Great location, clean, easy access to the amenities, close to snow canyon biking.

My family of 5 came to St George for the St George Marathon. Our experience at the Snow Canyon Escape at the Ledges was excellent. The unit was clean and felt like home. Our kids enjoyed being so close to the pool and pickle ball courts, and it was great to be staying on the course for the marathon which made it easy for my wife and kids to watch runners go by. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ledges. The villa was beautiful and clean, spacious and well laid out. Loved the outdoor space upstairs in particular. It was very nicely appointed as well.

We had a wonderful time here! Our place was so very clean and beautiful. Surprisingly, there were great areas to relax. We will come again.

Right out the back door is the pool which is awesome, especially with little kids. House was clean and well stocked. We had a great stay

The accommodation was excellent. All facilities that we needed were in place. <br/>Dan had made a number of golf bookings for at various Golf courses in the area and it all worked very smoothly and with no problems.

Great place for our family while visiting extended family over Thanksgiving. So much better than adding sleeping bags to Grandma's house!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything went well and the accommodations were ideal for our visit.

The property was spacious and well-appointed. The area is about 15 minutes from downtown and an hour from Zion National park. The only downside was that the hot tub at the pool area only worked one of the days we were there.

It&#x2019;s a great setup for a family. So nice to have the pool so close. Very clean and nice home. The faucets were pretty old and water pressure in bathrooms and showers wasn&#x2019;t very well was the only thing.

First, working with Dan Decker was a true pleasure. He answered all of our questions and led us to find a fine accommodation. The first thing that we noticed upon entry into Snow Canyon Escape was that it was impeccably clean. Kudos to the cleaning crew. Although, the clothes washing machine does have a putrid odor. There is one issue that really did bother us tremendously, and that is the community pool and hot tub. We had looked forward to relaxing each afternoon in that area, and were very disappointed. The pool was cold and dirty, and the hot tub Luke warm. It was also frothing with bubbles, as all kinds of oils were clearly in the water and it was in need of a complete water change. We only used it once for a few minutes and gave up for the rest of the week. If we were rating the condo itself in the review below, we would assign it a 4+. The condo was spotless. However, due to the poor maintenance of pool and hot tub, we rated the property's condition and cleanliness a 3. One additional compliment for Mr Decker. He did a great job of booking excellent golf courses, and we appreciate all of his efforts. Thank you.

This vacation home had all the amenities you would need. It was one of the few homes where you could park on the street. Most of the homes will not let you do that. I liked that you could see the pool from your back patio. The view from the deck does not like the picture on the website.

Had a great time at The Ledges. Property was in great shape. The level of care and preparation was evident everywhere and it was very comfortable. Will be back!

We loved our stay at this property in St. George. It is in a beautiful location near hiking and set apart from the city but not too far to drive in for dinner or shopping. The pool area was full of families and lots of kids there for spring break which was perfect for ours. We thought the property was clean, the management was very professional, the condo was well stocked with towels. The only thing I would add is this unit could use some serving dishes like platters and serving bowls. Otherwise it had all of the needed appliances, and plenty of dishes and flatware. It is nicely decorated and everything was in working order. We loved our stay here.

It was a great experience, this was the first time staying at the condo. It was like my home away from home. The place was clean and it had everything we needed at the tip of our fingers. We as a family will be planning another trip in the coming year. Thank you to ledges company for the easy set up on the rental and were very clear with all instructions. Just got back from a 3 night stay at Snow Canyon the Ledges and the experience was awesome. Played a total 5 rounds of golf at the Ledges and 2 other courses, Copper Rock and Sand Hollow. The stay and play package was put together by Dan in a day turn around, he is knowledgeable, responsive and committed to making the experience great. The townhome was very clean with several spaces to relax. Kitchen was fully equipped, BBQ grill was excellent and the furnishings comfortable and new. I highly recommend the Stay and Play at the Ledges and will be back to enjoy in the future.

From the moment we walked in the door it felt like we were home. The amenities were amazing we wished we could have stayed longer.

Everything was as expected. Clean, modern layout. Nice to return to after day of hiking. Pretty far from hiking @ Zion or Bryce Canyon. Dan was excellent handling accommodations.

This property is pristine! Perfectly comfortable, perfectly decorated, and plenty of space for our family to enjoy our stay. My kids asked if we could move it. :) Will for sure look to book this one again the next time we are in town.

Our vacation rental was an excellent experience. Everything was clean and well stocked for our 5 day stay. Directions to the rental were spot on. The only thing I would say that could be improved were the hours for the Ledges restaurant. If don't want to cook breakfast you have to go into town. Also, the TV channel listings could be in the visitor guide book. Especially since they don't get NBC. These are pretty small issues. The over all experience was great.

We love staying at the Ledges! The units are new, clean and very nicely furnished. The pool & hot tub are amazing! We love how close it is to Snow Canyon & Tuacahn. We also love being a little bit away from the business of town - and it's such a short drive there it's a perfect place to stay! Love it and will be back for more!

Rental was immaculate.....brand new everything. High ceilings create very spacious feeling. Pool was only 35 steps from back door (we stepped it off). Golf course in good shape and very reasonably priced. All the necessary appliances available for cooking....and pickle ball rackets to boot. Plenty of sleeping areas and a TV in every room FUN! We know where we're staying next time we come to SG!

The unit was just as advertised, very clean with nice, new furnishings. Back-door access to the pool and pickle ball courts. Our kids loved riding their bikes. We all enjoyed the hikes and beautiful scenery around the ledges. Great trip!

Family met at The Ledges to celebrate a wedding weekend for some relatives. We completely enjoyed our stay and felt at home instantly. Clean, new, modern - highly recommend!!

Overall we loved this condo. It was brand new and very well appointed. The kitchen had high quality GE appliances, everything to cook with, and lots of plates, silverware, etc. <br/><br/>The location was awesome - just 3 miles from Snow Canyon Park, which is absolutely a gem. Uncrowded, gorgeous scenery, lots of nice hikes, good climbs, and no hassle. Only $6 entry fee for priceless experience. The unit was also surprising close to downtown St George, only 10 minutes away, straight down rte 18 with no traffic.<br/><br/>The one down-side preventing me from giving a 5 star rating is that there was construction across the street that created a lot of red sand, which got blown onto this unit by some strong winds. As a result, the upstairs deck furniture, the front entry, and the garage floor (even though it was closed) were all covered in red sand.

We had a wonderful three night stay at the Ledges. Our rental was right by the pool and we spend many hours there. It was clean and cool which was important as it was 106 degrees outside. We also enjoyed dinner at the FishRock Grill.
