What a beautiful home that fit our two families so perfectly! House is so well supplied (ziplock baggies, disposable silverware/plates/napkins, spices for cooking, etc-and coffee pods even left for you. It was a lovely stay in a beautiful area far from the hustle of St George. (We drove back and forth between Dixie State and the house multiple times during the day due to a swim meet- very reasonable commute to do a lot).<br/><br/>If I could give any recommendations- a few more pots would be great. To house/sleep 14- it only had one large pot. We had to cook our spaghetti in multiple shifts because we didn&#x2019;t have enough pots. Also- the bottom hinges in the upstairs room (1st bedroom to the l left) & downstairs 1/2 bathroom were coming out. But this did not detract from our stay.<br/><br/>Thank you for such a great weekend.

The description of this unit was spot on. Clean, spacious, and we'll appointed. The facilities as well. From the swimming pool to the pickleball courts. And the rock fish grill was surprisingly delicious. Definitely on my returns vacation list.

We rented this house during a youth soccer tournament and couldn't be more happy with our choice. The unit was clean, had plenty of space, lots of pillows and having the bbq on the back patio was amazing. We'll be back again!

We absolutely loved staying at the Stargazer. The host was very attentive and the property was amazing.

Family trip to home and visit and go to Tuachan. It was amazing and we loved 4896. It was accommodating and very inviting. The house was great. Thank you for leaving the welcome basket. It was so fun for the kids. It was all more than we expected. Thank you so much. We would want to come back again. We would encourage others to stay there!!

Our family of 4 stayed here over our recent spring break and we were so excited to finally be able to escape the cold and snow in Michigan. When we arrived we were pleased with the location (stunning natural scenery, close to town but out of the hustle and bustle) and the Ledges offers a beautiful community of resort-like homes. Once settled in to Stargazer, we immediately noticed a few things: 1. This rental has an instantly welcoming aesthetic-we were excited to call it our home for the week, but... 2. This rental is noisy-The neighbor's TV (which was so loud we could identify the show they were watching), kids yelling and crying outside (even with the doors and windows closed and at all hours) and the traffic noise was constant. It was surprisingly noisy. 3. This rental was not as clean as we expected: crumbs on the kitchen floor, items left by the previous guests left undiscovered in the couch and a tissue and wrappers on the rooftop patio. Overall, not a huge deal and we did not call the rental agency, but not the level of cleanliness we expected, and especially during Covid. 4. We noted minimal attention to Covid safety procedures-PACKED pools, on-site restaurant workers not wearing masks when we picked up our take-out order, minimal posted signage, etc. This may not a big deal for some, but we would have selected an alternative location to stay had we known the lack of Covid safety protocols in place. 5. The beds and bedding were uncomfortable. We were surprised to find "basic" sheets and pillows. The waterproof mattress pads (which I totally understand, but maybe upgrade?) made for a sticky night's sleep. 6. The lay out of this rental is FABULOUS, and it had ample space for our family to relax-inside or out! Overall, this is a great rental for families and we would recommend it to others!

The experience was great! We didn't have any real issues with the house. Check in and out was very simple. Having a stocked kitchen was great, as well. We cooked most meals at the house so having all the appliances/dishware/cookware was great. It was clean, spacious, and the layout of the house worked perfectly for us, and our friends' families. The only issue we had was the tv in one of the bedrooms (the bedroom without an attached bathroom) didn't work properly. Half of the tv was blacked out.

The location was ideal. The home immaculate. The price reasonable. I would recommend this to all vacationers to St George.

Beautiful unit with comfortable, spacious rooms. Excellent follow up from the management company with clear instructions on using the front door keypad to enter the residence. Far enough outside of St George to feel "away" but close enough (5 minutes) to get to restaurants and activities. The grounds, pool and other amenities were well maintained. We were very pleased with the property.

Stargazer is your home away from home. It's so spacious with 3 bedrooms with king size beds, 4.5 bathrooms which meant no one had to share, and a loft area for the kids with bunk beds for 6. The kitchen is well stocked, both pools are super close, and Snow Canyon State Park is so much fun to explore. We hope to come back and would definitely stay here again. The management company was very efficient and while we never had to contact them they were well organized. Very clean! The ONLY downside is when our neighbors watched movies with surround sound it was so loud it reverberated through the entire place. But that only happened once while we were there. And it was college students so I don't think it would be a big deal non spring break time

I have stayed here several times and every time I am so pleased with the unit and the amenities of it. Feels like home the second you walk in the door. I highly recommend it!

We loved our stay at the Stargazer! It was so clean when we arrived and we were even greeted with a welcome basket of treats which was such a thoughtful touch. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed and even included extras like paper projects and spices. We loved the comfortable beds and all the pillows! We all slept great! The huge roof top deck was a fun place to relax with plenty of seating and the kids enjoyed looking at the stars with the included telescope. The garage was stocked with a ping pong table, wagon and beach chairs, pickleball paddles, and pool floats. We loved that there are two pools with hot tubs within a short walk and also enjoyed the pickleball courts! We'll definitely be booking the Stargazer for our next Southern Utah vacation!

We loved our stay at Stargazer. The location was perfect with a ton of amenities and activities, and yet, quiet and relaxing. The townhome was gorgeous, clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed from kitchenware, linens, and toys. The hosts are fantastic to work with. This was an awesome experience all around. We intend to come back in the future. Thanks for delivering a great rental and a great overall experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Stargazer. We often stay at Airbnb's but this one exceeded our expectations. Fully stocked with all the basics plus a lot of little extras that made us feel right at home. This place was new and immaculate and comfortable. So many added immunities such as games, pickle ball equipment, pool chairs, ping pong table. Plenty to keep us happy and occupied in this "shut down" time. This was our first time staying at the Ledges, the Golf course was beautiful and the restaurant delivered right to our door. The food was fabulous. We also loved the proximity to Snow Canyon and many biking trains. This trip was just what we needed! We will be booking the Stargazer again for sure as well as recommending to our friends!

This place is awesome! It has everything you need and the layout is amazing. I highly recommend staying here. So many things to do to keep you busy.

This house is beautiful. Very clean and well stocked. The rooftop deck was perfect and a nice to place to spend the evening. I have nothing negative to say about the house.

Checkin was smooth and easy! Upon arrival we were so impressed with how clean and beautiful everything was! Still has the new house smell! The house was absolutely perfect for our needs and was very family friendly! We loved having pools and pickle ball courts in the neighborhood. The beds were super comfortable, we didn't want to leave! Breath-taking beautiful location that is out of the hustle and bustle but close enough for a short drive to down. We will absolutely be returning!

I typically vacation in St. George 2-3 times per year and will never stay anywhere else. This home was incredibly clean and comfortable. Every aspect of this vacation rental exceeded our expectations. The place was extremely spacious- there is a ton of room for families and kids. All of the beds were incredible and felt like you were at home. 2 amazing pools that you can walk to in a few minutes with relaxing hot tubs. It was also a very nice surprise to have pickle-ball equipment in the garage as the courts were also a short walk away. The location is incredible with an amazing golf course located right there and a 6 minute drive to the middle of St. George. My family and our friends are already planning our next trip to Southern Utah and this is definitely where we will be staying!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Stargazer. It is brand new, so cute and comfortable with lots of little "extras" that made us feel right at home. We loved the king size beds in each bedroom and that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The location is amazing. We were so close to Snow Canyon, we ended up spending an extra day hiking and exploring the caves. We can't wait to come back, and will definitely stay here again. Heather
