation in at the Ledges. One thing of note - the water faucets in the Master . . . need adjusting for flow and hot water; could only try getting to the "warm" setting.

This was a great house for our needs of getting the entire family together. It was very warm and we thought we were at home here. The view was wonderful and the kids loved it in the bunk room.

Great house for family gathering

This house was beautiful and spacious. It was more than enough room for our group and the Hot Tub was a great bonus! Only complaint is the air freshener was VERY strong and several members of our group had a hard time breathing. After airing out the house it was much better but still quite strong.

From the first contact witj Dan i knew we picked the right place. House was one of the best we have had. Had 8 guys for golf trip all were extremely impressed. Tha ks for makimg me look good. Course at Ledges was exceltional even know it was eay season. Staff there was top notch amd very accomodating. Got to house and it was stocked perfectly with all the griceries we ordered. We had an excellent trip. The house was beautiful and had all the amenities you could think of. The hot tub was down, but Ledges was quick to remedy the situation.

Easily 5 stars! Everything about the nest was top notch. The home is so beautiful. With 5 bedrooms and 5 baths everyone had their own space, and private bathroom. The home is very well furnished, and so comfortable for our party of 10. We made fill use of the hot tub, fire pit, and barbecue grill. We cooked every night as the kitchen is fully stocked. Right on the golf course, and the views are stunning. We loved every minute of our stay at the Nest.

Our daughter got married at the Ledges, so we rented a couple of houses for all of our family to join us. This house exceeded our expectations. Plenty of space for multiple families. Amazing view and all of the amenities necessary to keep everyone happy. The house was so beautiful we didn't want to leave. We definitely recommend the house and will go back.

Gorgeous home, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was nice to sit on the patio and enjoy the view of the golf course and red mountains. We cooked dinner every night, played cards, hiked in Snow Canyon, and slept in the comfy beds. We look forward to staying here again.

We could not have been happier about staying at The Nest, unless it was to have it be longer. The location was lovely, as was the house. It was furnished in a stylish, cozy, and upbeat way and fully equipped with everything we needed. There was plenty of room to gather when needed. The sunrise in the morning was breathtaking. The golf course sprinklers came on as the sun was setting, which was an absolutely gorgeous sight. We feel so grateful for the time we had there.

We had such a lovely stay at The Nest in the Ledges golf community! The home was super clean when we arrived. The layout, decor, and view are stunning. The home is well equipped, and the beds are marvelous! The space is very family friendly, with a fun bunk bed room and lots of toys. This home accommodated our large group very well, especially in the kitchen! There are a lot of fun details here like the panoramic patio doors and fireplaces, not to mention the gorgeous artwork! The house feels very luxurious but homey. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice getaway in the St. George area!

This home was a aw-dropper from the moment we pulled into the driveway! Absolutely stunning inside and out, plenty of space for folks to rest their heads. We had a wonderful time in the space and didn't want to leave! Picture perfect, beyond relaxing, and an absolute MUST if you're staying in the area! Thanks again for everything!

This house we found sparkling clean size of room and decor is perfect very convenient for playing golf as well as hikers, very convenient to go Zion national park, sand hollow state parks, Bryce national park and North rim Grand Canyon.This home is excellent for golfers as well as families and groups

Our stay at the Nest was more than we could ask for! It was perfect for our large family vacation! The house was beautifully decorated and met our needs perfectly! I had several packages mailed out ahead of time in preparation for our visit and the staff was so helpful with arranging the delivery. We can't wait to come back!

My Buddies and I have been doing golf trips for 30 years now and this as one of the nicest homes we have been to and we have been in a few!!!! There was nothing we could of asked for that was not there already. well there was one item we needed and it was a wine opener could not find one but we bought one and left it, all the bedrooms were big w/nice bedding and comfortable size every thing worked perfectly, would go back in a Utah minute well done Mark and Ledges

Beautiful home, as described. We wished there were more units like this available for rent, but there were not so we had to rent townhomes, which were not what we were going for. This home was lovely and we wanted more like it. It was clean, beautifully furnished, had lovely upgrades, and the staff we worked with were fairly helpful, although the restaurant struggled a bit with a large group. Our biggest complaint is that we rented the 2 largest homes available and 4 town homes, plus rented large private rooms at the resort and did a number of big group events/meals there, and the resort only offered $10 off golf for 2 guests per unit. It seems when spending that much money and staying a number of days in a number of units, the resort could afford to comp a few golf games or at least give a deep discount to be used on a number of games. Other resorts we stay at when doing large events will provide some kind of comp deal such as golf or ski passes, depending on the location. The other issue was the neighborhood this home is in was completely under construction so it had no curb appeal at all. We wanted something more beautiful for our VIP guests, but the nice home helped make up for that a bit.
