This is a great oceanfront place to stay. Rooms were clean and very spacious.

Our stay at Royal Gardens was everything I wanted. The place was clean and very well furnished. The staff at Sea Breeze was very polite and helpful with everything. I will be booking my next trip with them.

We love the convenience of having the realty company right on site there at the resort because questions can be addressed face to face and resolved on the spot. We have stayed in three different units in Royal Garden Resort and all have been clean and well cared for. In fact we booked another stay there later this year before we left.

Neat cozy condo. Great view on the 4th floor. Quiet and all the guest were friendly. Condo was Clean, but Recliner was broken and TV difficult to work due to multiple controls and no directions. Bed was small and bedroom was tiny. Check-in was easy and ample parking. Beach had easy access and restaurants were close by. Elevators were often crowded but were adequate.

Very relaxing few days away. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant/bar downstairs has really good food an is very convenient. No need to leave the property. Only disappointment is the very slow elevators. But will definitely stay here again.

WE have stayed in the same room now for 4 years and really like that room.

My family has been staying at RGR since I was a little girl and now that I'm grown with a family of my own it's the only place we will stay, it's our home away from home, Always friendly, Always clean and Always a great family environment! Everything was great except for the dishwasher. After many efforts to get it going, it finally did, but we had a few things that needed to be washed and left in the dishwasher before we left and there was only one packet of dishwasher. Knowing that would be the case, we went to get some dishwasher detergent (the new kind that is not liquid). So, before we left we loaded it with (thankfully) a few things and once again tried to get the dishwasher to work. It wouldn't this time, so we washed the dishes by hand with some Dawn (we bought that as well the day before) and put those items up so we would leave no dirty dishes and pans.<br/><br/>Bottom line, it needs to be fixed. The "working" light would come on briefly, but the washer would not come on except for that one time. Also, more than one packet of detergent that was there was not enough.
