The house was big and beautiful, but it was unkept. When you enter the house there is a step missing so they have replaced it with wooden box. Be careful, my sister-in-law fell because it moved when she stepped down from the step. One of the toilets handles broke and we had to repair. There were jets in the bathtubs that did not work in two of them. The trees were overgrown onto the deck. There were holes in the screened in area. The ice maker did not work. When we filled the outside trash bin, we were to call for pick up, it would take a long time to get picked up so we would have trash in the house. Our stay was for 7 days. The house could accommodate 14 and there were only 10 towels. There were not enough cups / plates / utensils for the amount of people they stated they could accommodate. We had to go purchase ice, towels, toilet paper, trash bags, paper plates, utensils. The website stated there were 2 pull out sofas and there were not so we had to go purchase 2 air mattresses. There was a theater room but the wi-fi would not connect even with the booster so the only thing that could be watched was DVDs. So, we either had to pick from the outdated collection or go purchase a Movie. For the amount of money this location was I expected so much more, and it was a letdown.

Its a beautiful property with tons of space and amenities to accomodate at least 5 families(Around 20 people) comfortably.

This cabin is beautiful! It is very Secluded and very peaceful. The decks are wonderful to sit out on and listen to the sounds of nature. Trees all around and you can't see any neighbors. The rooms are very roomy and comfortable. We loved sitting around the 10 person table for dinner. Once we found directions online for the hot tub, it was wonderful. As for the game room, the kids loved the arcade game and air hockey table. The pool table was a little roughed up and the Xbox did not have controllers, so that was a bummer for the kids. But overall, I would absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone asking for suggestions. Plenty of room for our 3 families (10 people) and our dog.

My friends and I had an amazing experience at this beautiful home. The pictures online were nice, but upon entering the cabin my breath was taken away from the sheer beauty in front of me!

Beautiful cabin with great amenities and ample space to host a large family without feeling cramped. Great location, close to everything. Excellent service and useful trip assistance. Would highly recommend Eden crest and Majestic Manir.

When we arrived we were told the house was ready, but, through no fault of the young woman at check-in, it was not. we got to Majestic Manor and was met at the door by a maintenance man informing us the hot tub was leaking and someone else would arrive shortly to repair it. No one came, so we called the next day and it was fixed. Several other housekeeping issues and Eden Crest made every effort to address. In fortunately, we have decided not to rent this property again, but will still use Eden Crest for rentals.

Majestic Manor is a beautiful cabin for a great getaway!! The property description and pictures were very accurate, but the pictures don't do it justice - the cabin is beautiful! It was very well maintained and clean and the maintenance staff was very hospitable. We had a small issue with the hot tub, but when called about it they sent someone out quickly to fix it. This is a cabin that I would definitely return to and have already recommended to family and friends!

We stayed in this lovely cabin for a staff retreat in December 2017. The warmth and cozy feeling was resounded by all. The furnishings were nicely appointed along with the inspirational decor on the walls. We cooked in the kitchen and didn't lack anything in order to feed our group of 10. We would definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you!

This a spacious, well designed log home. We loved spending time in the additional screened in porch in the evenings. The house was easily accessible from town.

We chose this cabin based on the large kitchen/kitchen table, nice comfy couches, amazing basement amenities and bedroom sizes. It was absolutely perfect! We actually spent more time in the cabin then out and around the town!! The fireplace in the kitchen was beautiful ❤️ Our boys LOVED the game room! Everything is updated. We will definitely be coming back!! Stocked pond to fish, playground for the kids, and a pool.

Majestic Manor was definitely a wonderful cabin!! Everything was super clean, which sometimes doesn’t happen. I would recommend this cabin to anyone. All five couples with us had a wonderful time and enjoyed the amenities.

The cabin was beautiful and spacious. Was displeased with a few things not working. The hot tub would not get hot. Nor did the jets work inside it. The screen door on the patio was broken and a door on the downstairs shower was stuck. We did call for maintaince. But he came 24 hours later. Other then that we had a good time.

Had a wonderful experience in this cabin. Only complaint was about the microwave. It's very hard to operate and makes a horrible noise. Everything else was clean and convenient.

