We had a great time at our condo. It had everything we needed for the most part. It would have been nice to have a few extra towels, as only one per person is provided so if you go in the hot tub your towel is then wet for your shower. The door was also very difficult to lock and unlock. Only one set of the keys worked and it was a struggle. The neighbor upstairs is also a bit nosy but she was nice. Overall I would stay here again.

We felt very at home staying here and our dog loved it too. It was in a great location and was quiet and comfortable. We had already been traveling for a week before we got here so it was really nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. We also took advantage of using the hot tub, which is just a few steps outside the front door, and that was very nice! The maintenance staff was great as well. We noticed the first day that the sliding back door was not locking so we called the property manager and they were there to fix it within a half hour. The only minor issue we had was with the front door which was hard to lock and unlock with the key. Other than that, I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Nice well-maintained unit with a comfortable bed. The condo is somewhat dated but still very nice. The kitchen is pretty basic. I don't cook when I go to Mammoth anyway, and it's fine for coffee and cereal. If you want to watch TV in the evening after your day activities forget it. The only channels it gets are the cable channels that no one wants to watch...old movies and old TV shows. No network stations, news or sports except for the Golf Channel. Not a big deal but just FYI if watching TV at night is important to you. It's a short hike from the parking area to the condo and if you arrive at night you'll need a flashlight to see the numbers. There is very little outside lighting at this complex, which I like. I frequently stay at Snowcreek and while #39 isn't the best unit I've had it's a good value for the price paid. It's clean and comfortable.

Very happy with this property. Everything from the location to the cleanliness and accommodations gets 5 stars, 100% satisfied. We look forward to staying here again or at one of the many other properties managed by Mammoth Reservations. We trust that when renting through them we will have a very pleasant and stress free experience. Big thank you to Mammoth Reservations for the consistently great rentals.

Went up for a relaxing weekend. The condo was superb!! Very comfortable, Kitchen items were more than enough to use, the patio to go out the sliding door was great!! The weather was great!! I would recommend this condo to anyone who would like to stay and I would even rent it out again.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Condo was well-equipped, cozy, comfortable, and ticked all the boxes. Lovely location with many areas to walk your dog. We so appreciated Mammoth Reservations willingness to accept and accommodate respectful pets/pet owners and make that part of the experience so stress-free. The weather was cold, not what we are used to sunny Nevada; however, we enjoyed the Fall changing leaf colors. The condo was nice, clean, and comfortable.

Great cozy and clean place to come home to after our daily hikes. Good location, easy to get to town and lakes from the property. The adjacent meadow to the property complex is great for folks with dogs. Really appreciate dog friendly places like this!

annual fishing trip with my son. complex is well maintained. condo was clean and comfortable. wish check in time was earlier than 5:00 pm. long day after driving many miles.

My husband and I stayed there with our dog for two nights. The condo was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. It's on the ground level with grass outside so it made it very convenient to take the dog out. We would definitely stay there again! Super easy check in and check out process.

It was perfect for my husband, our dog and me. Comfortable, plenty of storage and loved all the hooks for gear! Kitchen was well equipped. It was handy to downtown and a short drive to mountain. Loved that it was on the ground floor for our dog.

Everything was very smooth. The rental was clean and very well put together. The management company was responsive and did their best to communicate with us as we had some hesitation regarding covid.

Overall the experience was okay. There was a problem with a water leak from the upstairs unit that resulted in pools of water forming on the kitchen counter. The water was brown and lasted for two days before they were able to stop the leak. We had to leave towels on the counter to stop the leak from spreading to the carpet.
