We had a wonderful stay in Ledges. The townhome is conveniently located close to the pool & pickle ball courts , right on the golf course surrounded by the multi colored mountains of Snow canyon. Absolutely spectacular! <br/>We did have a problem with the ice maker in the fridge, it was not making ice nor was it dispensing ice. Maintenance was slow to respond and never did get it fixed during our stay. So we bought a bag of ice.

Would definitely stay here again! Home was larger than expected. Living area, kitchen, bedrooms etc have plenty of room. Beds are comfortable. View from patio is beautiful. Didn't use the kitchen for cooking so I can't say how well stocked it was- but it looked like it had plenty of everything. The amenities were packed (Memorial Weekend) but very nice and fun to use. Played pickle ball and used the pool and hot tubs (towels were provided for the pool) - we did bring our own paddles and balls but noticed they had some in the garage :)<br/>The area is quiet and close to Snow Canyon. The only thing negative thing I can say is the distance to a gas station or groceries ( can be a plus as well as a negative) and the house could've been a little cleaner. (there was a towel left hanging behind a bathroom door and something was leaking down the fridge door) we also had to buy our own soap for the master bath. (probably was an over sight as every other area had soap). Other than that I'd say it was one of the nicest homes we've stayed in, in the St George area. So grateful we found it last minute!<br/>

Everything was great! The house was clean, well stocked with the essentials and was a perfect location.

We loved everything about our stay at Ledges. Dan was very helpful in booking our stay and golf tee times. Our condo was off the 18 fairway and directly across from the club house which made it very convenient to walking over for dinner. The hiking at Snow Canyon State Park, 10 minute drive from Ledges, was amazing and only an hour to Zion for some more great hiking. It is a place I would like to return to.

Great location. My kids had a blast.

I love this place. So cozy with a beautiful view. You have a BBQ grill, patio furniture and outdoor fireplace at your convenience. The house is fully stocked with all need items in the kitchen. The furniture is prefect and the shower in the master bathroom is second to none. The pool, hot tub and the tennis courts are just steps away. It is the perfect stay!

The fire pit, outdoor dining, and view of the surrounding mountains and 18th fairway were awesome! The home was immaculate and nicely appointed. The open concept was bright and airy, and the kitchen had all the utensils and accessories need to cook or bake. The beds were comfy, the sheets were soft, and the towels plentiful. We especially loved the ability to access the laundry from both the master bedroom and guest hallway. The location is close to the pool and pickleball courts yet very quiet. Paddles, balls, and towels were readily available in the unit. We'll definitely return!

This rental was in great shape and had a wonderful floor plan. It was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with all kinds of items, making it perfect for cooking meals. Would definitely stay here again, Thank you!

Quick weekend getaway with the family for some golf. House and facilities were amazing, golf course was great. This our 4th stay and we will keep coming back.

My daughter and I absolutely loved the townhome and the Ledges community. We had easy access to lots of walking and hiking. The only hiccups were the loss of wifi and a leak in the garbage disposal. But, the management company responded quickly and professionally. So, not a big deal.

We stayed 3 nights. This home was sparkling clean! The owners have thought of everything guests may need...good wifi, xfinity tv, wonderfully equipped kitchen, even 2 bikes to use. The master bed was super comfortable. The home has high quality towels and bed linens. It is a very quiet, comfortable home with a spacious layout.The property manager,Kimber, was very responsive. Beautiful view! Would definitely stay there again if we return to St.George.

We were in the St George area for a bik race tournament. This is our second stay at this location and we really enjoy it. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit St George.

We had a wonderful stay. The rental was clean and fancier than I'd expected. Close to hikes and town. The unit we stayed in was private with great views and close to pool. Dan was very helpful and made sure everything was in order.

Stayed for two nights. Place was clean and attractive. Golf course was in good shape and fun to play. Back nine was exceptional

I have now stayed here 5 times! I keep coming back for the amenities, cleanliness but mostly for the EXCEPTIONAL customer service, especially from Dan. Book this now, you will be glad you did!

Couldn't ask for anything more, great place great value. Made staying and getting around to other golf courses quick and easy. The Ledges course was in great shape and a nice track.

We stayed in this condo two years ago and loved it so much we booked it again. The property is beautiful with a gorgeous view of the mountains across the 18th hole of the golf course. We had a very small issue on Saturday, the day after we arrived. Property management sent someone out right away to get it taken care of. The location is within driving distance of Zion, Bryce Canyon and the Grand Canyon. We enjoyed several meals overlooking the golf course at the restaurant at the Ledges club house. Everything we ate was very good and the service was excellent. If you are looking for a place to stay that is a little off the beaten path yet close enough to enjoy some of the spectacular parks in Southern Utah then this is the place. You won't be disappointed.

