This was our second trip to the Ledges during the holidays. There were five of us and we all had a good time. Hopefully we can do a third annual next year.

Rental was clean, easy to access, loved amenities and outdoor living!! Communication was great as well! Would definitely like to come back and explore the pool, gym and courts!

We rent properties for ski and golf vacations. Excellent experience from the booking to checkout. We had a minor issue with a reservation we made, the management company fixed the reservation and gave us a same day refund. Exceptional experience and exceptional service. Highly recommend. We'd stay here again! The hot tub was devine-we waved at the golfers driving by. The ping pong table was fun, the place was fully stocked, the beds were comfy, and the service from Ledges rental company was excellent. No view of the red rocks, but a great view of beautiful white rocks with black rocks flowing down through it. It was too cold out to enjoy the decks, but there is a large deck in the front, and a cozy deck in the back facing the golf course. No overly luxurious decor in the house, but maybe because the house is huge and meant for lots of kids

House was very roomy, well maintained and well appointed. Great outside deck area with hot tub. Would definitely rent again.

We just got back from staying at the Southern Utah Soiree at the Ledges. The place was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed playing pickleball and using the pool during our stay. The location and amenities were excellent. We had a few minor issues which management promptly and professionally handled. Will definitely be coming back in the future with our family.

This was a great spot to get together with extended family to spend the week relaxing and playing. The rooms were very comfortable, the house was extremely well furnished and the staff was incredibly helpful. It was a little further away than we anticipated which made for a longer drive to Sand Hollow with the boat every day but it was also nice to have the quiet outside the city. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We loved our stay here:) was a beautiful condo with so many fun things to do nearby plus having the hot tub and fire pit was amazing. The only thing that keeps me from giving this a 5 star review is that there was dog hair all over the carpet in the main floor family room, wish all the bedrooms had ceiling fans (or portable fans available for use) since it gets so hot in st. George and there's a limit to how cool you can run the a/c, and wish they would've listed the pack and play and high chair they have available in the amenities so I didn't bring my own. Other than that, it was a perfect vacation rental:)

Couple's golf vacation. This was our 2nd time renting this unit. Our group loves the home's layout and outside fire pit and spa This stay we used the community pool which was nice to cool after day on links. The laundry room is a bonus since we pack less and wash mid week. Always a relaxing time. Dan rental agent is quick to respond snd very helpful.

Four days of relaxation, exploring Zion, golf and dining.

After 10 years golfing in the Las Vegas area, our group of 12 decided to stay at The Ledges Golf Club just N/W of St George Ut. Talk about a great location! Our rental units were just minutes from Snow Canyon State Park and conveniently located to all 4 golf courses we tried to conquer. The luxury rental units at The Ledges were beautiful with all amenities provided, including hot tub's and easy access to pickle ball courts and a community swimming pool. Planning this golf trip for the first time was made easy with expert assistance from Dan Dekker from the rental management staff. Not only did Dan help with the selection of the renal units, he suggested personal picks for restaurants in the St George area. There's a reason why this area of the country has been voted one of the top golf destinations. Our trip to Vegas has officially been changed to the trip to St George!!

We were a group of 6 adults and 4 kids and all of us had a wonderful time staying in this rental. There was plenty of space for us all to feel we could be together without being "on top" of each other. The house was beautifully furnished and decorated, the kitchen was very organized and well-equipped and everything was is perfect working order. Our kids loved watching for rabbits and lizards out back, the adults loved the clean and large hot tub, and the multiple out door spaces were such a great bonus. Management was responsive and helpful. Snow Canyon access is across the street and mornings runs and bike rides on the bike path were spectacular. 2 slight issues we ran into: parking spaces are small. We had 2 full size vehicles and navigating strollers around them to get in & out of the garage was a bit of a challenge, but not a big deal. Also, twice we tried to eat at the Ledges Restaurant without success. The first time, on our arrival night, we called to order food to bring back to the house and were told they were unable to do take out because they were understaffed. We could have dined-in, but the wait would have been a long time. The 2nd time we went for lunch on a Saturday and the restaurant and outdoor dining areas were closed for a wedding. We were offered seating in the lounge/bar area, but did not feel comfortable with that option with 4 small children. Also, none of the guests in the large wedding party were wearing masks. In the future we will know to call ahead and make reservations. Overall we had a 5 star experience and are already planning our return next year.

