So far the best condo we have had.

Unit was very nicely updated and as advertised. Enjoyed access to Snowcreek Athletic Club.<br/><br/>Property Management was very accommodating in response to questions and requests.<br/><br/>Did have comment from person staying in one of the downstairs bedrooms that they heard lots of noise from when people walked on the wood floors on main level.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here! The facilities looked as pictured, and it was all clean. The parking was also pretty easy, as we could choose any spot in the parking lot as long as we displayed the parking passes. The red line shuttle to the ski mountain was only a short walk away, especially for unit #3.<br/><br/>On the negative side, there were many huge ants in the ground floor (where two of the bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as the washer/dryer are located). When we contacted the host, they provided some spray to kill the ants, but it was still unsettling, and probably more to do with the weather than anything else.<br/><br/>In addition, we came specifically for a ski trip, and were only informed upon arrival that the condo's owner did not allow guests to use the ski locker, so we had to keep all our equipment inside. We could have checked this in advance, but assumed it would be available for use. There was also little space to put on ski/snowboard boots considering this unit can hold 10 people, but we made it work by just getting up earlier.<br/><br/>Communication with Mammoth Reservations was overall good, but inconsistent (each time I got a response, it seemed like a new person was typing). I'd asked several months in advance if we could request a third parking pass, and they replied that I should check closer to the visit. A few days before, they said that there was no third pass, but street parking would be available as well as a parking lot by the stores nearby. The day of the trip, I messaged them to confirm, and they let me know that there was not any street parking available, and the parking lot would be quite expensive. We ended up not needing the third car anyway, but would have had a very frustrating experience if so.

Perfect for a small group. Everything was up to date and clean. highly recommend and will stay again.

I really enjoyed the floor plan and location of this unit. Overall good amenities. I would have liked to have had the kitchen better stocked. Also, the cleaning job could have been better, and there were a few things in the unit that either didn't work or needed to be fixed (I notified Mammoth Reservations of these). However, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying in this unit again. Thank you Mammoth Reservations for being easy to communicate with.

Condo was "narrower" in size than shown in the photos. Definitely not large enough to accomadate "eight-ten people". The downstairs bathroom sink was clogged the entire time of our stay. Also, the lights in the upstairs loft did not work properly

My family and I come to Mammoth atleast 3-4 times a year and this is the first rental that we were really wowed by. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, in a great location, and had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again! It is very rare to find properties this clean. If you are someone who has high standards for cleanliness, this is your place.

Overall, we had a great stay. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the bedding. Some of the blankets were rolled up in the closet, so we avoided using those. We used the ones that were in the plastic bags. We also changed out the sheets on the sofa bed cause it had crumbs all over when we opened it up. Not sure when was the last time it was changed out. Sheets in the bedroom looked clean. Aside from that, it had all the amenities needed to enjoy our time there. It was a nice location, near town, shopping and restaurants.

We have stayed at this particular condo before. It is a great location and a comfortable place. It could do with a few more things in the kitchen so I don't have to wash as much. The rental company was good at responding when we needed a few items. A relaxing week. Be back next year.

Very nice unit, quiet and clean.

The house slept our 8 guests comfortably. The 2 downstairs bedrooms were perfect for the 2 sets of parents while all 4kids enjoyed the loft. We used the athletic club every day and enjoyed the flexibility of being able to make meals while we went on day adventures in the Mammoth area. I would recommend this place and/or return. The only downside is that we could not bring bikes because there is no garage to store them.

check in and out was so easy! The place was beautiful and perfect for our party! Absolutely loved it! The location was close to everything and the house was spotless

The house &#x2018;s location was perfect for us . Walking distance to a nice play ground , the walking trails around Mammoth and downtown. We will be back to use the pool and jacuzzi in summer .
