At first, we had difficulty with our reservations & this was not the cabin we had originally booked, but was a 2nd option. Once the initial disappointment was over & the general manager made things right, me & my fiancé enjoyed this cabin very much! Very welcoming, clean, tastefully decorated, easy to get to. The website pictures don't do this wonderful cabin justice. It is more beautiful in person. We enjoyed the 2 fireplaces, & the layout was very romantic. Secluded! We were able to enjoy the porch with just our robes on after a soak in the hot tub without worrying about being seen. The only downfall was that there was no mountain view. It was a short drive from Pigeon Forge's main drag, beautiful scenery along the winding road. It was a perfect getaway for our special occasion of proposal! Thanks to the staff who were very accommodating for our special time.

Overall we were very satisfied with the cabin, however a little dissappointed in the view. I think it was over rated in the pics of the cabin. We could not see any mountains from our front or back deck. All you could see from the back was the road below. I was so looking forward to early morning views of the mountains. Also the bathrooms were very poorly lit. It was pretty dark in the shower with cutain closed. We would use Eden Rentals again, just not this cabin.We did have a great time in TN. We really enjoyed the Titanic exhibit and of course the Dixie Stampede!!

Around the Mountain is a wonderful little cabin in the woods. When we arrived we found it extremely clean and the hot tub was warmed and waiting. The kids enjoyed the pool table why my husband and I enjoyed sitting on the back porch swing enjoying the peace and quiet. The check in and check out process with Eden Crest is wonderful. A new pad for the pull out sofa and a little more light would be my only suggestion for improvement. I highly recommend this quaint little cabin.

The cabin was beautiful, well maintained, and very clean. It was nicely set in the mountains so that even though there were other cabins nearby it felt like we were the only ones. The location was great for Pigeon Forge attractions but a little far from the National Park. Overall it was a great stay and I wish we could have stayed longer.

Far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to "do it all"

We stayed in this cabin on our 18th wedding anniversary, and we loved it so much that we had to come back for our 20th anniversary.

The cabin was very pretty and comfortable. The fireplaces were nice, hot tub wonderful, the sauna was great.the bed was comfortable.only thing we didn't like bathroom's to small.

Found on vrbo site. Smooth transaction. When we first arrived our alarm system battery needed replacing so it beeped all night. Called them the next morning and it was taken care of in a timely manner. Everyone seemed very nice and was pleasant to talk with

Nice place, ample room for two people; we enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, and the sauna. Two things to note: more lighting is needed in the kitchen area; the main highway in the backyard was unexpected. We had been told that it was a secluded cabin... not exactly true.

We have been coming to this area for over 20 years and this is the first time renting from Eden Crest. They were wonderful to work with. Nicole truly made this trip become a reality for us. We enjoyed our 2 night, one day stay in this beautiful cabin. There was plenty of room for all six of us. My four granddaughters loved the hot tub and sauna. My grandson came to visit and he loved the pool table. First time renting from Eden Crest and they were wonderful to work with. Will be calling Eden Crest for our next trip to the Smokies

Cabin pretty as the pictures. Bed was a little hard for us, not trying to anything away from rental we sleep on softer beds and the kitchen could used an extra lighting system. 1 to 10 I would give it a 9. Cabin was clean.

very good, minor glitches, Jacuzzi broke, rather dusty, door knob came off in 1/2 bath, lR lamp blew out or didnt work, remotes for lr tv inop and cable cable worked fine.

THIS WAS OUR FIRST TRIP TO TENNESSE. MY WIFE AND I WAS AMAZED ON THE BEAUTY. THE SCENIC RIDE TO THE CABIN WAS BREATHE TAKEN. THE CABIN WAS WELL PASS OUR EXPECTATIONS. THE CABIN WAS CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL, AND SIMPLY PERFECT! TO WAKE UP WITH TURKEYS AND DEER AROUND THE CABIN WAS REALLY COOL. WE WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE CABIN AND THE HOSPITALITY OF EDEN CREST WAS OUTSTANDING. THIS WAS TRULY THE PERFECT WAY TO SPEND OUR 15TH. WE WILL DEFINITLY BE COMING BACK MANY MORE TIMES. TO GET TO STAY IN CABIN SURROUNDED BY SOME OF MOST AMAZING SCENIC VIEWS WAS TRULY REFRESHING.

We were overall satisfied but did request a view of the mountains when booked and we could not see a clear view of the mountains:-( but would consider a future stay with Eden Crest Properties

I was quite surprised when I arrived at the "Around the Mountain" cabin. I had to find a reasonable priced pet-friendly cabin that was not located in a resort. This cabin fit that bill. It was the perfect cabin for a couple or maybe a couple with small children. This cabin is located near a highway which isn't used much at night. The neighbors were situated approximately 20ft away, but you had the trees surrounding the cabin giving you privacy. The back deck was perfect-hot tub, sauna, gas grill and porch swing. The view could of been better, but the many trees located above highway gave you some privacy. Furniture was somewhat used but since it was a pet-friendly cabin, I expected that. I definitely would recommend this cabin.

My husband and I have stayed here before and loved it. This time was no different, although the cleanliness was a little lacking. Everyone has an off day though. We will definitely be back to this peaceful little cabin!

One of the cutest little cabins I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. It was bright and cheery (many cabins are too dark), with enough wood on the interior to make it look like the inside of a cuckoo clock. The area was far and away from the glitzy bustle of Gatlinburg and Sevierville, but close enough for easy driving should we care for the shopping. <br/>The kitchen had all the amenities to make an easy batch of late-night lasagna, and the included dishwasher made clean-up a breeze.<br/>My wife refuses to stay anywhere else when we're in the neighborhood.