It was wonderful. Cabin was just right for our size family. Theater room was so enjoyable. Loved the dining and kitchen rooms. Only suggestion would ben1 more large pot and another pancake flipper. Potato peeler dull. We had a wonderful time.

We loved the cabin. Very spacious. Very clean. I think it was the best cabin we have stayed at in the past 7 years bulooking with Eden Credt. If we would need a 5 bedroom again in the future, I definitely would want this cabin again.

We had an amazing time, wish we could have stayed longer!! The staff was kind, the cabin was awesome, the area was perfect, and we completely enjoyed ourselves!!

Was great weekend

The cabin was very nice and clean and the beds comfortable with a lot of privacy. The driveway was not as big as we expected, especially since there were 5 couples in 4 separate vehicles.

We (5 couples) rented this cabin for the first time. It was very nice and spacious. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Loved the kitchen and and dining table. Landscape needs maintenance - tall/overgrown weeds at the entrance. Leaves need blown off deck. Two bedrooms downstairs had carpet that could use a good cleaning...or better yet....remove carpet and replace with wood floors. People with allergies do better with wood vs carpet. Overall, we had a great time and would stay here again.

We had a great time staying at the Majestic Manor. The cabin was clean, very neat and add ample space. Loved the huge round kitchen table. The only disappointment was the lack of large pots and not enough silverware. Other than that, we would definitely book this cabin again.

The porches were starting to get in poor condition. Where the hot tub sits the porch is swagging. It didn’t look real safe.

The cabin was Beautiful! It was located close enough to everything with only 15 minute drive. The kids had a ball playing air hockey and watching movies. The cabin was clean and spacious, beautifully decorated. We loved the table and it was. Great way too eat together. The gas tank was low and services came out quickly and replaced it. We will return. We had a great time!

This house was perfect for our family (5 adults and 4 children-ages 13, 11, 9 & 9). The downstairs was just idea for the children. The porches were so inviting for early morning coffee/tea while planning our day. All areas were spacious, very comfortable, and clean. The Eden Crest team provided a high level of service from the time the reservations were made to check-out. The kitchen is extremely nice with a round table that seats 9. We could have used more glasses to accommodate our group. Given the opportunity, we will definitely return and highly recommend Eden Crest and this particular property.

Thus place is truly amazing! It's super spacious, it comfortable I hated we had to leave soon.

We recently stayed for 3 nights (11 people total) and had a great time. The cabin was perfect, very clean and all of the amenities you would want. My only observation would be that if you want quick access to Smoky Mountain National Park then this is probably a little far and you have to drive through Pigeon Forge to get there which was super crowded with traffic. The cabin is located in a beautiful, secluded valley but it's about a 45 minute drive from the park.

This is our 9th year I believe renting from Eden Crest! We are always pleased but this year exceeded our expectations. The cabin was perfect and the cleanest cabin we have ever had. WE are a group of women who meet for this weekend every year to fellowship and C hristmas shop! WE WILL BE BACK TO MAJESTIC MANOR!!!!

We had an amazing family Christmas vacation ar this cabin. It was very clean & had all of the amenities we needed. We loved the big round table to all eat as a family together. The game room was used a lot since we could all hang out together. The Eden Crest staff is always so nice & friendly! We will be back at this property!

The home is beautiful. <br/>Arrived at Majestic Manor and the outside entrance wasn't swept -- dirty. The front landscape could use some sprucing up -- cutting bushes back and mulching. The decks and screened in patio were dirty. The deck outside the game room had broken glass and was dirty. The decks needs maintenance -- back main deck had a rail issue -- did not look safe -- and all the decks could use a good pressure cleaning. Screened in patio furniture is old and needs updating. Patio table was dirty. Found a pair of dirty socks laying in a 1/4 inch of dust. Eden Crest Property Management Company addressed the main deck, screened patio and front entrance issues while we were there, but later we noticed additional issues and did not want to call the cleaning service back again while we were on vacation. Overall, we were pleased with the house configuration, the large dining table that we could all have our meals together. Location of the home was okay -- a lot of traffic in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Majestic Manor is in a nice resort area to be out of the hustle and bustle.
