This property and townhome blew us away. It was such a pleasant trip for our large family. The pool and pickle ball kept us occupied after sightseeing. The beds were very comfortable! The townhome was well stocked with everything we might need!

This is the second time we've rented this unit a the Ledges. It is spacious and well maintained and we love the location.

We stayed for 11 nights with a family of 6. We able to make most of our meals in the townhouse and save some money on eating out at restaurants. We used the hot tub and balcony patio often even though it was November and cold for the kiddos. All the beds were really nice an comfortable and everyone young and old slept great. Only knock was the cleaning, could use a thorough dusting, but all the main areas were clean, kitchen, living room and bathrooms.

Superlatives Evolve! this property is just stunning. Beautiful tall ceilings and just a fresh modern happy feeling all throughout. Highly recommend staying here it was just perfect in every way. So compfortable, sofa's,beds, kitchen easy and lovely to use... Lovely having the pool\jacuzzi opposite and the pickleball courts were great fun. The upstairs balcony is great for enjoying the sunshine, we sat out there and played cards. We contacted the ledges during our stay and their response was excellent. Great holiday had by all of us, thank you.

My family has stayed in this condo for two years, and we love it. The accommodations are comfortable and nicely decorated. The physical location is directly across the street from the pool and pickleball courts, and has Mountain View’s on both sides. Property staff is extremely helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Weather this year was poor but the place was wonderful.

This place was perfect for a guys golf trip. Plenty of room for each to have their own sleeping area and the proximity to the pool and pickelball was perfect. <br/><br/>We used this location as home base for golfing The Ledges course and others in the area. Most courses were 20-30mins from this location. <br/><br/>Very happy with everything and will likely make this an annual trip. Thank you!

The accommodations were excellent. To open the pantry, the refrigerator, and the drawers and see spices, condiments and even tools was completely unexpected and definitely appreciated. This felt like our home while there and we all had a fantastic time. We can't wait to return again next year to enjoy this lovely property and the amenities it offers. THANK YOU :)

Nice condo across from the main swimming pool. Would have liked it better if it were cleaner and less cluttered with pillows and decorations.

We enjoyed our stay but we did need a bigger parking area which I should have paid attention to when I reserved it. There is a problem with the washing machine. It needs the filter cleaned. The smell inside the cabinet is horrid and the towels and dishrags that have been washed in that washer smell terrible when you get them wet and try to use them. We lit the candles in the house to mask the smell. The house was very well stocked and our kids loved hangin out upstairs in the fire pit area. There needs to be better lighting out back too. We wanted to use the table out there at night but the lighting is really bad. Also the security guard that was there non stop needs to relax! He was extremely over bearing and made it so that people couldn't just chill and enjoy themselves outside. That was extremely annoying. I was not impressed with that and the smell of the laundry area the most.

This resort condo was immaculate, beautifully appointed, great patio and comfortable for three generations of my family. Downstairs on-Suite perfect for mobility challenged Gramms, upstairs bedrooms comfortable for parents and kids and small tucked away toy room great for entertaining our 11/2 and 5 year olds. Outdoor patio great for adults wine hour.

We stayed at Sunrise on the 9th over New Years and it was perfect. We had 8 people and we fit very comfortably. The house had everything you could possibly need for cooking, even tons of spices, which I forgot ;) The beds were very comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better situation. My kids loved playing ping pong, which was nice to have right in the garage!!! It is literally 2 steps from the pool and over looks the golf course. It was just perfect.

Even though it snowed we had a great stay. Condo had everything we needed.

It was a perfect get away 5 in every category. I will go back

We had an incredible time, and are planning to return in June. The home is spacious, lovely decor, and perfect location...immediately across from the pool. It was so relaxing!

We had such a great time at this rental property. The men in the group went golfing every day to different area courses- all were beautiful and in close proximity. We spent a lot of time at the pool, playing ping pong in the garage, having fires at night and just lounging in the house. Highly recommend.

This home was absolutely beautiful. Management was helpful and quick to respond to our needs. We can't wait to come back!

Everything was great with the property! Perfect. Our only complaint was all the kids at the pool, especially in the hot tub. Maybe an adult hour only or adults only in the hot tubs. The kids have their own pool. I would probably not stay here again because of all the kids.

Sunrise on the 9th at the Ledges Golf Club provided us the perfect weekend getaway in mid-May. Property access was simple, contract agreements were easy, and the home itself was in perfect condition. It felt like home and we loved the pickleball equipment, games to play, and outdoor spaces to relax at night. The common areas were located across the street and were well kept. We can't wait to stay here again.

