This home is perfect for large groups with ample space for large family gatherings, sleeping a total of 15 people! Pets are also allowed with an additional fee.The home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, with all the necessary appliances to prep and cook a big meal. Enjoy your meal in the large dining area and table with 6 seats. 1) No Parties and no large gatherings. Guests must respect neighbors at night time rest times and keep noise to a minimum. Celebrations are welcomed if prearranged.

2) Full disclosure of numbers of people on the property, both staying and visiting. There’s a garage and driveway, but cars that park on street should face in proper direction with traffic and not block anyone’s mailboxes or driveways.

3) Guests agree when booking to assume all liability and to hold harmless homeowners, hosts, agents and their heirs and assigns.

4) Extra charges of $25 per person per night will be added to more than 10 overnight Guests.

5) No Smoking allowed inside ($500 fine for violations). Outside smoking is okay but butts must be properly extinguished and placed only in the outside trash bin but not on the ground or lawn.

6) Pets are allowed with a fee of $50+taxes per day per pet.

7) Due to carpets and rugs throughout the house, shoes must be left in the entry foyer upon entering. Soiled carpets or rugs will incur an additional charge payable by guest upon demand.

8) Quiet hours are from 11pm - 7am
