Our stay at Red Cliff was more than we expected. tI turned out to be a great central location to Zion, Bryce, Kolob Canyon and other local sites. We were 2 couples travelling together so having a Master Suite downstairs and another complete living area with bed and bath upstairs worked out very well. The condo was clean and had a nice notebook with instructions and pamphlets from nearby attractions. The Ledges also offers discounts when staying. We were so busy we didn't have a chance to try out the electric bikes. The pool was very close to our condo. The only thing that we would have preferred was an Adult swim time. Because of the beautiful weather there was never a chance to go to the pool without a lot of teenagers and children. If you could add just an hour in the morning and one in the evening for just the adults it would have suited us better. We highly recommend staying at the Ledges and in particular Red Cliff.

This was the perfect way to celebrate with our families a graduation and Mothers Day weekend. My family rented 2 units close to one another which made it easy to gather for dinner and enjoy one another's company. We learned how to play pickle ball in our spare time and lounge by the poolside. We were also blessed to watch the Iron Man race as the bikers biked their way underneath the bridge which was in walking distance to our units. The golf dining area was also an extra plus for convenience as we took a leisurely walk to and grab a cocktail. I highly recommend staying at the Ledges Resort when your thinking of planning your next getaway.

Everything here was great. Unlike many rentals that only provide the bare minimum Red Cliff was well stocked with everything needed (more towels than I could imagine could possibly be needed!). Location was great and the entire place was perfectly clean. Tons of space and the pool/pickleball was great. Pool was heated though too cold of weather to take advantage, sadly. Only thing I’d change is if the neighborhood has a recycling program. Such beautiful nature all around so it’s a shame to send cans/bottles/cardboard to the landfill.

This one rental was a much better price than getting two hotel rooms. We were pleasantly surprised with the space, comfort, cleanliness, towels, and extra bedding. When we weren&#x2019;t out doing something we were in this home eating, playing games, and having comfortable chit chat. We will be back.

We had a great time at this property. We went for a family trip and the house was well kept with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. It is a great central location for all the activities as well. I highly recommend this rental property for your travels.

The condo overall was clean and well furnished. We have stayed at several condos in the St George area over the years and would rate this one as about average. The master bed was VERY soft, if you like soft, you will love it, too soft for us. The microwave was broken, didn't discover that until the first morning when we tried to cook breakfast. The property managers told us they knew it was broken, never told us about it, and brought over a countertop as a sub for the trip only after we contacted them. This could have been handled better. The pool was nice and not busy when we were there. Location is about 10 min from St George, but quiet and close to Snow Canyon with awesome trails, and Veyo with amazing their pies.

The property worked out well for us and it was nice and quiet with ample space.

This home is immaculate and so well organized. Everything is designed to make you feel comfortable and welcome. The amenities are fantastic, and we love the location that is tucked away from the busy areas of St. George. This was our second stay at this home. We highly recommend this rental.

Check in process was simple (email with door lock code), house was comfortable and very clean, only surprising/disappointing thing was cleaning fee rates when we booked. Seemed like it was almost equal to the price of the actual rental itself. Other than that everything was fantastic!

Booked this for family and friends from Idaho. They were thrilled with the condo itself and amazed by the beauty of the property and surrounding views of snow canyon. The children said they loved playing in the pools, and the pizza from Fish Rock Grille! Everyone enjoyed the close hikes and caves in Snow Canyon. They hated to leave, labeled it as their best vacation destination ever, and can't wait to return.

We loved our stay at the Ledges.When we arrived and opened the door, we were surprised how fresh and new everything was. Also, it was extremely clean with a faint but pleasant smell of fresh paint.The kitchen was well appointed and had every gadget we needed during our stay. We loved the patio with outdoor table and chairs and a grill. Also, the upstairs deck was great for admiring the night sky.The decor was lovely. The pillows on the couch had real feathers in them and the quills kept sticking out and poking us, so though very pretty, I would change those out just for a more comfortable experience. This rental came with the game Telestrations which we loved playing together as a family. They also provided a fusball table in the garage along with 2 cruiser bikes which was an added bonus. We used it all! It was wonderful to go for a bike ride around the property in the evenings and see all the bunnies popping out of their burrows. The rentals sit very close to each other and so if you are outside in the evenings it's a little noisy but inside we didn't hear a thing. I think the best part of this rental was the price. I only paid $100 more for this 2 night rental than I would have paid for a suite at a hotel. To have an entire house with a patio and deck for that price was amazing! We had a lovely time and hope to be back again.