We loved this house! The home was very clean and perfect for our group of 10. We would definitely stay here again. Plenty of space, really nice amenities, loved the jacuzzi and the upstairs patio with great lounging furniture. The pools were way too crowded on the weekends but they were just fine during the week.

My wife and the daughters had an excellent visit to the Ledges. Golf was fantastic and we highly recommend a ebike rental for an awesome trip on the bike path through snow canyon. The house was perfect for us.

This rental is so clean, beautiful, and well-stocked. We had a wonderful stay. The upstairs bedrooms could use fans otherwise perfect!

We came down hoping for warmer weather but as our usual luck we did not get it (it was warmer in Salt Lake!). We knew the pool was going to be closed due to Covid-19 so our priority list was to have a nice, CLEAN place with a hot tub. This house is SO clean. It's also decorated impeccably and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, good or not so great weather. I'm one of those people who have anxiety about staying somewhere other than my own home because I'm such a clean freak and I was very happy with everything about this home. Thank you for the beautiful decor and cleanliness, we will be back!! Side notes: The hot tub went into sleep mode the last night so it was too cold to get in that night and the day we left. That was a bummer. Also the barbecue didn't get hot enough to grill our chicken so we had to use the oven.

Outstanding Stay in the Southern Utah Soiree. Our Family truly enjoyed our stay in the well equipped condo. Having two well equipped patios, plus a hot tub, provided further enjoyment. They thought of everything, a very well equipped kitchen, and even pickle paddles and balls in the garage. Great location...walking distance to the clubhouse for meals. We even walked to the administration office to pick up electric bikes for a day in snow canyon. This was very convenient and a highly recommended activity.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was a bit outside of tow, but the golf course was a beautiful view.

We came as a group of women trying to get away for a few days and rejuvenate and this was the perfect spot. It was beautifully but comfortably decorated and it was quiet. The management team was very understanding and helpful and even waited patiently for me to mail the garage door opener back after I left it in the rental car. They were so friendly and helpful! Thank you for helping us relax and have a great time!)

My group of six guests enjoyed our stay at Southern Utah Soiree--the home is nicely furnished and the layout was perfect for our combination of adults and young adults. The unit was clean, well maintained and nicely situated in the Ledges community with great views and proximity to the pool and pickle ball.

The Southern Utah Soiree was the perfect place for our Spring Break getaway. We've stayed at the Ledges before, but this has been our favorite home. The house is clean and fresh, has comfortable beds and linens, well stocked kitchen and a fabulous view of the golf course. My kids loved the game room upstairs which has a ping pong table and lots of games. My husband and I loved that we had our own hot tub out back looking over the golf course. There is also a deck up top that is perfect for reading or relaxing. It's a quiet community on a golf course with a pool, hot tub and pickle ball courts that are just a short walk from the rental. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and even left some snacks for us upon arrival. We will definitely stay here again!

Best vacation property I have stayed at. It is brand new--beds/bedding, towels, every piece of furniture, welled-stocked Kitchen. It literally is like staying at a homeshow house with all the latest trends and designs. There are decks facing North and South, so depending on the time of year, there is a great deck to relax on. There is brand new outdoor furniture on each deck plus a firepit on the lower patio. The resort is quiet and has beautiful views--"The Ledges" golf course is steps away from back patio. Pool and hottub will keep your kids playing for hours. Brand new pickleball courts too (the owner has 4 paddles and balls available). The rooms are spacious (King and Queen size beds). With two family rooms, the kids and adults have their own space to hang out. There are TV's (DirectTV, Netflix, etc.) in all the bedrooms besides family rooms. The owner has left no details out, there is a stocked entertainment cabinet that will not disappoint. The management company is attentive and excellent to work with. The whole resort is new! This unit has a two-car garage making parking and storing bikes and kid-stuff convenient and safe.

This home was gorgeous. It had everything that was needed to enjoy a great wedding week. Kimber and Dan were there at all times in need of assistance. I would like to thank the Ledges for an amazing wedding week at a beautiful home.

We are so impressed with the Southern Utah Soiree at The Ledges Golf Club! The home was perfectly decorated and very clean. We are so happy we stayed at this location and plan to long into the future. The local amenities that are included are perfect (Pickelball, Pool, and Hut tub. We loved the outdoor fireplace and the location on the golf course. Very quiet and private.
