It was a terrific house with plenty of amenities and accommodations for four golfers. Perfect location for accessing many of southern Utah’s great attractions. Will look to stay here again.

The golf package put together by Ledges Vacation Rentals was excellent. The tee times at 4 different courses were perfect, the staff at each course were great, and the golf was exceptional. The condo we stayed in was also excellent. Four separate bedrooms/baths, excellent kitchen, garage, hot tub, etc. The accomodations were everything we could ask for! Two minor issues: the pool was out of service and the hot tub was malfunctioning. The hot tub issue was addressed, but not the pool. Everyone at the Ledges Vacation Rentals was fabulous.

Setting up trip was easy. Dan and his staff provided options and found us the perfect place. Rental was in great shape. Very clean and had several extras to make our stay very enjoyable.

From the beginning Dan Dekker was an excellent communicator and was responsive to our needs for a rental and setting up tee times for golf. We accidentally broke the coffee carafe and Dan was quick to replace it for us. We look forward to returning in the future.

We were a group of two families, four adults and five kids, and we had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and this unit had a prime location next to the heated pool. The water was warm enough that our kids swam even in 35-degree weather! The property management team was extremely responsive and easy to reach via text message, I would definitely recommend this place for families!

We had a wonderful experience on our golf trip this year. Dan Decker went over and above to get us a beautiful unit in the RedRock and Turn Wood Escape and setup 3 great golf courses for us to play. When we needed light bulbs, Dan was there in now time to help us. The unit was beautiful, very clean and fit our group perfectly. A few suggestions for the unit would be to add 2 more living room chairs to satisfy 8 people along with a coffee table. Our group had to bring a chair from the 1st floor bedroom and a chair and a coffee table from upstairs to the living room during our stay. Also a pod coffee pot needs to be added to the unit. Some like a drip but most like a pod pot. Why not have both? These suggestions are small improvements to make a group stay even better. Overall I give our trip, unit and help 5 stars.<br/><br/>Les Adams

Location was fantastic. Nice that the Ledges is set away from busy St. George but yet close to so many activities. Only complaint was the dishes especially the glasses had a film all over them.

Four couples wanted a golf getaway and this unit was the perfect fit...Mother Nature did not cooperate in the least as we got to experience St. George snow and cold, but the accommodations were great.

I stayed here with my wife and 3 children and they absolutley loved it. Very clean and spacious. The hot tub is well kept and very clean as well.

Unit met all our expectations. Very spaciuis and well equipped with entertainment system and hot tub being added bonuses. Would definitely stay there again. Only minor complaint is the wifi was very poor in the upstairs rear bedrooms. A signal booster is needed.<br/>

The experience was fantastic, Dan did a great job picking the courses for us and our group of 8 will definitely be returning for another visit.

This is the 3rd time our group has vacationed at The Ledges. As usual, the service was excellent. We experienced a few very minor inconveniences, but Dan, Kimber, and the entire staff responded immediately and in a highly professional manner. I wish every vacation experience in other parts of the country could be as exceptional as The Ledges. Thank you!

We rented 3 homes near each other for our extended family of 32 people. We loved the location and the beauty of the area. The homes were clean and well stocked for our Thanksgiving celebration.

We had a group of twelve stay in three 4BR, 4BA homes at the Ledges in late September for 5 nights. Dan Dekker set us up and helped us with our golf arrangements and restaurant recommendations. The homes were clean and well maintained. Exactly as advertised. St George is a nice town and the golf was great. Highly recommend The Ledges and Dan.

The house was perfect! Right across from the pool and had everything and more than we needed to enjoy our stay! The home is designed well for multiple families or couples and everything room has its own bathroom attached! Would definitely stay here again

We stayed at Red Rock and Turned Wood over Mother's Day weekend. My kids and grandkids had a wonderful time. Every room was beautifully decorated and very comfy. It was right across from a great pool. We spent evenings in the upstairs deck with a gas fire pit. We loved it. Only a couple of downsides: the wi-fi was not great so don't plan to work or do anything on your phone. Pepper was the only spice they had so bring your own. Overall a nice beautiful place to stay!

We loved our stay here. So many extras! We had everything we needed and more. Everything felt so clean and new and we were very comfortable. We will be back!

Beautiful place, highly recommend

Our experience at the Ledges was phenomenal! We stayed in a beautiful, spacious home directly across from the pool. The home was perfect: large and comfortable with homey touches. Kids loved the games, and the pickleball was a huge hit! Two bikes were provided, which was a nice touch. We loved every minute of our stay at the Ledges. Beautiful and safe. A special thanks to Erika, who connected us to southernutahmama so we could get great tips on enjoying the area. This was gold. We look forward to returning to The Ledges & St. George soon!

We loved the location! Great proximity to Snow Canyon, and Veyo (for pies of course)! It is tucked away, but yet so close to St. George. We loved that the pool was across the front way for easy access, but no noise inside the condo! The set up of the condo is fantastic with a master on the main level with laundry and kitchen and gathering area. The upstairs has its own gathering area too with 3 master-like rooms (their own bathrooms). And the patio upstairs is large and like another room of the house with a pretty view. We liked the beautiful paintings and decor. Easy to keep clean and find things. We had no problems, but felt as if we could have easily contacted someone had there been one. The back patio is pretty private and we had lovely evening conversations out there. There are lots of kitchen tools, and the kitchen was easy to keep clean. Such an easy place to stay with luxurious accommodations. Would HIGHLY recommend this condo with its location and upkeep.

Everything was very clean and in great condition. The front door is as close to the pool entrance as you can get! I did a speed test on the internet and it hit over 100 mbps. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen with all the cookware and dishes you need for cooking and eating.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was comfortable and spacious, with lots of fun games and a very nice pool nearby. The owners even remembered kid dishes! Overall, we had lots of fun and would definitely recommend the place.

Overall this was a great place to stay. It felt good to be somewhat secluded from the business of the city. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the size fit our needs. However, we have two complaints. First, there was no DVD player despite the website saying there was. My family and I brought some of our favorite movies to watch but a DVD player was no where to be found and we searched everywhere. That was pretty frustrating because it was one of the things we were excited about because we don't have a lot of time to watch movies as a family because we are so busy. The other complaint was the hot tub closest to our place was broken. This was another thing our family was excited to enjoy but we had to go to the other pool's hot tub which was always very crowded, probably because the other one was broken. We ended up going at 9pm on our last night and even then it was a busy. Also, in general, the pools were consistently crowded, very little chairs, and not much shade. If they are going to keep building more homes, they need to seriously consider building an additional pool and they need to add more chairs and covering for share at the pools. Other than those complaints, it was an overall good place to stay.