We loved our stay at Sunrise on the 9th, the home is comfortable, stylish and family friendly. Great location, the unit is just across from the pool, Ledges itself is just a hop over to beautiful Snow Canyon. They had everything we needed for our children, aged 8-10 months, and the kitchen is very well stocked. We had some issues with the internet, a gentleman from Ledges came to sort us out but whatever he did did not hold as the TV's lost their internet connection the following day. Ledges has a beautiful patio restaurant, unfortunately they close at 3p on Sunday and 5p on Monday so we were unable to spend money on a lovely dinner there.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ledges Property Sunrise on the 9th. The place was very cute, and fit all of us (we were 8 people--5 adults and 3 kids.) We liked the decor, found the kitchen to be well stocked with items we could use to fix dinners. It was right across from the pool and pickle ball courts, and the garage had all kinds of pool toys and pickle ball racquets. And a ping pong table! The surrounding area was great too--we went horseback riding, and on ATV/UTV's, golfing, & hiking! Staying here was perfect because we also rented another unit for the rest of our big family. It was easy to spend lots of time together, and the kids LOVED the little play area under the stairs--stocked with some fun toys and books. The staff was incredibly helpful and stocked our home with groceries from a list we had sent and helped us with reservations, etc. They were very hospitable. I highly recommend the property.

It was a lovely home. It was well-provisioned, it had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated and the furnishings were good quality. The amenities were nice, we enjoyed the pool and our upper deck fire pit. The service was excellent, everything was clean and the staff responded quickly to our request for a new propane tank for the fire pit.One bathroom was not as clean as the others.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home and highly recommend staying here to family, friends and anyone reading this review. Whether you're visiting the area to golf, hike, swim or relax, you'll find everything you need at Sunrise on the 9th. The decor is beautiful and comfortable, beds are wonderful and the Ledges staff members are very helpful. We'll definitely stay again.P.S. Remember to check out the sunrise - it is incredible!!!

We had a beautiful, fun, lovely, perfect stay at the suns rise on the ninth! The place was perfectly cleaned and homely! The decor was spot on to make you for comfortable and invited to make the home yours. They had everything that you could imagine you would need! We are so glad we were able to enjoy the comforts of this condo! The pool was right across the street and we played at the pool for hours! The kids wouldn't get out of the pool!

The property was great along with all the amenities.We were busy with swimming,biking and golf. The customer service was excellent and friendly... Dan and Jeff did a superb job handling all requests. Hopefully we will be back again to stay with you.Loved it.

Staff, location of rental, cleanliness of unit were perfect for my family. Enjoyed our stay at the house very much.

We would have enjoyed a Keurig coffee machine. Also, I find sleeping directly on the mattress protector without a mattress pad on top of it to be hot. Yes, there was a sheet on top but poly blend sheets are also a bit hot for me. Other than that, the rental home was the best stocked and decorated I had the pleasure of staying in along with a great location. The management company was the best!

We stayed here for our daughters wedding reception that we had at the club house and it is beautiful.So comfortable and quiet. It truly felt like being at home.

Sunrise on the 9th was just perfect for us. It's well situated being near the pool and pickle ball courts. The kitchen was well stocked, the pantry had plenty of food stock too! Bathrooms have plenty of thick towels. The home is beautifully decorated with lovely furnishings. It was just perfect for us, the owners having anticipated and provided for any traveller's needs! We'll be back!

Bathroom sinks had not been cleaned. Hair and toothpaste still in the sinks. Kind of made me question if the bathroom had been cleaned and if the towels had been replaced. Unit is very nice, comfortable, quiet location just want to know it was cleaned properly before my stay.

We had an excellent time! The property management company was very helpful. We were worried about being "away" from the city, but it is a very short drive. Awesome location in the community (right next to the pool). The unit was fully stocked with all necessary kitchen supplies. Cant wait to go back!

Sunrise On The 9th was everything we could hope to find for a New Year's get away. Impeccably decorated, perfectly situated to watch incredible sunrises and sunsets as the overlook of the pool and pickleball courts provided entertainment, while staying toasty warm with a firepit on the balcony. Located far enough away from town to provide peaceful morning walks but close enough to access all services needed. Just 3 miles from Snow Canyon, and not much further to the best pie in Utah, this beautiful home was ideal for our group seeking adventure and peace. We will definitely return each time St. George is on our path.

My entire family stayed here for the St. George Marathon, and it was absolutely perfect for us! It was furnished with every possible amenity, was elegant and perfectly maintained, and was in a marvelous location. The pool was right across the street to relax after our tough race, which was excellent. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit St. George.

