It’s not close to town, but it is close to the St. George urban trail system and Snow Canyon. It is also near an excellent restaurant - The Fishrock Grille. We enjoyed the peace and quiet.

We had a wonderful week in the ledges vacation rentals. It was the perfect experience for our family to get together and vacation in our old hometown. The rental was perfect size, the pool was fun, and as always the views were beautiful. We enjoyed the warm weather, swimming, and eating at the fish rock grille.

We had an awesome weekend at this beautiful townhome! It was across the street from the pool which was amazing and it was very clean and well kept. Lots to do and see with restaurants just down the road. We will definitely be staying here again.

We absolutely love the layout of this home. It is warm, inviting and fits our needs, especially the 4.5 bathrooms. Lovely area, nice community and close to many attractions.

You can tell the owners really take pride in their vacation home. Everything was awesome. Great location for using as a homw base for hiking. <br/><br/>The only negative is that parking in this community is slightly challenged.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the property. The master bedroom mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The property was clean and well-stocked.

We stayed here for 10 days with our two dogs and loved it. The place was clean, quite and comfortable. Loved all the outdoor living spaces. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

We had a wonderful time at the Red Cliff Farmhouse. The décor was cute and playful, the location great, just steps to the pool/hot tub and pickleball court. The BEST thing about this rental is that it has 4 full bathrooms and a half bath. With 8 people, it worked beautifully.

Farmhouse has wonderful comforts of home and more. Thoughtfully completed with touches of activities you would enjoy along with cooking appliances to satisfy your pallet needs Very spacious rooms and entertainment of different games to occupy your free time along with sports activities like pickle ball swimming and much more. Great place for relaxation.

In the past we had never stayed anywhere other than hotels, well this is a new chapter for us because renting your own place altogether was just amazing. Not to mention how clean and invito on this place was. It literally has anything and everything you would need. From insta pots to dog bowls! My kids love the arcade game inside and it's so close to the pool!! Check in and out was so so so easy too! We will definitely stay again!

Very nice townhome in a great location near Snow Canyon State Park. Quiet area....just what our family needed to get away from our normal routine. Definitely glad we stayed here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 weeks @ Red Cliff Farmhouse! Located right by Snow Canyon State Park & loads of other hiking areas within an hour drive including Zion National Park!!! Very clean and well maintained. We took advantage of the pickle ball courts & hot tub across the street. Highly recommend!

This is a very nice property. It is pet friendly. It is in a quiet neighborhood, guests have access to a top tier restaurant and most importantly, it's close to one of St. George's paved urban trails. My only complaint is that when the power went out for 8 hours following a storm, management had no contingency plan in place, and as a result, we had to stay in a cold, dark condo in below-freezing temperatures until the power was restored. At the very least, there should have been back-up power to at least keep the heat on.

Beautiful home, we had a wonderful stay. The home is beyond ready for any group of people to enjoy and get comfortable in. So many extras, like shampoo and conditioner in all the baths. The owners obviously care a lot about the guests who stay in their home and have made a big effort to make sure that everyone has an enjoyable experience. The home decor is a beautiful farmhouse design. The Ledges offers swimming, pickleball and golf. Great place to stay, we are definitely coming back.

The Red Cliff Farmhouse was perfect!! It was roomy, comfortable, clean, and decorated so nice We were close to the pool and pickle ball court Had a great patio downstairs and a nice deck upstairs We loved it and would to return

We spent seven nights at this property and found it really comfortable and well appointed. All the complex amenities were great. We extended our stay by three days and the Reservations staff were extremely helpful and professional in arranging the extra nights.Many thanks for letting us have a pet along, it made the difference between us coming and not. We used only the downstairs of the house since there was just two of us, but this property would have been great for a larger group.

This was perfect in every way. Unit is superb. Clean, spacious and well-supplied. Our kids are already asking to go back.

Myself and 7 others had a wonderful time. The owners didn't miss a thing. Already planning on coming back next year.
