Everything was perfect! I’ve stayed in many hotels and air bnb’s, and this was by far the best experience. The place felt brand new; as if no one else had ever stayed there. Close to so many bike paths and trails! We had an amazing weekend and will certainly be back!

Fabulous and beautiful community! Amenities were awesome! Pool, golf, walking/biking paved paths! Cindo was clean and spacious! Enjoyed every minute! Restaurant within walking distance. Will come back here!

You know how pictures make spaces look much larger than they actually are? This place is actually just as large as it looks online! I was pleasantly surprised. It held our family of 7 wonderfully. We had PLENTY of space to spread out and move around comfortably. The neighborhood is nice. Quiet, but still full of active people. Both the house and the neighborhood were immaculately clean. We didn't have any need to contact the owners/managers, but received texts from them opening up communication if we needed it. We saw shows at Tuachan, hiked in Snow Canyon, and off roaded around Sand Hollow Reservoir. It was a super fun weekend made nice by a great place to come home to each night.

Loved our stay here and had no complaints! Kids loved it too. Great 3 bedroom villa, amazing views, pool areas and loved the Fish Rock Grille and Golf Course. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place overall. I would recommend that the owner put dimmers in the kitchen / family room area, the lighting is too bright. All bulbs should be changed to soft white vs. daylight with dimmers.

It was a wonderful and couldn't ask for better

We came to St. George to attend the closing shows of Tuacahn 2021 Season. It was magnificent! This was our third stay at Ledges and second at this particular property. It is home away from home.

We were not there for a vacation, we were inbetween homes and it was a great place, all the comforts if home, loved the rooftop deck, we spent almost every night out there . Location was great too!

Our stay was awesome, we loved the rooftop patio, almost every night we would spend accouple of hours out there star gazing and relaxing. Location was great too, spent a lot of time in Snow Canyon. Over all everything was great and we would highly recommend to anyone.

We loved our place at The Ledges. It was spacious enough for all of us to sleep and hang out comfortably. Loved the top deck fire place - perfect for S'mores. It was exactly what we needed.

This property fit all of our needs for a trip to St. George. The home was quiet, comfortable, and very clean. There were 3 bedrooms with enough space for our family. The pool and pickle ball courts were very nice and something we enjoyed. It was a little out of the way to go to the grocery store, but that wasn't too far. The location was good for biking, visiting Snow Canyon, and Zion NP.

My family had a great time staying at Birdie of Paradise. All of the rooms were nicely decorated, the kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed the complex amenities. We contacted maintenance for video game console and dvd player cords and they came to help right away. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at this house. Well furnished, comfortable beds and the location is great. The pool and hot tub were nice and well maintained.

The home was clean, beautiful, and spacious. It was well-maintained with comfortable furnishings. Conveniently located to the pool, hot tub, pickleball courts, and golf course. The reservation and check in/out process was simple. We look forward to coming back again soon.

Stayed here for a business trip for two weeks and it met all my expectations. No complaints;I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
