Very clean and relaxing townhouse. Great views of the gulf very quiet and enjoyable.

It was a good location and easy access to the beach since we had kids along. The kids bathroom tub and shower drain was clogged so we went out and bought drain-o to try and get it unclogged so they weren’t standing in high water while showering.

This was our second year staying in this townhome. We love the layout, very comfortable and clean! The location is so great. Views of the gulf from the front, bay off the back. Just across the street from the access. This property is far enough down away from the high rises that the beach isn&#x2019;t as congested. Stocked with everything you might need! Kitchen has everything, beach toys and wagon, even games and puzzles. We look<br/>forward to next time!

This place is beautiful and was surprised at all the amenities it had. Very clean and even had crab nets, beach chairs, and floats to play with in the closet. Also board games in the living area.Very nice and very peaceful. You can sit on the balcony and see the ocean. We hope to stay two weeks next year! Definitely recommend 5stars from us!

Clean, perfect spot for us!

PROS: The property was very clean upon arrival. We really loved having meals outside on the bottom deck where there was plenty of space. The living room furniture was nice and sat a lot of people as well. The golf-cart was a major plus while carrying beach supplies across the street to the beach entrance. <br/><br/>CONS: We couldn't get the back door out of the kitchen to lock. The TV in one of the bedrooms wouldn't work. <br/><br/>Overall, we hope to stay here again and continue to make wonderful memories!

We had the best time. The property was very clean and had everything we needed, including storage. <br/>There was even beach equipment for us to use. Directions were very clear. If I had a question then it was answered immediately. Super cosy throughout the home, easy to find and room for my large family. We will be returning. Just a very short walk to the beach.

The house was comfortable and had everything that we could need - except coffee, be sure to bring your own! ;) We stopped at the local grocery store and stocked up on essentials (except coffee). The kitchen had all the gadgets and gizmos that we needed for the week. The beach is such an easy walk. Simply cross the street and you are at the entrance to a public beach access, that was never too crowded for our liking. They even provide a beach wagon to help haul all the goodies. The sand was beautiful and the water was crystal clear. Comparable to what we've seen in Cancun without all the added seaweed. The management company was quick to respond to our inquiry about something. Very good experience!

We were very satisfied. The unit was exactly as described and very clean & well stocked. The management company was easy to work with and communication was great - answering all of our questions and concerns as we were arriving late at night with little knowledge of the area.

This property is a great location as you are about a 4 minute walk to the public beach access and since you are a little further down the island, tends to be less crowded. There is a view of the gulf from the front and the sound from the back. Very clean and nicely furnished unit. Any questions about the accommodations,restaurants in the area, etc were returned promptly and professionally. Am considering buying a property on this beautiful beach.

This townhome is well equipped and is located just across the street from beach access. Nice decks on all floors. We did not need anything, kitchen was well equipped and there was even beach gear available for use in the storage closet. The townhome was very clean and nicely decorated. You can't go wrong staying here!

This is our 3rd time coming to Navarre and it did not disappoint. This unit was perfect for our family of 4. We had a lovely view of the sound and of the gulf. There was plenty of space in the condo to spread out, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds comfortable and the condo as a whole was very clean. When we booked we had asked to reserve the kayak, paddleboards and bikes and were told that wouldn't be a problem. However at the actual time of our stay they were not available to us, so that was bit of a letdown as we were really looking forward to experiencing those during our stay. Nevertheless, the stay was still a good one and we had a lovely time.

We had the best time in Navarre. We've never stayed before but will definitely be back. Beaches were beautiful and not crowded. Very peaceful and relaxing.

This was our first time at Navarre Beach and we absolutely loved it here. Staying at the “pink ladies” as we called it was nice. It was a short distance across the road from the beach. We had plenty of room for 6 people and we all really enjoyed the 3 balconies. It was clean upon arrival and everything worked except the carport light and maybe a few of the outlets. Overall I really liked the place and would love to come back sometime for another vacation.

This is our third time renting Sea La Vie. It has always met our expectations in every way. Diana Beam was extremely kind to us and satisfied our every need. She was more like a friend than an agent. We would come back again.

I'll admit, I probably have higher standards than most, but after several trips to Navarre I've found that so many properties just aren't maintained well...especially with the wet, salty air. This property, though, was perfect! No faucets were clogged with calcium, drains drained well, showers drained well, toilets flushed, oven and fridge were clean, etc. In addition, there were also a few extra rolls of toilet paper and trash bags - something you don't usually get. As for location, we know the area well and knew what we were getting. It's literally a 2 minute walk to the public beach access. Even our youngest carried his own beach items with no problems. Great location if you have kids! (We took our 3) We stayed during a tropical storm and the owners did a great job preparing the property for it! There were some very nice beach chairs provided and that was an extra bonus as well! The beds were comfortable too! (Huge pillows, so if you don't like a strained neck you might bring your own) Extra blankets were also provided. It was nice to have shelter for parking and the shower was nice outside to hose the sand off of ourselves and our toys. The checkin process was also very easy. If I had to give some feedback it would be to add at least an extra spatula in the kitchen. It's hard to cook breakfast for a family of 5 with only 1. Also, there are no curtains in the smaller bedroom. This meant we woke at 5:45 every morning. It's definitely a place I'll stay again, but we'll be bringing something to cover those windows for sure. The other bedroom was nice and dark and also had lots of space! From the pictures online the decor did not appear to be very "beachy" feeling, but it definitely is in person. Tastefully done too, not cheesy. It felt like home, and that's about the best compliment I think anyone could hope for. Thank you Carie and Diana for making our vacation just perfect!

We actually made these reservations at the last moment. Everything went very smoothly. Beautiful place and great location. Not only would I recommend it, I would go back in the future. This was probably one of the best maintained, and definitely cleanest, location I have ever rented.

We had a fantastic stay at Sea La Vie. You can't beat the location and we loved the house. The beds were very comfortable.