Overall a great experience. Property was modern, clean and well maintained. Property manager was super responsive when needed. (Upon our arrival, the cable was not working properly on one of the tv's. We called and within 20 minutes someone was there to fix it!). Nice pool and hot tub (although super crowded). Pickle ball courts were a huge hit with the kids. Golf course was in reasonable condition.

This was the most beautifully decorated Rental I have ever stayed in. We were a family group of 8 and we all agreed the accommodations were perfect for us. The owners thought of everything for our stay. There were plenty of plush bathroom towels and pool towels for our use. Pool floats and toys are kept in the garage. I have never had an owner provide toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags etc for my use. THis was extremely helpful! we did have a short stay but the kitchen seemed to be well stocked and actually had very good and SHARP knives. If you cook, then you know how wonderful that is. We loved the pool being across the street and one of our favorite nighttime activities was to sit on the back deck and light the fire pit. We really liked the location because you were out in the beautiful desert surrounded by beautiful views, but still convenient to get to shops and food. Booking was easy and I really liked having the access code to get into the place so I didn't have to check in somewhere else. I wish all rentals did this! If I come back to the area, I would book this place again! We all loved our vacation and this Rental! Oh and one of my most important factors when booking is if the beds are comfortable. ALL of the beds were very comfortable and that includes the bunk room. That is rare to have a good mattress in a bunk room. My adult son slept on the sofa bed which we were worried would be bad, but he said it slept well.

We chose to spend a month in St. George area. After looking at several spots, we chose the Ledges and Sunrise on 9th. Place was excellent, well furnished, even though we did not use 2nd floor. Next to Snow Canyon was a bonus and also golf course.

This townhouse is perfect. It is super clean and big enough for our group of 8 people. The pantry is very impressive. It has everything you need. It has even more stuff than what you have at home. We really enjoyed the kitchen. In the garage, there are also all kinds of floats that kids enjoyed a lot in the pool. The location is convenient. It is close to snow canyon, Zion, sand hollow state park and Bryce. A little far from Grand Canyon north rim and Antelope canyon but manageable. <br/><br/>Property manager Dan Dekker is very nice and super responsive. We don't know the grill in the backyard is powered by natural gas rather than propane. He not only emailed us back immediately to answer our question about missing propane tank, he actually came to the backyard and turned the switch on for us. It was really a pleasure working with Dan.<br/><br/>Overall it was a great experience and we definitely recommend this to anyone wants to stay at St George.

We had a wonderful time. Sunrise on the 9th was a perfect place for our family to stay. We invited another family to stay with us and it provided the experience we were hoping for. It was clean and very well managed. The furnishings were beautiful. The home gave us plenty of room to spread out and not feel that we were right on top of each other. I would recommend this rental to any one looking to get away and have a refreshing time.

We couldn’t have picked a better location to rent. The condo was absolutely perfect. The kitchen had every single utensil/cookware you could desire...even a rice cooker and instapot! The beds were all comfy, and our group of 9 fit perfectly in all the rooms. I personally loved the outside 2nd floor balcony. Since the balcony faces West, you can enjoy your morning coffee in the shade while enjoying the mountain and pool view. The pool!! Literally a 20 ft walk to a beautiful pool, kids pool and hot tub. I’m not sure why sitting in the hot tub while still being 90+ degrees outside felt good, but with the constant breeze it was heavenly! The garage was stocked with pool toys and floaties which kept the kids busy. There was also a pool table in the garage, we all loved that! Kids loved the Pickleball court by to pool too. The back patio faced East so enjoying dinner outside in the shade was beautiful as well...with humming birds enjoying the bushes and flowers too! We actually loved this location so much that we didn’t even make it to Zion! We did rent kayaks, paddle boards and a floating carpet from Dig PaddleSports at the Quail Creek Resevoir (short 10 min drive to Hurricane.) overall we couldn’t have asked for a better location or home. My husband enjoyed the local golf course as well as Sand Hollow in Hurricane. We all definitely plan on returning one day!!!!

We loved staying at Sunrise on the 9th at Ledges Vacation Rentals! There was plenty of room for our whole family. It was like a new home and IMMACULATELY furnished. The pool with a huge hot tub was right across the street and our grandkids loved it! This is the perfect place for your whole family to stay if you're in St. George!

We had a wonderful time. The property was in great shape. It was clean and modern. Located centrally by a golf course, heated pool and pickle ball courts. We were a few miles out of St. George but close enough to everything. Highly recommend.