The condo was very nice. The pool area was very nice. We did have to call for some supplies. The one thing that should have been taken care of was the softner needing salt. The manager said he had to get the owners permission and no one ever filled the salt for the softner. We were there for 2 weeks and it would have been nice as we were use to a softner at home.

Stayed 3 days,,staff very accommodating. Played golf 2 days setup through the property. I think you can get better pricing on your own. Pool area is very sterile,-no umbrellas. Our unit was close to the pool and pickle-ball court,-very noisy till 10 PM

The property was well located for the activities that we wanted to do. It was very clean, and the unit was exceptionally well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

The property has plenty of room and was very clean and well organized. The Fish Rock Grill at the Club House serves great food in a great environment.

Perfect! The rental was even better then we expected. Everything about this rental is top notch-from the comfortable beds, abundance of towels, large rooms, pots and pans-everything we needed for a great stay. The pool is very close and the golf course view is great. The national parks were a bit of a drive but that would not keep us from staying here again.

First time vacationing in St. George and we loved the Ledges. Great pool and minutes from Snow Canyon. The condo felt brand new and met all of our needs. Only recommendation for the owners is to get some plastic cups for kids. We hope to come back again!

Grandkids wanted to play pickleball, play in the pool and golf more than hike the national parks.

The house was beautiful and we fell in love with all of the surrounding amenities. Your minutes from snow canyon and seconds from golf. The hot tub and pool were perfect and well kept. The check in and rents process was simple. We will be back!!

We were only able to be there for 3 days for a wedding but it was absolutely beautiful. The home was stunning and very well maintained. We would definitely go back again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and lodging at 'Stay On Course'. Immaculate and way more room than we needed for just me and my wife! So nice to park out of the sun (in the garage) and walk directly into the unit. It was quiet and peaceful with one of the most private back patios in the development. We like hiking Snow Canyon and Red Mountain, and this is the perfect location for us. Also, we highly recommend the Fish Rock Grille.

Great spot for family vacation. Close to national parks and lots to do in town. Nice pool and spa. Lots of family's with kids.

The townhouse was immaculate, overlooking the golf course, pickle ball and swimming pool just steps away. Country club and very friendly staff were wonderful.

The place is brand new and very comfortable. The surroundings are beautiful in a golf course and with a gourmet restaurant just walking distance. I would stay there again in a heart beat!

Excellent trip. The vacation home was well stocked, had comfortable beds, was very modern and provided an excellent location for our golf course destinations. The property manager, Dan, was extremely cordial and helpful.

From the moment we arrived and I had to call for a favor, which Dan happily took care of to pulling out of the driveway, our stay was perfect! The home is beautiful, clean and completely stocked. We swam, played pickleball, and hiked. The beds are comfortable, the game table was a fun touch. We plan to stay again. Thank You!

Celebrating my wife&#x2019;s 70th with my sister and brother-in-law. We golfed Ledges and Southgate, swam, soaked in the hot tub, and played some pickleballl . Excellent unit and facilities. Dan and Jeff were great to work with!

We had a wonderful stay here. Everything was brand new and perfect. The outdoor area was great for dinner and morning coffee. It&#x2019;s so close to the pool (which is divine). The rental also has everything one could need for a family and a young child. Best rental on our entire trip. We hope to return someday. Very close to Snow Canyon too!

Our stay was perfect. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of the city but not too far. I loved the quiet outside and the nature you could enjoy. My children thoroughly enjoyed the dual bunk beds. We spent Christmas here so we could be with my in laws and we all were able to relax and enjoyed every part of our vacation.

We had the pleasure of staying at The Ledges in St. George, Utah recently. We stayed 3 days. The Ledges was like a home away from home with lots of room and with everything you need! There were 3 bedrooms and the kitchen was amazing.They have thought of everything from beautiful furnishings to a game table for checkers. There are tennis courts and a heated pool too!<br/>This is a perfect place to enjoy St. George and to relax too!!<br/>Next time we go to St. George we will want to stay at The Ledges!!<br/>Dan was great to work with too!

We had great time staying at this Villa. Views over looking golf course, new beautiful houses and red mountains was out of this world.what I liked most was the peace and quietness around the neighborhood. I will stay again at this Villa if opportunities com up in future.
