Awesome place, location, etc.
Overall great oceanfront unit for our small family group. Bathrooms and kitchen clean and beds comfortable. Notified maintenance of washer backing up in bathroom sink and a/c condensation leaking in hallway and both fixed within 2 hours. Bedskirt and pillow need washing in master and balcony railing badly needs painting due to flaking paint. Pools and elevators are new or well maintained. Parking garage is very difficult to maneuver and needs to be larger to accommodate in/out traffic (husband who is a great driver hit the wall coming around curve due to no room for 2 cars). Fire alarm and pickup truck blocking the exit opening to parking garage. Pool bar is nice to have onsite.Large indoor hot tub.
