Was awesome and i must stay here again

This was our second time staying in this condo. It is just as described. You can’t beat the view and location

Perfect place to stay with my family few steps from the pool and beach, not a far drive to restaurants and activities.

We enjoyed our stay at South Hampton and have been coming here for years and love it. This condo we stayed in was well equipped in the kitchen but I think that condo just needs a good deep cleaning other thank that it was good.

The beach calls you to relax. Right in the beach, view from 3 balconies, terrific amenities and near restaurant row.

Condo was perfect for a relaxing beach vacation

Enjoyed staying at the property. Management was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Clean, nice furniture with a great location. Couple of small things; there were no dish towels or wash rags in the kitchen and couldn’t find an outlet to connect lamps to so couldn’t turn on a light in the bedrooms without walking over to a lamp. Could also use some better light bulbs in the lamps, pretty dark in the rooms. Very minor complaints though. Would highly recommend it.

We chose this unit because it was the most cost effective for our visit to Myrtle Beach. The south Hampton tower is within close proximity to the venue where the dance nationals were taking place and we had stayed in this tower two years prior. The unit was tidy and although the decor, furniture and kitchen were outdated, they certainly served the purpose. Everything functioned properly. However the unit appeared ‘neglected’. The kitchen lacked many staple cooking items such as wet and dry measuring cups, measuring spoons, adequate set of pots and pans. The items were random, mismatched and appeared to have no thought put into what guests might need. It did not present a major inconvenience for me since I cooked at home and brought my own kitchen accessories. But future guests may anticipate more of a stocked kitchen as had been my experience in previous years. The unit also lacked space, shelves or tables for personal items esp in the bathroom. There was no room for toiletries except for on the toilet tank in both bathrooms. The second bedroom did not have a luggage rack for suitcases or duffels. These comments are not meant to dissuade a renter, but rather to encourage the owner to anticipate the needs of their guests. Slight changes and more thoughtful accommodations on the owners part would have created a nicer experience. The rental Company was fantastic to work with. Check in/out was a breeze and they even provided an extra key after check in. For the price, I definitely would rent again. I hope the feedback helps.

Very nice condo with plenty of room and nice decore. Wonderful view of the ocean and great location. Mgt company very responsive when we had a question/minor issue.

We stayed in this great condo for a month; it is just as described in the listing. Loved the large comfy bedrooms & beds, & also the large windows/balcony doors. Loved the pantry in the kitchen for groceries & "our stuff". It made packing up to leave easy. Flooring is nice. The kitchen contained everything we needed. The bathrooms were very clean. The wi-fi worked great. The bamboo/bamboo-type, ornately carved nature of the furniture, lamps, decorations, plants, etc. are major dust collectors. Regular dusting doesn't get it all. They need to use that compressed air used to clean computer keyboards! The owner should consider a different style of furnishings if they continue to rent. Also, we felt this place was poorly lit--low wattage bulbs & dark lampshades. Don't plan on reading in the evening unless you do it in the bathrooms! Whenever I say something negative in a review the host responds with "you should have let us know while you were here--we would have fixed it." My answer would be, "these aren't the kind of things that can be fixed quickly and easily, & not worth calling about." We did have a great time though, the weather was nice, ocean view is great--it's always nice to be out of Minnesota in February.<br/>

The condo was clean and comfortable for our guests as we ran out of space in the condo that we own in the same building. It was convenient for our guests to be close by and as always the Kingston location is the best!

Great property and location.

First time I used DJ from Vacation MB, This condo was exactly what the pictures look like on line and I'm so glad I found it, Starting from the reservation all the way to the minute of check in, One word. "FLAWLESS" condo was clean and well stocked with everything you need including full size washer and dryer, Never even stepped foot in Vacation MB office, DJ sent me the code to get right into the condo. What a great experience , I will definitely be Renting this condo again and most DEFINITELY using Vacation MB. To the owners of this condo, Very Nice, I treated your home away from just like it was mine. I will rent from you again. Thank You DJ,<br/>Guy C.

Very enjoyable

Everything was just as expected.

Great condo for what I needed. Wonderful views. Easy to get to beach and pool. Not able to use the on site water park, which was a little frustrating.

Overall a great place to stay. The only issues are the lighting is very dark. Also, furniture needs to be updated. Just some suggestions.

The picking up of the keys to helping with a few minor issues was very fluid and they have done a great job responding to my every question and need.

We had a most enjoyable month at South Hampton. We found the beds quite comfortable, the kitchen adequately supplied and the view amazing.

Our stay was very comfortable! We were able to fit our family (5 adults) comfortably. The hotel was easy to access and find. The kitchen had almost everything needed to make dinner (pots/pans, plates, silverware). The view was not directly of the beach but we could see the water from the balcony which we really liked. I had a maintenance question while staying at the condo. I emailed the main ten email staff via the provided email address - they were helpful and prompt in their response. Only negatives were the very early check out and the distance between the hotel and where we had to pick up and drop off keys. I would have liked to check out at 11 instead of 9:30.

We enjoyed staying here. Easy to get to the beach. Nice resort. Loved the full size washer/dryer. My only suggestion would be to remove all the decorative clutter. There wasn't any room to put things on top of the dressers and the big fake trees took up a lot of space. I know someone owns this and probably loves their decorative touches, but for a rental, less is more.

I was charged 180.00 cleaning fee the tub was dirty hair was on the floor the dryer lint screen look like the lint hadn't been cleaned in a year,

everything was beautiful, right location, good accomodations

Our room was very nice and clean and would stay again ..only way trip could have been better if it hadn't rained every day

Very nice! Liked the condo

The property is always clean and DJ is very responsive to your questions. The unit is very comfortable for six people and you had younger kids you could squeeze them in as well.

This accommodation was clean, wonderful, and the location was great! We were so happy with everything from the checkin/check out process, to our stay. We are so happy we booked with you and will do it again! thank you!

;This was a working vacation with a 5 day seminar on dentistry. Location was less than 100 total steps from lecture. Kitchen was great, dining and living room also, new carpet in bedrooms. Lots of glass tables that I always loved till I brought my Grandson, then I worried about him getting hurt by them. only real problems through were the heating duct in the main area was exceptionally dusty and loud, and the sofa that was torn last year still was. We also were surprised that we were locked out of the kingston facilities by renting direct.