We had a great time in the Smoky Mountains, went on some beautiful hikes in the park and enjoyed our time at Around the Mountain. The cabin was very much as advertised. Directions were great and the facility served our needs very well. The main area was a bit roomier than it looked on pictures which was nice. The interior was clean and well prepared. The hot tub worked great and my family of 5 was very comfortable. The full kitchen was great and we used the grill each night. Improvements could include service to the microwave, the face plate was not operating, cleaning up a bag of garbage along the side of the cabin from a previous visitor, and some additional lighting (we moved a lamp into the kitchen for card playing). Finally, there is clearly room for 6 guests, but pull out sofas do not provide the best night of sleep for adults, so be prepared.<br/>There was not a great view from the deck because of the thick trees, but it was not expected. We would definitely consider renting the same place if we returned.

My wife and I couldn't have been more satisfied with our with our stay and the professionalism of Eden Crest. The day we were to arrive, we were notified that the ice and snow had made it impossible to get to our selected cabin and that we would be assigned a different one. We were a little concerned but didn't have any other options. We were told that everything that could be done, would be, to try and get us in our selected cabin and the following day we moved to "Around the Mtn"., and it was everything that we had hoped for. Great location, beautiful cabin and it made our honeymoon absolutely perfect. Thank You Eden Crest for everything you did.. We will definitely be back..

To spite a few cobwebs on the ceiling and a little dust (but hey! it's a cabin!), and unfolded blankets that we weren't sure if we could use it was a beautiful cabin. Plenty of space for the myself, my husband and 3 teenage kids. It was located just off the strip about 5 miles, which was perfect! We will definitely use Eden Crest again!

We have rented this Cabin previously and have not had no issues. We love the location and the privacy. The only issue we had this time was the hot tub actually had a film on it and I know that we pay for the draining and cleaning of it. We were just unable to use it and were kind of disappointed in that. <br/><br/><br/>

It was great. The cabin was clean and well stocked. Everything wae up to date and in working order. It was secluded and thats alwas a plus too. We rent cabins about 4 times a year and this was one of hey best cabins/stays we have had:

Great location outnin the middle of no where nice and private get away but close to all the stuff in town , the only thing we didn't like was the smart thermostat ,when we're gone during the day it would get real warm until we get back at night then it would cool it down to the temperature we wanted over night so by morning it was nice and cool but every night it was warm again

We liked our stay so much the first time we knew would would have to come back on on our 1st anniversary! We loved the country feel of the cabin tucked in mountains just far enough away from the busy town, very peaceful! Makes me want to build a cabin for ourselves. Recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway! The Eden Crest staff were great!<br/>

Since I did everything online, we expected a 7 out of 10 cabin. We were pleasantly surprised when we pulled in the driveway. But when we opened the door, we were blown away. What a beautiful place. We will be returning!!!!!!

The property and view were just beautiful. Bring warm clothes in the winter as the heater hardly warmed up the place at all. We called for maintenance on it and it got a little better (even though he tried to say he didn’t do anything) but we were cold. The decorations were dusty so our allergies were a mess and there was mold on the bathroom wall along with dust in the wall cracks. They offered free or discounted things to do but many items were seasonal and the movie rental locations could not be found after an hour of searching. The WiFi password they left didn’t work either and there was a password lock on the tv so we only had a few channels. Pretty property but could use some TLC.

House was much cleaner than expected, tastefully decorated, and had several great amenities. I wish we had time to use the pool table. The jacuzzi bath tub in the master bedroom was awesome. Management staff communication was perfect, and allowed for an easy late check in (we landed in Nashville at 11pm and then had to drive almost 4 hours to the cabin). Our only complaint was that we had almost ZERO cell reception, and our particular cabin was not equipped with wifi, making communication between us and friends rather difficult. We would still definitely recommend this property for rental.

Booking and check in process was seamless. Cabin was beautiful, clean and well kept. Only downside, is no WIFI, and absolutely no cell signal.

sort of disappointed i paid that much money for only 3 days. i booked for 4 days, but couldn't get in the cabin until late in the pm. then we had too check out by 11:oo am sort of takes a day away. other than that it was pretty much what we expected and had a great time.

Wonderful cabin. Owners thought of many little details. We would stay here again! Pictures and description matched exactly. Only one suggestion, knobs on cabinets and vanities would be helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin. Everything was beautiful and clean. The furnishings were very nice. The owners of this cabin certainly had their guests in mind when furnishing it. We loved the privacy but it was still close enough to everything to run back and forth for activities and dinners. We would definitely pick this cabin, again.

We had an amazing stay at the Around the Mountain cabin. We really took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi, hot tub, and the grill. It's a small cabin, but has everything you need to simply relax and enjoy. Also, not too far from a gas station and a food city store yet it's out in the wilderness. Will be coming back.

Very neat and clean. Beautiful decor. Far enough away from all the traffic and noise but still close enough to drive into town during the day. I will most definitely love to stay here again.

I've rented a number of different cabins in the Pigeon Forge area and would have to say this is top-notch. The pictures don't lie and the amenities were very good. We had a bit of trouble getting the hot-tub up to temperature, called the property management and they arrived in about 20 minutes and had everything on track to get heated up. Spent most of the weekend in the tub and the privacy was very good. Also the cabin is only about 15 minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge, quite convenient. The BBQ grill was very good and we did steaks our first night. Only item we were a bit disappointed with was the fireplace in the main room. It is for "show only" and doesn't put out any heat. The one in the bedroom was electric and functional. Don't forget to get the alarm security code before going inside. The siren is extremely loud! Wife and I agree that this is a go back to cabin.

The cabin is beautiful. Very clean and we had a great stay here. Perfect size for our family of 4.