We stayed in the Red Cliff Sunset property at the end of July. The place is located next to the beautiful Snow Canyon state park. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Although this house can sleep up to 12, we only had a party of 5 and we felt like we were in a "mansion". Snow Canyon park is a must see especially going down into the lava tube cave. This is a must see. It is conveniently located close to the town about 15 minutes away. The property is next to the Fish Rock Grill at the Ledges. This restaurant was awesomely good, with decent prices. We highly recommend the Ledges.

I needed to get out of Salt Lake for a few days. It was so quite, comfortable and clean. I loved it and will stay in this unit again. Close to the pool and Pickle Ball was just an added perk. :)

Everything we could have asked for and more!

The home is beautiful, clean, decorated in a pleasing way but not too cluttered. The views are so pretty from the patio, which we loved. The pool is so close. Everything about our stay was perfect.

This home had everything we could ask for in comfort, luxury, and peaceful retreat. The rooftop deck provided views of mountain sunsets. Rooms were of generous size, decorated beautifully, and kitchen well equipped. We loved being out of the city, yet close enough to visit. We definitely recommend it.

We are so excited that we took the opportunity to stay here with our children and grandchildren. We had a blast. The host of Ledges were awesome and emailed or text me back right away with any questions I asked. The villa was clean and beds were awesome for a good nights sleep. The Pool and barbecue and fire pit were a hit with our family. I have already recommended this location to several friends. Also, the Foosball table was a hit with the Grandsons. The clean up instructions were easy. Close to all hiking. I wish I could share pictures of all the fun we had together. We will definitely be coming back to stay! :)

We loved our time and stay in "Red Cliff Sunset." The location has the most beautiful backdrop. We love visiting St George, hikes, sand dunes, and Zion's. But to come back to a beautiful and clean place to stay is key! This place did not disappoint. We loved the cleanliness, space, decor, and amenities. TV's in every room was enjoyed by all, the kids loved the foosball, and we enjoyed riding the bikes around the property. The pool was enjoyed after a long day hiking and is close enough to the property that is simple walking but not too close to hear any noise. All around it was delightful and a beautiful property! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay for vacation. The home was very clean and had plenty of sleeping arrangements for 11 people. Great location for snow canyon but a 20 min drive to reach st George or surrounding areas. Would definitely stay again

Hiked Snow Canyon State Park, Hiked Zion, great mountain biking. Very nice pool, hot tube. Has Pickleball court a must play. Condo furnished very nice. So much to see and do, will rent again.

We had a wonderful long weekend stay at this rental. It was beautifully decorated, the beds were so comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved the pool and loved how close we were to snow Canyon. My son loved the fusbol table and xbox. The master on the main floor was perfect for my older in laws so they didn't have to use any stairs. The grill and outdoor seating was really nice to use as well. The property management company was so helpful and welcoming as well. We will be back!

Wish there was a grocery store or something closer to location. Loved everything about it!!

Ledges was the PERFECT spot for our trip to Zion and Snow Canyon. We enjoyed the upper patio after a long chilly day of hiking! The house was spotless, the furniture was comfortable and the location was perfect!

My visit was short, I would have liked to stay longer. The property was exactly what I had hoped for, clean, comfortable, well maintained. I would absolutely return.

We enjoyed our time at this rental. It was clean, great layout, and felt comfortable. The overall location of the ledges is kind of out and away from everything which wasn't the greatest, but not bad. There was a little confusion up front with the dates of booking, but overall not bad.

This an absolutely beautiful condo in immaculate condition. There was plenty of room for our group of 6. My only tiniest of critiques would be for the pool that guests can use, and that is that it just wasn't very clean. There was a lot of debris in it and I would hope that improves. The home itself is beautiful, in a quiet part of St. George, and extremely comfortable. Wonderful!
