When you first enter the house, you’ll come across the first of 2 livings rooms: the formal living room. It has a striped sofa, a white arm chair and ottoman, and two additional striped arm chairs. It’s the perfect place to sit down with others and have a quiet conversation. The second living room is at the back of the house and has two recliner chairs, a while leather sofa, and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen is a good size and has dark navy/grey cabinetry, white granite countertops, black and stainless-steel appliances, a breakfast bar with two stools, and views of the living and dining areas. The dining area has a beautiful wooden rectangular table and 4 chairs. There are four bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a queen-size bed, arm chair, and en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms also have queen-size beds. And the fourth bedroom is kid themed and has two single beds, which are perfect for the younger members of the family. Let’s head outside to the pool area. Firstly, it’s screened in to keep out those pesky bugs.
