We had a great time at this location. We always love The Ledges and any place we stay it never disappoints.

Nice place everything we needed, balcony could use a patio cover sun too hot in afternoon to sit out. If i book here again i would find a place with a patio cover or shaded. And some lounge chairs. Over all beautiful place!

This is the 3rd year in a row me and my softball teammates have stayed at the Ledges and we will be making it 4 years in a row next year. The place is immaculate, lots of local attractions and always a good time! Great place for a bunch of guys playing softball or families on vacation. You will not be disappointed.

This stay was a 10 star. Perfect location for my daughter's wedding. right across the green from the clubhouse. Clear direction for easy check in and out, Kimber and other staff members helped quickly and efficiently when we had a problem. I will stay there again and I highly recommend!!!

A short walk to the clubhouse and restaurant and across from the pool, this home is perfect for a small group to enjoy a wonderful vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. We were 2 couples. Fantastic house. Well furnished. Kitchen well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Great location. We enjoyed the deck, listening to the nearby stream every night. Dan was very responsive & great to work with. Definitely a 5 star experience. Will return next year

Perfect townhome for us. Close to Tuachan and many golf courses. Located across from the pool. Clean and tastefully decorated. A wonderful retreat for many hardworking women. Great customer service from property management company. We will be back!

My family and I stayed at this home from Aug 14-18th. Everything was absolutely amazing about the place. Very clean and the house had everything we needed from all dishes and utensils, laundry detergent, soap, etc. We didn't need to get anything. All the rooms were large and having separate bathrooms was great. I would definitely come here again.

This was a golf buddy trip. We had two homes for 8 guys. We loved the size of the units were were in (4 bedrooms each) and how well each were stocked with the essentials. They were clean, cheery, and well appointed. This is our second visit and we could not have been more pleased.

New construction, modern, comfortable, nicely furnished, super clean and highly functional! The unit was absolutely perfect for our golf group, roomy and comfortable with highly functional kitchen and dining area. Would definitely recommend, great value.

Our group has stayed at the Ledges before on our golf trips, but this condo has been our favorite yet!! It was beautifully decorated, great location to the pool, and so clean. We loved everything the condo provided and especially the pickle paddles!! We hope to be back soon.

We had a wonderful time at the Snow Canyon Sunrise house. Everything was clean and so accomodating. We really didn't want to leave.

The house is pretty clean and nice. The location is conveniently located right behind hole 9 of ledges golf course. It's also near driving range and hole 18. So after 18 hole, I can easily pick my family up for lunch in the clubhouse. The only problem is because the location is a bit far from the city center, there was no food delivery available to the area. The only nearby restaurant was Fish Rock Grille. But we had a bad experience with the delivery from Fish Rock Grille. While I was out for golfing in other place, my wife tried to order foods from Fish Rock. It took them almost 3 hours to deliver the foods. My 20 month old baby had to skip her lunch because of that. Considering the distance between Fish Rock and the house, this is really really horrible service.

Everything good, only complaint was hot tub hours,nothing early am and 10 pm seems early for a condo complex

Enjoyed the beautiful home and surroundings; kids played in the pool, adults loved the hot tub. The mountains are spectacular.

We loved staying at your property!!! It was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The home is spacious and well designed with plenty of room for everyone. It's in a beautiful location that's close enough to the city but still has the feel of getting away from it all. The pool and pickle ball courts are right across the street. We would stay here again and again and again!!!

We had a fantastic stay. The house is immaculate and very tastefully decorated. There was more than enough room for 6 of us and we could have comfortably had more. Kitchen is well stocked and we appreciated the spices/basics in the pantry. The grill is a nice touch and easy to use. I recommend an umbrella for the outside table. Otherwise this was perfect.

An excellent property for our annual trek to St. George! Great location to pickleball, spa, and running trail.

We decided to book a vacation rental at The Ledges for the weekend of our wedding. It was within walking distance from the The Ledges Golf Club where we held our our wedding and reception. The house was very clean, fully stocked with household necessities, and so beautiful! It was the perfect size for friends and family coming into town and needing a place to stay. Booking was super easy and Dan and Jeff were really helpful! We only stayed two nights but I would totally recommend The Ledges vacation rentals to anyone looking for a good stay with a large family!

Our stay at Snow Canyon Sunrise was everything as advertised. The home was new, clean, and well stocked. Great location. Close to the pool, pickle ball courts, and the golf course. Beautiful views. The manager was most courteous, helpful, and personable. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at this condo. It is right across the street from the large pool, which is heated and that makes a huge difference for the kids. Hot tub is very large as well. This unit backs up to the driving range so it was fun to walk out back and hit some golf balls as well. <br/><br/>Things that we look for in a rental for spring break that were all fantastic at this unit:<br/><br/>-large heated pool<br/>-large hot tub<br/>-AC works well in all rooms in the condo, some units we have rented the upstairs does not cool well<br/>-water heater was able to keep up with all the showers and baths<br/>-well furnished <br/>-clean<br/>-responsive property management <br/>-TV's in every room great for kids and movies at night

It was a great place to visit. If you've never been to Sothern Utah this is the place to stay. <br/><br/>Our only disappointment was the limited supplied kitchen and no extra blankets. Other than that it was a great place to stay!

Everything was great but directions to house itself was not provided. Only address I received was to Ledges main property. No one was able to help me find this house at 430 pm on a Saturday. I was VERY FRUSTRATED!! This was very unprofessional.

This was a fabulous place to stay - the house was well stocked and spacious with great furnishings and decor - we felt at home. I was disappointed that there is no recycling program in place.<br/>

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The condo was clean, well furnished, great A/C, close to the pool and courts--we had a great time. Cost was a bit steep, but other than that it was tip top!

Wonderful spacious clean condo, beautiful golf course, pool, grounds and scenery, nicely furnished and very convenient and easy to rent. Next door to Snow Canyon State Park which is the little brother to Zion&#x2019;s National Park : miniature version with all the beauty and you have it practically to yourself. Can&#x2019;t wait to stay here again.

We rented three homes at once for a family reunion. Even in the hot weather, the set-up was faboulous. We'll be back.
