Very nice location with a perfect view of the sunset every night and of the beautiful red rocks of snow canyon park. Very roomy, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The pool was too cold to use this time of year, but the hot tub was awesome. Highly recommend the Ledges and this unit. We loved it.

The vacation rental was so clean, well kept, and located right next to some pickle ball courts!! We loved the atmosphere!! Check in and check out were so easy!! The kitchen was well stocked!! We definitely hope to stay here again!!

Comfortable and nicely appointed unit, well stocked with kitchen items, comfortable beds. Nice end unit convenient to the pool and pickleball court. The beds were comfortable and the property management company is helpful and responsive.

This was a second stay at The Ledges. The accommodations are impeccable and the area is beautiful. Many great national and state parks within driving distance. Access to grocery stores within 15 minutes. They do need to update their guest guide in the place we stayed. Also, we found it unbelievable that there was no recycling here.

The Ledges has quickly become one of our families favorite vacation destinations.

Red Rock Oasis is a lovely unit furnished with comfortable beds, plenty of seating, nicely decorated and a well supplied kitchen. The view from the upstairs balcony is breath-taking. The unit was spotless and the property managers provided immediate responses to any questions we had.

We had a fabulous time! Loved the amenities (especially the 2 coffee pots) since we cooked all meals. All appliances worked, yea! Enjoyed the Pickleball court right next to our unit. Enjoyed the roof patio day and night with the fire pit. Only negative was it was too hot upstairs so sleeping was a little rough. The last night we tried to adjust the thermostat but it didn’t work so I figured it is set remotely.

Very clean, comfortable beds, lots of room, and so quiet and relaxing!The management is so easy to work with-so responsive and kind!

Beautiful inside and out. Clean and spacious. Wish we had more time to enjoy and explore.

This is our third visit in three years. Our first stay was at Red Rock Oasis for a 10 day stay. Our second visit was at another Ledges property for a 12 day stay and this visit was 14 days. The property is well maintained, cleanly, and has a great location on the end of the road next to the pickle ball courts. The views from the roof top deck are incredible and being a block away from the pool keeps you out of the noise from groups of youth sport teams who tend to visit in June. Our only issue was that the management changed their policy about providing essential supplies. We were notified in advance that we could have fresh supplies delivered for $25 but we didn’t realize that we wouldn’t initially receive enough trash bags and dishwasher tablets to use one a day during our stay. All in all, I highly recommend Red Rock Oasis, just be sure to add the essentials like Kleenex, dish soap, hand soap and trash bags to your grocery list.

We were so happy to be able to stay at the same place, again, for another relaxing week. We love it so much! It feels like a home away from home for sure. Can’t wait to go back!

It was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends!

It was a great place to stay! Everything was provided, great quality, comfortable beds, and plenty of room for 3 couples. We mostly hung out on the 2nd story patio around the firepit in the evenings. During the day, we played pickleball at the courts nearby, road e-bikes that the resort rents out, hiked at Snow Canyon Park, or went to the pool. We would love to stay there again!!

We loved everything about this place. It was clean, comfortable and the location was perfect for us. The people were very accommodating and the golf course was very nice with super friendly folks. The home is very well stocked, the kitchen is so nice. There were games for us to play; the porches and patios so beautiful and comfortable. Pickle ball court right next to it was perfect for us we were there often playing. We will be back.

This place is brand new with beautiful furnishings and comfortable beds. There is everything you need--including a high chair and pack-n-play for kids. Beautiful view from the roof top patio and so much room! I will stay there again!

This is the place to stay in the St. George area. You've got it all, the properties are new and clean and great for vacation rentals.

Overall, a fabulous experience! Two areas for improvement--(1) it would be nice to have a fitness room; and (2) we learned too late that the advertised discount on green fees at the Ledges Golf Club applies only to 18 holes during peak times, and not to nine holes or off-peak times or other discounted rates. On the whole, however, this is a great, clean, and well-maintained property.

We loved this little condo. It honestly had everything you could want/need (we even found an instapot to use in the pantry). Beds were comfortable. Outdoor furniture was so fun to use in the mornings and evenings. There was plenty of room for our family of eight. AND...best part is it is right next door to a pickleball court (which we love). We would totally stay here again. Great find.
