Hi everybody, for the Ironman World Championship we stayed 12 days in that unbelievable rooftop house at the Ledges Golf Club!<br/>This house is incredible, the location is great, you are fast in St. George or in the Snow Canyon, the house is spacious, clean and equipped with everything you might need (really good kitchen equipment, games, bikes, Wifi, great washing machine and dryer, cool rooftop to relax in the evening at the open fire...) - we would highly recommend it!!!<br/>Best regards Jörg & the ledges ironman team

Our group had 3 families. Six adults and six kids. This place was absolutely PERFECT! The layout was fantastic and allowed the kids to be upstairs to play games and rowdy while adults stayed downstairs and relaxed. My only regret was that we never made it outside to enjoy the fireplace. The kids loved the pool and spent a lot of time there. Great location, super clean, and perfect for our trip!

Great decor, lots of room, bathrooms and tvs. Sometimes you want privacy and sometimes you want to come together. Great hiking and outdoor activities. We&#x2019;ll be back.

The place was well maintained and comfortable.

We had a great time during our stay. The king beds were especially good. Everything was easy. There were ample supplies of all the things we needed. Very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend. We enjoyed the hot tub just down the street.

Just me and wife, but could easily accommodate a much larger group. Evenings by fire pit looking at the mountains was a treat. Very clean and well appointed. Hope to go back.

We had a great time, 6 adults 2 children stayed for four days. The space was beautiful, the space is well used. Lots of extra pillows and bedding available. The mattresses feel like they are getting a little old, but we would definitely stay again.

We had never been to Utah and a cousin moved there just before Covid, so now was the time. We were not disappointed ! Saw Bryce, Zion, Snow Canyon, and took a 35 mile bike ride on some on the most unbelievable bike paths we had ever seen. The Ledges was the perfect place to stay. Kimber and her crew were awesome from day one. Very easy and clear booking on-line, and when I did have a question the reply came in less than 90 minutes. This rental has all you need for a relaxing visit to St. George. The photos don't do it justice - one of my very best VRBO experiences - highly recommend everything about this place and town !!

Wonderful stay, beautiful accommodations and great location. Accommodations were very clean! Pool towels need to be better designated and defined. Also, would have appreciated a spatula, can opener, and blender in our kitchen. Also, it would have been great to have know there was a Keurig as well as a drip coffee maker.

We loved it! Close enough to town but far enough away. Clean nice place with everything we needed!

Ledges and 4880 are great. Kimber is great to work with. Our rental was spectacular. More than any 13 people could want and there was only 8 of us. Clean, well-equipped, spacious and the lay-out superb.

There were 9 of us and it was ideal (more than 10 may be too cozy). The inside is very comfortably decorated and homey, Kitchen fully stocked to be able to cook almost any meal (electric griddle for pancakes, blender for margaritas...) and dining areas in both insdie and outside with patio furniture and grill. The pool is a 2 min walk across the street, or 5 min to the one near the pickle ball courts. The 19th Hole lounge is nice for drinks/food (5 min car ride to the other side of the course). This is one of the best rentals I've stayed in where everything was new, easy to find/use and the office is available if there were questions. The only thing we wished was that it wasn't a 12 min drive to Starbucks, restaurants and groceries. Perfect otherwise!

We were very happy with the rental. When we arrived it was super clean and very well stocked. This property turned out to be perfect for our group of 8. Everyone has their own bed and plenty of space.

We took our family of 6 to stay at the condo and it was just perfect! Amazingly clean, plenty of room for everyone and a perfect location for us! We will definitely be visiting again!

It was perfect! It was clean, lots of space for the 3 couples, we had our own bathrooms and loved the rooftop every evening.

Loved it! Great place, awesome amenities. The house was well designed to fit quite a few people and still feel comfortable. Loved how almost everyone had a bathroom. We wanted to stay longer.... always a good sign of a fun vacation!

We booked the Red Rock Rooftop townhome for a month's stay. We found the unit as we expected: clean, the unit as described, location, easy access, amenities as described, recreation information, tight parking (but as expected) etc. We had two technical issues during our stay that needed customer service - we were very pleased with the quick response and remedy from the property managers. We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay - it felt like home. We would definitely consider booking it again.. Our only comments for improvement would be for those guests that are staying for a month, some of the amenities could be increased for that long of a stay - such as: dishwashing soap, washing machine soap, paper towel, etc. We did want to extend our checkout by 1-1/2 hours but was denied - however we understand that coming up on a holiday weekend and subsequent bookings it was not convenient.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, the home was stocked with everything we could have needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay again.

We loved our stay at the Red Rock Rooftop! So clean and decorated so nicely. It was about 10-15 minutes out of the main city and I loved that we were away a little.

This property was the nicest place I have ever stayed for a get away. Fully furnished and the pool was great. No food close by . Got to drive to get it. Overall would stay again.

We loved our stay! Red Rock Rooftop did not disappoint. The house was very clean and very well maintained. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, cookware, etc. It was very well stocked. The bathrooms have plenty of towels (plus pool towels) and the beds were comfy. It is spacious and with lots of seating so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. We loved the rooftop patio and the views are spectacular. The property is literally 3 minutes down the road from Snow Canyon State Park which made it very easy to come back for lunch. We loved our stay and will rent this property again every time we come to St. George!

We stayed to celebrate a wedding and the unit we visited was very well stocked and clean. The biggest drawback is the parking, I guess I figured if the unit held 13, the parking would accommodate at least 3-4 couples driving in. We had 3 couples come in from out of state = 3 vehicles and parking was completely insufficient - the garage was only big enough to hold a "small" car, we had a car and two full sized trucks. And, although there is overflow parking, it was far from the unit. Otherwise - we enjoyed the unit and how "ready to to" it was.

Fantastic weekend staying at the Red Rock rooftop. Exceeded our expectations for sure. condo very usable floor plan. Had our whole family there for the weekend 13 of us. plenty of room. Very clean, close to pool.We loved the deck up top with the fire relaxing. Wasnt to very far from they busy St. George city center. During summer months sits a little higher in elevation so a little cooler. Recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay around St.George area. Cant wait to go down again.

Family and Friends met for a surprise Birthday celebration and our stay at the Ledges exceeded expectations!

Stayed here for a girls weekend away with friends, it was perfect. They had plenty of basic kitchen and bathroom supplies. The only surprise was it's advertised as a 4 bedroom and there were really only three bedrooms, one of the rooms with beds was a loft room so it didn't have a door.

Loved this place from the moment we walked in the door. Everything looks new and is super clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. I loved that there was enough seating for everyone in our group. We also loved that the back patio was shaded while we grilled our dinner. The beds are amazing and everyone raved about the beds and pillows! We loved being so close to the brand new pool (maybe 50 yards). Perfect to walk over with the kids. Actually both pools and pickle-ball courts are in walking distance. We also enjoyed the bikes in the garage. Our favorite thing was to sit on the rooftop patio with the fire pit and stargaze, so many stars and it's so peaceful. We will definitely be back!
