The rental was very clean and the location was incredible. Just steps from the Gulf. The rental had everything we needed for a successful beach vacation. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Awesome home & location! Huge kitchen with everything you need. Property manager very communicative. Large rooms & decks. Great selection of games. Some suggestions are let guests know ahead of time they're expected to wash all the towels & actually provide laundry detergent. Deck needs redone. Many splinters, wear shoes, unfortunately. Update amenities as there's no umbrella & only a few very old beach chairs actually provided. Plenty of beach toys, tho. Very relaxing spot, & we truly enjoyed the home, the area, & most importantly our beach therapy.

The property is as represented in the description and pictures. Beautiful location, very comfortable for adults to spread out, and has a great table for meals and evenings of games. The kitchen is very functional for several to work in and well-stocked. Thanks for sharing your vacation home.

What a perfect place to stay. Right on the Gulf, boardwalk right to the beach was great. The house was amazing, very clean, child friendly and stocked with all of the essentials. Shops and restaurants were near but far enough away to stay out of the hustle and bustle. VERY RELAXING!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Seaside Villa! Right on the beach with a walkover just out the back door - this was a perfect location! It felt even more spacious than it looks in the pictures and the living room seating is very comfy.

We were so happy with this rental. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We were also able to check in one hour early. We would recommend this house to everyone and plan on going back.

The owners went above and beyond for us. They found out it was our anniversary and made it so special. When we arrived we had wine picked from a place in the area, flowers, and chocolate! Our family stayed half the time and we stayed alone the other half. The house was perfect for our entire stay. Thank you guys so much. The home was also fully stocked with everything you could possibly need!

Great experience. Check- in was simple, with easy to follow instructions. The view was what we great and the walk to the beach easy. Highly recommended. The outdoor shower area at the base of the stairs was an unexpected treat, especially if you have kids coming back from the beach.

We loved the townhome. Beach was wonderful and unlike most beach rentals everything was in tip top shape and everything we needed was there. Highly recommended

We absolutely loved the location of the house and being right on the water. I loved waking each morning to a gorgeous view. We saw dolphins every morning! We also loved sitting out on the balconies drinking coffee in the morning and watching the kids play in the evening. We hope to continue to go back every year!!

Sea Side Villa was absolutely perfect for our family stay. Location is fabulous, view of the beach is better than fabulous! Very clean and the kitchen was stocked with more than enough utensils, pots/pans and applicances. I would definitely stay again if I am in the area. Happy hour on the deck was a 10+.

Amazing! It was so homey, very clean and had everything we needed there. It had extra beach towels and plenty of kitchen cookware etc. But the biggest plus was that they had two baby gates for us to block both sets of stairs for our little ones and a high chair! That was a huge plus!!! We loved being right on the beach too! We loved the place so much, we even stayed an extra night! The only small problem we had was that the bathroom and kitchen towels smelling bad but I bought some vinegar, soaked and washed them and they were as good as new. The property manager was also very helpful in every question we had. We had a small problem with the toilet downstairs and she has someone there within a few hours. We will definitely go back to Navarre and will definitely stay at Sea Side Villa when we do!

Great view of the Gulf with private access to the beach. Grandkids enjoyed gathering shells. Watched dolphins swim by. Place was supplied with more than expected. Would definitely recommend or stay there again. Pictures on website live up to expectations.

Great location, great townhouse, well supplied kitchen. The extra beach towels were useful,thanks. My only negative remarks would be about the condition of the wooden decks and walkway to the beach. There are numerous areas with sharp splintered wood, making it unsafe to be barefooted. Shoes were a must when walking on the wooden decks.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Side Villa very much! It was a great home base for family to gather, and still close enough to the various restaurants and attractions.<br/>The townhome had everything we needed for cooking, etc. Access to the beach was great; we particularly liked having use of the equipment the outdoor shower. We would stay again, but have discovered that next trip we will need another bedroom!

This was our second visit this year as in the first visiting the condo was clean and well furnished. Relaxing time despite the weather.
