One of the nicest properties we have stayed at.

Our family vacation including my children and grandchildren enjoyed this home. Being able to be in the same home, while enjoying our own space, was wonderful. There is plenty of kitchen/dining room space, so it was great for meals, playing games and puzzles. The grandchildren could go nap or go to bed in the evening while we played games or watched sports on tv without the worry of waking them. My daughter-in-law worked on-line for half of the days we were there. She was in the walk-out basement and it worked out great. She even interviewed several people without problems from us or the grandchildren. We rented a boat one day, since the home is so close to the lake, we all didn't have to go to rent it--they came back to pick us and the grandchildren up at the dock. Everyone all loved the zero pool. It was truly worth the money for us in space and convenience.

There was 8 couples, it gave us plenty of room for each other and plenty of seating to eat meals together. We enjoyed the pool table and played games. Would stay again.

Loved having all the big bedrooms. We had 19 adults and 2 small children. This was perfect for our family trip. House needs a good deep clean on the carpets. Water pipes need to be cleaned out slow drainage. Other than that the house was exactly what we were looking for. Loved having a boat slip for our boat rental. Having the boat dock was wonderful. Wish there was a ladder like the other dock had but the lake was easy to walk into with water shoes. The pools were a huge plus. The kids loved the playground right across the street. Plenty of parking.

The Cabin was a perfect fit. We had about 21 people and it accommodated everyone comfortably. Everything looked just like the pictures, it had all the amenities as if we were at home. We also brought all of our gifts to open on Christmas morning, and they had a very nice Tree to put them under... along with many other nice Christmas decorations. 10/10 I would definitely recommend Sunset Rentals... they exceeded our expectations and more!

We had a wonderful time here. There were 14 adults and 4 children and spacious enough for all of us. We never felt like we were on top of each other and had plenty of room. The home is furnished with everything you could possibly need. The location is great we walked down to the lake everyday and kayaked, boated and swimmed. The kids and adults all had a wonderful time.

House was great and held 3 families. Great spaces everywhere (including parking). <br/>Kitchen nicely stocked with appliances. We cooked / grilled almost every meal and had plenty of space for 17 of us to eat. Rented a boat from local marina and dock slip was great. Only minor issue was 1 of the pools is under repair and ice machine downstairs did not work.

fit the needs of our 10 adults and 6 kid's ages 3-12<br/>bedding was above average- no complaints from anyone. Kitchen had adequate pots, pans, cookie sheets, dishes and silverware. boat dock served our needs - except no ladder. only drawback- ice maker did not work. otherwise would highly recommend.

The property worked great for our family of 18. The boat slip and dock is a must have for us and is an easy walk up a hill! <br/>There were a couple of kitchen chairs with broken (or almost broken) legs so those need replaced but other than that, most everything is in great working condition.

Such a great experience! This rental has all the amenities for a lovely stay. It is so homey and inviting. I love the decor! I hope to come back again.

This house exceeded our expectations for our group of 17 (8 adults, and 9 children ages 4-14). We never once felt like we were crammed, and there was plenty of space to have coffee and talk and play games. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots, pans, and baking dishes to make our meals. Everything was very clean, and organized. Everyone was able to stay caught up on laundry between the two sets of washer and dryers. With quick access to Silver Dollar City we were able to beat the long line of traffic waiting to get in on the busy weekend and access the #5 parking lot. We have decided to make this our official place to stay when we have a large group. We couldnt have asked for anything better!

We spent a great long weekend at Rockwood Lake Lodge. The home was fantastic for our extended family vacation. Just a few suggestions - there were no cookie sheets/baking pans besides two round pizza pans and also no corkscrew. We also had a broken can opener and the gas grill did not get very hot. Minor inconveniences that can quickly be remedied. Everything else was great and we would not hesitate to return.

This house was perfect for our Large family! There was enough space for everyone and it was within minutes to everything that we wanted to do. Silver Dollar City was just around the corner, that was a huge plus. The only disappointment was that the pool wasn't open. That would have been great to have after a long hot day at Silver Dollar City.

Fantstic! Best VRBO ever ... perfect accomodations with many high-end amenities; property was accurately described, clean & well maintained (needs a lock replaced on the bathroom/dining room barn door). Good customer service when i called about a couple of things. Close to lake. Plenty of parking with easy access for boat/trailer. Kids and adults enjoyed a great week, would definitely book again

the home was very nice and we all enjoyed our time there will rent again in the future
